Too Many Barking Dogs, Day and Night... Neighbors Constantly Do Karaoke, and Seem to Care Little About Their Neighbors. The Swimming Pool has Been Closed for 8 Mos, due to Covid 19 Restrictions, but, other Large Subdivisons Allow with Social Distancing.. Staff are nice, but, No, I do not recommend this Subdivision...

For being a 1ST Class Subdivision, the clubhouse definitely needs NEW tables and chairs for guests when using the pool area. The bathrooms needs to be cleaned every hour, especially when there are a lot of guests. Toilet seats should be added and toilet paper and soap. Needs good maintenance DAILY. Otherwise, the Subdivision is quite and the guard's are very good at doing their job.

We usually go here during the school's picnic day and sportsfest. It has a covered court where you can play basketball and other sports. It also has playground for kids.

No more WiFi hubs, so if your house is new, you will not have Internet. They do nothing to enforce HOA violaters. Dogs barking all day all night. Dirty, nasty subdivision.

Best township in Angeles city. Spacious, clean and good security.

A very nice subdivision to live in. Good security and friendly people. Nice club house with play ground for children and a swimming pool. Streets are well lit. Friendly guards.

Went here to visit our lot. The entrance for car is very confusing, much more for the exit.

For a subdivision that offers quality living and luxury homes, I think they have the worst highway street going in.

Great place to live and the guards are very friendly and professional. They help with any questions. Also it's really secure which is awesome.

It's a basketball court inside the subdivision, a good place too for small gatherings of people to celebrate reunion, birthdays, wedding, etc...

Will give 4 star because it’s not in the main road. The road outside the subdivision is not big. And parks not well maintained.

Spent the night with family, peaceful, safe and clean sub division.
