Easy to find and eady to call taxi. Nice building and next to Mall of Asia. You can easily get what you want. It is easy to locate grab driver here. Remember to bring passport or ID to register in order to enter the building

Very strict on the uniform specific on the foot apparel... No Crocs or slippers... Better talk it out if you have foot wounds or corn withe the guard on duty... There's always room for an exception.

Architecture is really modern and awesome. Picture perfect. Just passed by after my biking routine.

Went here to have my back to be check by URESTORE Clinic. It was my first time to come here and the building was spacious and clean. Guards were helpful and they allowed me to use the building elevator since the escalators were not functioning. ATRIUM was nice and peaceful. Safety standards are observed.

So far this building looks better compared to 1 and 2 E-Com. The design of the building is really good. But not enough food stalls or shops inside. This is like more on offices unlike the other buidlings.

One of the best places I've worked in. The restrooms are cool too, it flushes automatically. Elevators won't make you late. Always clean. Wish I can go back. I don't have clear pictures of the building but as you can see the elevators are spotless and the restroom is a good selca spot 😂

I was at the lobby to settle the Tagaytay Highlands billing which turned out to be sent to my place last Jan. 2021. I received the statement on the weekend (very late in the mail). What a waste on my travel to that place before heading to QC for work!

Almost a ghost building. Previously occupied by POGO but now abandoned. This might as well be converted into Condo units for rent.

Great place to work at. Safe and clean environment. However, had a bad experience with the security guards here. Earlier this morning, 2 guards stopped me to get to our office due to a reason that I wore shorts, even if we have rules for weekend to dress down. I feel so ashamed of the way they prohibited me to enter the building, but stayed calm. Most of my colleagues were looking at me that time, I even explained to them everything but they still not allow me to go up to the office, after almost an hour of waiting, they end up letting me in since my attire that time is acceptable. And take note, I didn't break any of the rules. That incident lead me to tardiness though, terribly upsetting. So yeah, better be consistent of what rules you implemented. And make sure the admin of the building and the tenant are coordinating well.

The staffs are so accomodating and kind. The cleanliness of the place is five star. I just visited Philcare located at Five Ecom Center.

If you are planning to rent a big office space this is the place. Location is great and very accessible 24hours transportation is available.

Great location for a BPO, it's easy to get there and easy to leave because there always PUJs and E-trics going around.

It was great. Very clean and the people are very accommodating Alcohols are everywhere and the building is sparky clean

I miss the taiwanese resto at the ground floor. Hope a new tenant comes soon. Quaint bar and resto at the corner near BDO. Convenient open parking right across.

Such a modern design building. It houses corporate offices kike BPO's and even medical care.
