Had a great time at Whiterock. Gave a lower rating because of their tricks to get extra money from you. They told me a price but then say I have to pay 1000 for consumables but I get a 1000 coupon for one of their restaurants. A trick to get you to eat their and spend more. During check-in found out they no longer give you access to their inflatable play area, you have to pay extra. I asked to talk to the manager about 4 times but was ignored. Also found out you have to pay 3000 cash for damage deposit and you can not put on your charge card. Nice and fun place employees VERY nice and helpful. I just wish management was more upfront and honest about their pricing.

The rooms are good, but some rooms have issues like aircons are not that cold. Then there was a time the elevator was closed in a hot day time and had to come up to 4th floor. The Pinatubo hall is also a bit warm inside, the aircons cannot support the heat well. There were few restrooms that gets a long queue. Some amenities look old too. The food is good in their buffet, the service is good as well. They give out beach towels which is good. We tried to check it on Grab but to no avail. There is traffic nearby.

Stay away in this resort! Such a scam! Not worth any penny! I booked 2 room last week for my family to enjoy in this resort for 2 nights. I booked 1 room for 24k plus then the other bedroom for the rest of my family is 16k plus. When I told them my sister and her boyfriend and their little boy coming in the resort which is they gonna stay in the same room they asking me for another 3,900 for their entrance fee and when it's time for checkout they asked to pay 3,900 for their second day stay in the room which is I paid so much already and not even worth of the price. Stay away in this resort 50k for this 2 nights and old rooms and they charged us 500 because we bring our rice cooker. When we booked this resort in their website accepted 5 pax for 24k 2 nights room then the other room is 16k plus for 4 pax then when we're there they saying I has to pay entrance fee what the heck. Such a scam resort. North worth it and the receptionist there all not helpful about it because we wanted to refund our money that day we don't even use their facility and they has so many excuses that's why no wonder not much people staying in there hundreds rooms empty in that resorts so different what they posting in their website last room left that's not true. It's a nightmares stay in that ugly resort. Not even deserve 1 star!!!!!!

They will try to take your money if you allow them .Lot's of Hidden Charges , make sure you stand your ground. Initial room they will give you thinking you are getting a deal and they will even tell you that they've upgraded your room but beware... it's Filthy, bugs everywhere, it smells and nothing works so that you'll complain for a new room. and then More charges! Food is bland and overpriced, better to eat out . Better have a car otherwise you'll be pass a residential area filled with people hanging out and drinking on the streets (feel unsafe - Especially at night) Go somewhere else and read the reviews online, you'll save yourself unnecessary headache .

I loved this place, although I was only on a day tour. The rooms were nice, it was cold and hot tons of amenities; the zip-lining experience was so fun! Not only did we go once, but twice. Did I mention that the jet-skiing was phenomenal?!?! I got to drive 🤩 The banana boat was so smooth, and the UFO was eh. It was fun but my hand started hurting from gripping on, and salt got into my eyes because I forgot to bring my goggles. I also wanted to go on the inflatable thing and they told us to come later but turns out it didn’t work at all. Kinda sucked; otherwise, everything was amazing! 😊

Some rooms are amazing (seaside suites) some are really suboptimal. Choose carefully. The staff are lovely. Really spacious grounds on the beach. The pools are fun - but some are a bit dated. Decent resort - just be aware re what you’re signing up for. Food is fine (and there are decent places close by - especially Pugon corner smoke yard)

Rooms are not as expected. We had a room transfer request due to a cockroach being present. Rooms are not really that great at this place. Not every room is the same for the same package. But, the service is wonderful! The staff here is really great and very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of activities to go through for no additional fees. The highlight of our stay here really is just the great service of the staff and some activities I was able to try.

We came here for a t.bldg activity. Rooms were newly renovated but i think they had problems with tap cards so we had to use keys in entering our rooms. Food was nice. I was kinda surprised. Breakfast buffet is ok. Just the usual Filipino breakfast. Staff were friendly and professional. It's a big place with lots of things to do. The resort staff who conducted our outdoor team building activity was good. We enjoyed the inflatable obstacle course.

I start this by saying I went to this resort last in 2011 and was very disappointed, so was very leary this go around. I booked 2 beachside connecting bungalows for my large family. 1st I must say, upon booking and requesting a very early check in as it a very long drive with my 3 young kids, they granted the request. We arrived earlier than expected at 8 30 am and was allowed access to our rooms. 1st 5 star! Then as we all were exhausted and hungry, they allowed us to use one of our free breakfast buffets as we were leaving very early on day of checkout and too early for breakfast. 2nd 5 star! As we had 3 very young kids, they made sure our Bungalows had a jacuzzi pool right in front to monitor kids. 3rd 5 star ! They have now electric bikes now to take you to rooms if you have a long walk and need help with things. 4th 5 star! Room service was efficient but a little pricey but overall food was delicious. Staff was always courteous and housekeeping was awesome and excellent in duties. 5th 5 star! One thing I must bring up, at front desk, USD exchange was posted 51 to dollar when rate is almost 60 to the dollar. .. Exchange your money elsewhere as that rate is highway robbery. But overall very pleased and will return one day.

Great place. Huge and fun, however, slides are a bit rough and can scratch your back if you are not careful. Especially the round one. But wave pool is amazing. Definitely going back again

The trip is sudden but the staffs are friendly and welcomed us even without booking thru online < it is just only because they still have rooms available> Guided us to our room , they have e-trike to get you to your room. Room is clean , water activities are fun. Unfortunately the island hopping was cancelled because the boat was not working but the other activities were fun. They have pools , wave pools and slides good for kids and pets. Very pet friendly

Quality, Cleanliness, Services and Value to Guest are executed well. 360 views are instagramable, Kids friendly, perfect place to relax with your Family and friends. Restaurant Staff are well trained. I will endorse White rock to my social media and we will come back soon.

I noticed first the dedication of the people inside this resort. It's an instant connection to the visitors . I must say that the pandemic delayed improvements within the resort but it is evident now that they are catching up. The food here is really cooked with gusto. Kudos to sir Alvin and sir Melvin for bringing positive vibes within his people who sees to it that all our needs were met. Most specially ,the recovery of lost bag owned by one of our councilor friend sir Kenneth of Bagulin,La Union. Soon,there will be more inflatables to play with along with kayak and banana boat. One request though, can the management please evaluate the servings on the orders at the bar near the beach. It needs to somehow represent the pricing. Overall, this place will surely cheer you up.

The place is very well maintained, nice staffs who will assist you happily, the place is pet-friendly. It feels very exclusive since the place is so huge. I really do enjoy the kayak and the inflatables and they have two huge wave pools for kids and adults.

It's a so-so experience. 1) Location is a bit cramped..Looks so great in photos but just okay in actual.. 2) Food taste and quality id rate like 7 out of 10. Their appetizers and desserts taste great however, some of their main dish tastes too salty. 3) Accommodation bathroom for me lacks some amenities like racks to put your toiletries or clothes in. 4) For their service, love that their front desk staff are very accomodating and responsive. Other Staff around the resort are all kind and helpful..

The place lacks proper maintenance. We got allergy while swimming in the pool. The food is not delicious and price is so high while serving is soo little. Seashore is dirty with plastics of various kind floating...

Excellent service! Staff are very courteous, and would always extend any assistance to your needs! Our stay are just a day tour, but was able to check their rooms for accomodations and saw that rooms are big and beds are appropriate for the room space. I.e king, queen, single size beds are available per room depending on the size of your family.

Love this beach resort, me and my family had a blast. We will come back with relatives on our next visit. The Staff is great and very helpful. The instructor for the jet ski is very kind. Our kids enjoy our stay with the different pool and the floating platform (I forgot the name)

Nice Pool side room friendly staff, I would have gives 5 stars but the restaurant ON the first floor is aweful, the food came out ice cold. The breakfast is awesome, made to order omlettes is a must try.

Our group includes a senior citizen and 2 toddlers. Our stay was both fun and relaxing. All of the staffs were nice but the staff on sunset restaurant and the waterpark deserves a commendation. They will tell you when the wavepool is on. They were helpful in guests doing the different water slides. There's a free 30minutes kayak and the staffs were helpful in the issuance of life vests. We only have a problem in our assigned room which was fixed upon request and we encountered a parking problem, amidst that everything went well. Thank you Whiterock!

i enjoyed my summer vacation here, nice place lots of outdoor activities where you can enjoy with friends and family...nice beach and lots of swimming pools and also where you can enjoy the wave pool. i really love this place and looking forward to go back and again spend my vacay here..

Good place to have fun with companies, water slides enjoyable with kids. Many pools which is really good as well. Wave pool also nice. But the beach not that nice.

Whiterock beach resort is very peaceful place, even the security has a good service and the parking area has a good garage for all customers. I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and resort, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. All the pools are particularly impressive, with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to relax under. One of the highlights was the NAYA Bar by the beach. The food was absolutely delicious, a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. Overall, the amenities and facilities were beyond comparison.

Overall, I must say that the ambiance of the place is very pleasant and inviting. The decor and seating arrangements are well thought out and create a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a casual dining experience. The service staff were also attentive and friendly which added to the overall positive experience. However, I must admit that I was disappointed with the quality of the food. While the menu offered a good variety of dishes, the taste and presentation of the food were not up to par. Some of the dishes were overcooked and lacked seasoning, while others were undercooked and did not meet my expectations. I believe that there is room for improvement in this aspect, as the quality of the food can make or break a dining experience. In addition, I must also comment on the beach. While I was excited to visit the shore, I was disappointed to find that it was not as beautiful as I had hoped. I believe that improvements can be made in the quality of the food and the upkeep of the beach. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards creating a more enjoyable experience for your patrons.

Their staff is very accommodating. They have many attractions inside the resort. Good for a family with kids. Just a bit sad that all everywhere you go its cemented. The beachfront too has been downsized because of the structures they built.

what's good - spacious rooms, good beach area and nice inflatables. Their reception staff are responsive. what's not good - lots of mosquitoes at night, the rooms are dusty, coffee is bland. Their hair dryer doesn't work. The CR is also weird- toilet, bathroom and sink are all separated from one another making it so inconvenient. Also, our friends' experienced neighbors (outside fence) throwing glass bottles & stones on their room door. It's scary. Not recommending this.

It was quite disappointing on our stay. First, the price for the dinner buffet added additional charges that was not expected on the papers that they gave us. Second, the bowling place was not spacious at all. One lane can only be used and it was not worth the wait. Lastly, we actually won a free banana boat voucher for 4 pax. When we got to the cashier, she said that it was a minimum for 5 people. They said we need to pay for another person since we came as 4. They also said they WERE NOT AWARE that there was gonna be a voucher for the banana boat. We declined and left disappointed. I left the voucher and a well constructed review on your suggestion box. I suggest you take a look at it. It felt like the place was an ultimate money grab with poor hospitality. Overall the ambience of the place and sights are very nice. Most employees are just not worth praising. I just hope the management can be changed or someone else can handle the services more better. Poor management can lead to poor performance of the business and employees. Merry christmas and thanks for nothing i guess.

The pools are there, the bay is there, good accomodations. They were doing a lot of improvements/construction when we went there so it took away from the ambience, and the hospitality could of been better.

I really love this place. Great place for solo traveller and for company team building. The food are delicious, the room is spacious, the staff are very helpful. Highly recommended. =)

June 22, 2021, they have promo today which is 500php per adult and 300 php for kids, the facility and staffs are very good, i only recommend to bring your own food because if you order a delivery service from outside, expect a 20% corkage.

Shower on our room is not functional (3br beach villa) that we took our bath kneeling. Neighbors (outside fence) throwing glass bottles & stones on our roof even on day time. Too scary that debris could scatter on our whirl pool. Our driver was slightly wounded, though, security officers come over quickly. Buffet is good, staff are polite. Beach & pool is clean.

Very nice amenities, staff are friendly and rooms are cozy. Needs some improvement on breakfast buffet food selection and qty. More schedules on wave pool please since its only twice a day. During our stay there were fire dance at night. Zipline, jetski, banana boat are available for rent for a few bucks. Great for family outing. 3 bedroom villa with jacuzzi

The staff we amazing and helpful. However, the water facilities need to be renovated. Swimming pools especially the wave pool are in need of new paint. The big wave has a very shallow water that it is useless for the guests to fully enjoy.

Just an excuse for a beach hotel, architectural-wise the structures are as good as average but not excellent. The food in their resto was ok, but it's bland and overpriced. It's best to eat out, because if you bring any cooking appliances you'll be charged with a very high corkage fee. This place is a total rip-off, most of their services require additional charges. They overcharge like crazy, the service they provide isn't even equivalent to the amount of money they charge. Their customer service is really horrible, overall it's just maybe another average beach hotel but there are other better choices than this one. Explore your choices or regret it later.

Giving it a four star. My partner and I enjoyed the inflatable area. The staff in the area was accommodating, fun, jolly, and good photographers. Cheers to them! The only problem is that the beach area is quite not clean. There are floating food wrappers and found a floating womens pad. Also, we had a problem with the AC in our room. It was checked 5 times before they have decided to move us in another room at around 4AM. Also, noticed that the second room that we accommodated was not smelling fresh than the first room we accommodated. But among all food is superb. The price is reasonable. Food service is okay. And most of the staff in the resort is accommodating and approchable. Giving five star to the staff in the inflatable area who was on duty yesterday afternoon. Thank you.

I think it is more of a good venue for team building, with all the amenities. They have lots of pools, cabanas, and activities. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. There are grilling stations available. The beach is clean but it is not for chilling out as it is very limited. If you are looking for a place to sit on a wide shore and enjoy a sip of coffee, this is not the place for you. Day tour costs 950, includes the rent for the cabana and one-time kayaking. They chage corkage fees for alcholic drinks.

The rooms were clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They went and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Foods are amazing, a little bit pricey but reasonable and delicious! Place have a lot of swimming pools to choose from. Gym, bowling ball, zipline, kayaking and a lot of activities to choose! I will surely go back here again and again!

We went here for company team building. The resort is huge but some amenities and rooms are more maintained than others. Their staff are nice and helpful in all the amenities even when we were a big group. The food is good for both filipino and continental foods

So expensive for what they offer. We rented a 3bedroom villa, we are a big family and gave us only 1 main key, and said they can't do anything about it. No common area, power is tripping, lots of extra charges on amenities and facilities, even a tight bracelet they will charge which isn't our fault. Slow service, uncooked hamburger. My son had a scraped skin on their slide, their new years gala event was boring, not worth the price and the list goes on and on.... definitely won't recommend and will never come back!

My family and I had a great time here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially RJ from the Naya Bar. The food was also delicious, and the serving was fair, considering I felt full after eating. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. They were a bit pricey, yes, but it’s just like in every other resort where prices are higher compared to others. The band that played on the Friday night we were there was good, they sang so well. The only damper was the other guests, who thought they paid for the whole place instead of just a few rooms. Who stays at a resort or hotel and keeps their doors open and bangs through the hallway without consideration for other guests?!? Who knocks on someone else’s door? It is not the resort’s fault if the guests are unruly and uncouth, but they should create rules so all guests can have a good time. Will we come back again? Definitely!
