This is a certified halal restaurant. I used to order from this restaurant through a food panda mobile application. I was just trying to explore how much the price difference is and found there is much difference even after paying service charges compared to food panda. In addition, the restaurant is clean, small dining area, and the staff is good.

The food was delish at this unassuming restaurant in this quiet part of Makati. We ordered their best seller chicken kebab and shawarma burrito fusion dish.

Legit middle eastern flavor, not filipino sweet. Its really tasty and spicy falvor profile. The serving is great and the sauce are unli and phenomenal tasty. Price is reasonable Recommended.

Beef biryani bowl was served with low quality ground beef instead of marinated steak. It also had gross bits of hard stuff mixed in. Yuck! Bowl was 70% rice and 30% meat + vegetables. Disappointing to say the least 👎🏿 Asked for extra dressing for our caesar salad and the waitress brought us vinaigrette. Huh? Very strange.

Didn’t like their beef shawarma rice. Kulang sa beef rin vs rice portion. Dine here once pa lang naman so I might change this rating.

Searched long and hard to satisfy my craving for muhammara and found this restaurant. Between two people, we got the following: - muhammara that came with two pieces of freshly toasted pita bread; - samosas (3 pieces); - sizzling lamb chops; - biryani (solo); and - lobia (solo). Food was good and honestly, great value for the price. The muhammara was smooth and a tad bit sweeter than I would have liked but it had a gentle kick to it which was nice. The pita were fluffy and warm, toasted on one side. The samosas were okay but we won't be going back for it again. The runaway hits were the sizzling lamb chops and the lobia. The lamb was tender and flavourful. Not gamey at all. We were given a steak knife but we found that one can easily use a spoon to cut a piece off. The lobia rice was a surprise. Packed full of flavour. Much thanks to the server who recommended it. The sole disappointment was the biryani. The flavour was weird and the texture was more biko than rice. Not recommended. That said, we'll definitely go back to try their hummus and their best selling kebabs. Happy to recommend this place to anyone who likes mediterranean food. With the price point, good flavour and serving size, Sultan Mediterranean Grill cannot be beat. Do time your visit well as street parking might be full.

Ordered Shawarma Rice Bowl and it took 30 mins to serve. All tables were occupied but not at full capacity. The male server on duty seems picky with whom he will be friendly. Food quality is good but service can be improved.

Samosa is superb! The dip makes it even better 😋 Their beef kebab is tender enough to slice it using bread knife without extra effort. It goes well with the sauces and pita bread - finger licking good! Mediterranean food that does not overstimulate your tastebuds!

Visited: 2015 Sultan is one of my regular places to eat at when I'm in Salcedo Village. Its location on a "backstreet" makes it a perfect place to eat at - away from vehicle and foot traffic. It's a favorite location among the working bunch in the area, and visitors/residents who know the ins-and-outs of this place, and it's easy enough to understand why people love to keep coming back. The cozy atmosphere of a space neither too big nor too small, and the energy and vibrancy of the customers is at an all-time high during lunch hours. Somehow the servers also reflect that kind of energy too. Even during lunch hours, servers are able to keep up with serving out delicious food, quickly. Though I personally wasn't a big fan of Mediterranean food, one aspect of Sultan that I love are their choices of lamb dishes. Lamb brings me back to when I lived back in Beijing, and somehow very few restaurants serve lamb dishes, and even cook it the way I like it. Sultan has changed the way I enjoy and see Mediterranean cuisine. One factor to this is also their white sauce, which goes with everything meaty that I have eaten at Sultan so far - that includes a Lamb Kebab plate, a Beef Kebab plate, and the Grilled Mid Eastern burger. A quick note, I really like the large tomatoes they serve with these dishes! In terms of price, Sultan really has it hands down on delicious food that is priced well - especially in the Makati/Salcedo Village area. No wonder the place is always full during the lunch hours! With my orders, I always love to get the bottomless iced tea - which comes in a mason jar. Even without a bottomless drink, one serving is more than enough to fit the entire meal. But personally I love bottomless drinks so I always go for this option. *Reposting from my Zomato account*

I feel like their food tasted much better when I last visited before the pandemic. But the service is top-tier

Service was fast despite eating on a weekday lunch. Food was really good! Definitely worth the price. Will try the other items on the menu next time!

Went into try this Mediterranean Halal food restaurant. The ambiance is good and the staff is very friendly. Ordered a mango shake, mix berry shake, Greek salad, Chicken Biryani and Lam biryani. Shakes and the Greek salad was good but the biryani was bit off, firstly this is not how the biryani is, the rice used was not typically what’s used for biryani, the taste was okay though.

Servings are huge. Be sure to share. Dips are flavorful compared to other Mediterranean resto. Love both the wild mushroom and barley soup.

I love Sultan’s good ambiance and interior. Their mushroom soup is quite disappointing but their Kebabs are very delicious and tender. Their Biryani rice is a little bit oily too. Service is good to say the least.

The best place to eat Mediterranean food this side of Makati. Price isn't that expensive, and the value is there! The only downer here is their servers. They're inconsistent - sometimes they're attentive, sometimes their not. And the times we were here weren't even busy hours. I definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for Mediterranean food.

Reasonably priced place to satisfy your Mediterranean food cravings. It's not very cold inside and service is a bit slow, but the staff are friendly and food is really good! Highly recommend getting 3 dips. Couldn't get enough 🤤 They accept reservations, you can message them on Facebook!

We were lucky to find this place tucked into a street behind buildings without a lot of foot traffic. Their prices were great for a Makati joint but the food quality surpassed its price point. The wait staff was bubbly and the food arrived in a snap. I'd bring my friends here. Quality find!
