After over 25 calls since 12 am Friday till 7 pm today, no resolution from MMT. So what was my fault, that I got stuck in a highway jam, which the police had cordoned or tried to manage but failed like they do generally, and I am here stuck in this jam since 24 hours now which is barely moving, only due to Ganga Snan as the religious call it, where the common man like me and many others have suffered ! Spoke to the MMT reps each time was put on hold for ten minutes and more, only to hear the hotel can't refund or cancel, which is also accepted, as I had only asked for a reschedule for my weekend booking as I am on the road don't know because of whose fault, but no solution. Spoke to the Corbett woods hotel and they can take this request up as a genuine case, if MMT places this request, and here I am after repeating myself to over 20 people again and again, lost, and waiting for a solution. Unfortunately both parties playing a blame game and nobody considers my plight. Big shame on make my trip and corbett woods. Pathetic !

Booked a hotel in Kodaikanal, after booking the booked hotel's location is showing as Munnar, Kerala. Even after calling the customer care and hotel management number of times no service provided. Didnt even got the refund of Rs. 8000. Even though the managent didnt returned my refund they send me an invoice of Rs. 5000. Totally non professional service.

Issue escalated to CEO and MD, all sitting quite. If you want to be victim can choose this agent ..
