DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE I have been calling all their phone numbers to inquire several times and even other Power Mac Center has tried calling them but they are not responding at all. We have the update phone numbers and still no response. This store should not be open for business if they will not even answer phones or they can't be reached through a call. I was informed that they are not answering the phone because the phone/celfone is not in the branch!!! What the.....

Bring a good book, takes too long before you get called. Only 2 receptions are working on a busy weekend. Poor CS!

you will regret bringing your unit in this service provider as they are very hard to reach via phone for followup. called them at 10:15AM as they're operating hours is 10AM - 10PM but then again, there is no response or answer on their end. your support number is useless!

Services are quite good.

Employees lie to customers and service is really horrible. Apple should be ashamed that they are represented by this store and its people. Dont bring anything here for service and dont buy anthting from them as you will probably regret it.

Disappointed as I could not get a battery for an older version phone but was able to get one directly across from them at one of the mall kiosks. Asked about a replacement battery for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and quoted me over 6000 pesos and a 3 week turnaround period. Again went to the kiosk across from them and had it replaced for 2500 and in 8 minutes… AND it was a genuine part.

The 2 one girl and a guy working there are so disrespectful, we were buying phone and they started talking and laughing in their language thinking that we don’t understand. They don’t deserve to work in costumer services if we where not in hurry to get a phone I would not give them one dollar of my money. I found Philippine ppl so nice and polite but these 2 are out just rude and disrespectful.

You have to bring not only mask,but also gave shield to enter the shop. In addition,you need date connection on your cellphone. Their covid survey sheet is only on internet. They don't prepare the paper sheet...

Had my iPhone 6s battery replaced. They did replace it but not until so many procedures and a very long wait. Basically there is just 3 of us waiting and it took me an hour to leave the unit for repair and get out of the shop. So many procedures and red tape just to have a battery replacement. It took them 2 weeks to replace the battery (fortunately I am in no rush). Claiming the repaired unit was no different. Still had to wait just around 20 mins to claim an already fixed unit. Would not recommend unless you have no reasonable alternative.

Service is very slow. Need to ask for assistance more than a few times before someone gives you proper attention. Asked all the things needed to the staff and finally would purchase to later learn that the storw don't have stock of the items you were asking for.

It has all the latest macbook or iphone models there is on the market you should go and check it out.

We went here for assistance sa newly purchased ng iphone ko, dahil may defect ung item, the agent guy on the counter, obviously hindi sya friendly, di mo mafeel na welcome ka sa store nila, at nagmamadali dahil malapit na ung cut off time nila, first visit namin sa site and we’re not satisfied. Not reccommended . We tried sa megamall site the next day , mas friendly and professional mga agents dun.
