Absolutely love this place. My first stay at this hotel and the first in the Philippines. All the staff were welcoming. Sir this and Sir that. It was if I was still in the army. Though not an officer. My room on the 7th floor as a view over the city and freeway. Also to the casino. My bed was comfortable. All facilities were in perfect condition. Lots of noise from the hallway with arriving or leaving guests. Downstairs is the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Served by beautiful staff. Check in and out was a brief formality. Overall a fantastic venue for 3 days.

Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly , courteous and helpful. The hotel premises are very nice from lobby to elevator, dining area and the rooms are impressive. Definitely will come back again to spend some time again together with my family. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall 5 star.

Friendly and very responsive room service. I feel bad for missing to leave tips to any of them. When you need to make up the room, just press the button and soon they will be there. Excellent! Easy access to their pool, but be warned of the hefty price tags even for a simple snack! Would have been a 5 star if the breakfast buffet offers better options, and let kids eat free 488 for a breakfast for a 6yo that's quite painful or at least relaxed it a little bit.

MOLDS in the bathrooms . 4 rooms I moved in on my 2nd day all have molds in the bathroom. Privacy: WINDOWS ARE NOT TINTED. Construction workers from next door are waiving at me when I open the curtain. Solution: I paid for an upgrade to healthy and more private room but they all have the same issues . This hotel is only a 3 year old and it already looks like a 50 years old building .

A very nice property. Clean rooms, nice staff, great location, beautiful pool area. The only disappointment was with the buffet breakfast. Very few food options to begin with. Much of the food like eggs and fish that were supposed to be hot were cold. There were only a few pieces of cantaloupe in the fresh fruit area. Definitely needs improvement in this area. Outside of that, everything else about the property was nice.

Enjoyed our stay, we celebrated father’s day here, facilities was clean we’ve been on the room enough for us. We’ve tried dinner buffet and we’ve enjoyed the food mostly filipino food because of the theme(fiesta) much more we really enjoyed their breakfast buffet… over flowing and all in good taste. We’ve planned to have breakfast here again 😊 pool was clean and enough size for a hotel, staffs were kind and accommodating too! Recommend place to stay👍

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location is good only for people who’s need the airport other then this nothing to do miles around. No really hot water only warm and you need to wait 5 minutes till they come. Calling the room service not help at all and they was not able to fix it. The rooms are too small compares the high price and without opening windows. The annoying security at the hotel door makes me feel bed and uncomfortable to passing my begs every time in transparent machine and my pockets needs to clear and checked like I’m a thief while I’m officially guest of the hotel I will not book this hotel next time.

Stayed here for a week with breakfast. It’s newish hotel, across Okada. It has a pool, sauna and gym. Positives- It’s close to Solaire, City of Dreams, Ayala Malls and Mall of Asia, close enough but not walking distance so you have to get a Grab (Grab bought out Uber in Manila years ago) or cabs. No buses or jeepneys anywhere near so relatively quiet. There is a restaurant at the ground floor where breakfast buffets are also being served every morning at 6-10 am. There is also a bar beside it. At night time, there’s an Asian buffet every night and during Wednesdays they have the Chill and Grill which is unlimited BBQ galore and cocktail drinks. That was great value for money. The security staffs at the ground floor were courteous and friendly. They also record the rego of cabs that picks up hotel guests which is good for security reason. The staffs in the restaurants were very friendly and courteous. The housekeeping staffs were also friendly and courteous. The hotel, because it is relatively new, is still clean and paintworks are still good. There was an entertainment last Wednesday when we went down for the Chill and Grill, not sure if this was a daily thing. Great wifi! Negatives- when we checked in, we had our room available at 3:30 pm, 2 pm check in. The ques were stressful and chaotic. Mind you there was a conference that day when we checked in, not sure what was causing the long, very long delays. There was no one organising the ques, such a mess and no one offered any drink/refreshments to people who had been waiting for a very long while. Breakfast we came down at 9 am Saturday and we waited to be seated for 28 mins. It was busy over the weekend due to long weekend holiday. We were hungry, so hungry and they didn’t offer tea, coffee or any form of drink to the people who were waiting to be seated like us. Again, so much chaos, the staffs were literally flying to clear up tables. The staffs looked so stressed out. Social distancing went out the window. On a great note, the following day, the restaurant staffs came prepared, refreshments outside to people who have been waiting, they used their extra space outside for more seating, short cues waiting to be seated bit most importantly, the staffs were efficient and looked comfortable unlike the day before. I feel it was important to extend my thought to one of the suits there, that they had done a good job from the trailer crash day before to professionals working like a well oiled machine. The reception desk, not sure why this place is a bit slow. 2 desks and 2 -3 staffs. This hotel is a little bit expensive than the Radisson with breakfast and they have convention rooms too but we never had to que to get seated in the 14 days that we stayed there 3 weeks ago. They have the same set up reception with 2 desks 2-3 staffs. I didn’t see any queuing the entire time we were at Radisson. There’s a shuttle bus but not free. We were told by the front desk that it’s 200PHP per head one way and needs booking unlike City of Dreams with free shuttle and runs frequently. I gave this place 4 stars because I know when we come back and we stay here again, it will be much improved and at par with the other big named hotel… hoping.

The Property is nearby all of Entertainment city's attractions including 5 Star Hotels, Resorts and Casinos. The hotel is clean and orderly, typical rooms are somewhat small depends on the rooms you booked, parking is ample and is within the property, also the area is overlooking Manila Bay.

I had my parents stay for a night. They enjoyed the breakfast buffet as they had good varietu of food and all the amenities pool, shower area and steam room. Everyone is friendly and the check in and out were smooth

Had a 3-night stay at this place. Location is excellent, but pool and gym were a bit small for the total number of rooms they have on the building. Breakfast lines can get pretty long at 8AM. The steam and sauna rooms were delightful. Access to lights in the room are not bedside. Charging ports are also not bedside. You get what you pay for. Service of their staff was excellent—they greet and were accommodating. I did not, however, have a pleasant experience with those in position. Early in the morning, I was having my keycard fixed at the reception, only to see a disgruntled guest services supervisor, who seemingly is unhelpful with guests’ concerns. She was condescending in her tone, and it felt like any problem she hears is not worth her time and effort. She can learn a thing or two from her own staff.

Wow, the picturesque facade tells how far the excellent service can go. They offered us a regular room yet it was spectacular. Indeed a cousin living nearby the hotel made the best choice she advised. There were a lot of offers making us find what we want. An advantage of having just the right distance from distinguished malls. Thanks Cuz Jam!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Kingsford Hotel Manila exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the local and international cuisine. We can't wait to return for another memorable vacation.

When we checked in at the hotel, it was a little busy and the receptionist was a little slow and I heard some complaints. The elevator was slow. They have limited parking space, so if you have a car and you go out to use it. Expect no parking space when you come back ( especially during fully booked times). Need to have patience. The room was OK. Soft and clean bed sheets and pillow sheets. Open space closet. Food variety at the breakfast cafe was good. Make sure to eat early because when its fully booked, it's hard to get a seat.

The room was very neat and clean. They have very good services. I enjoyed my stay during the weekend. I'll be going back there for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kingsford Hotel Manila. We were immediately greeted by such friendly, warm hosts, who were so helpful throughout our stay. We fell in love with the vibe of this hotel, definitely worth it!!! The location is great, so close to everything. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and a pleasure to be in. We are looking forward to coming back.

How thin does a wall have to be for us to hear everything from the room next door and the hallway? The room turned out much smaller than we expected and had no distinct smell. The parking space is too small; why allow more cars than it can handle? It took us forever to get our MPV out of the parking lot because they allowed another car to park next to us, in a spot meant for cars passing through, not for parking. Stores are too far to walk to, so guests naturally use their cars. What were they thinking? The breakfast buffet is nothing special. It's my first time at a hotel where they charge extra for a glass of lemonade. My partner wore slides and was asked to change her footwear due to a dress code, which we did, but the guy next to us was wearing sandals with really thin straps, and they let him in. The only redeeming factor for this hotel is its excellent location. This is by far the worst experience I've had in years of regularly staying at different hotels.

The room is clean and have a nice view. However the room is not soundproof. You can hear if someone is walking in front of your room because of the gap between the underneath of the door and the floor. And you can also hear the water flowing if someone who live above you drain the water. The staff is nice and friendly. Apart from this, everything seems to be good.

Staff are friendly but amenities aren't that great especially wifi which they advertise as fast but can barely load a simple website like Google. Food is okay. Room is okay. But i wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

Seems like a really nice hotel considering it's pretty new. But I hope they can serve our returning OFW'S some other decent dishes besides chicken. Chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday for 10 days does not seem very appetizing to me.

Generally, I’m very satisfied. From the security guard, bell boy, front desk officers, F&B service team - all were warm, nice, respectful. ** Whenever there is an issue, they’ll try to resolve it immediately. 5/5 Room 1142 has a nice view; clean; * with free personal hygiene kit *no trash bin in the bedroom therefore I reused the paperbags (previously used for food deliveries). still, I’ll give it a grade of 5/5. I highly recommend the place.

Amenities are good, but worst food. Serving unhealthy food especially to pregnant women (fried fish or fish fillet in oyster sauce). No option, take it or leave it 🤦🏻‍♀️.

The building seems new and my room was modern. They have bathrobes and house shoes for two. They have a cafe where they serve some Filipino-Westernized food. I loved the salmon that I ordered. The receptionist and the cafe staff are very accomodating. You feel secure with airport security type at the front door. I had the nice view if the Manila Bay and the city. Other than the house keeper being loud in the middle of the night and woke me up twice, this place was nice.

It's a good hotel. good room service Both staff and assistants are friendly and polite. all good Except for gyms and swimming pools that close a bit too early, close at 2 PM, probably close at 3.30 PM. It will be very good. Please maintain good service like this forever.

A staff member named LOYD did room service and didn't return change twice. The first time was a small amount, so I didn't say anything, The second time, I advised him to return the money. He agreed, but he never refunded me I told another staff member in the lobby to bring him, but there was no remorse and I need to re-instruct him. Is the unreturned money his pocket money? I think it is better not to use this hotel no repeats

The close proximity of the hotel to the airport is great! The concierge staff were lovely. They were always there to assist you either with your bags or getting a transpo sorted. Great gym onsite! The pool was also great with full sun exposure. The pool bar not so much. I had to wait for 15 mins to order as the staff had to go downstairs to grab customers orders so I didn’t wait around longer than that. Very slow check-in process even though we were the only guests during that time. We booked 2 rooms with breakfast included but it didn’t show up on their end so we had to show them our booking confirmation, which is no problem. However, when we were going for breakfast the following day, we got stopped by the staff saying that we don’t have breakfasts included with our booking. Again, showed them the confirmation and they said they have to check this with management. I thought they would have sorted this at the start but. Breakfast was okay! More of Filipino Breakfasts, we hope to see more continental options. We also wish coffee or tea could be available to just pick up as staff didn’t really go and ask if you’d like some. We had to flag them down a couple of times to get their attention. Rooms were small. The bathroom was basic. They only give you one toilet tissue at a time so had to go at Reception to ask for more since we were staying for 3 days. Bin in the room was broken. Just a lot of things that could be improve. Also cleaning staff sometimes leaves the room doors of hotel rooms open after cleaning so there’s a beeping sound coming from them. I had to close them myself.

Filipino Breakfast was so good. Every staff member is so polite and accommodating. Stayed for 4 days. Super worth it. Gym is all great for weight trainings.

Hotel is new, room is not bad, not so cozy as well. I stayed in this hotel for quarantine. Staff are easy to approach. The only thing that I'am very disappointed are the food. The portion is very small. No option always fish, no dessert or fruits. They don't care unless you call and request.
