I must confess that this stricture was breath taking when I stepped into the gate at 8pm. The environment was magnificent and opulent. I tauvht it would be very expensive. But I discovered that there were about 5 cars parked outside and that hot me worried. As I entered the building, I saw a perfect finishing, beautiful walls and ambience. But also discovered that the infrastructures were getting bad. The sofers, some inner and exterior walls getting damp. 3 Stars for the idea behind such a gigantic edifice. 3 stars for poor maintenance of 5he huge investment. Such a massive parking lot, spaces hallways, large rooms, beautiful furnishings and architectural piece. Low patronage, under utilisation, low professionalism of staff, poor customer drive and patronage. I was treated nicely. No gym, as at 6:3am, no shop was opened as I had to walk down the street to buy a few items. Nice, budget, secured, 2 floors. Recommended.

A standard hotel with what you need. They have different room packages at affordable rates. Room service is close to great but a bit expensive, at least, for me when I visited. After a day or two of using room service, we had to go outside, ourselves, to get whatever I needed, food, drinks, name it. However, their overall service is good. Their electricity is standard, above average, for a hotel in Makurdi. Kimbis is located in an area I'll describe as close to the city highway and township, the place is accessible and close to the road, thereby making it easy to locate. For me, the location isn't at all bad, I like it. Above all, I recommend this hotel to anyone, at least, based on my experience at the time of visit.

Fair hotel with affordable rates. Sometimes electricity might be unstable and location might have less than optimum safety. However, a serene environment where you can have fun and enjoy yourself. Would recommend.

The hotel is a good place to be. The rooms aren't so expensive, the standard rooms are just very okay for someone intending to pass a night or two. The hotel has a kitchen that cooks good food, a bar with assorted drinks and space for enjoying a football match. There's also a large hall for events and shows. I would love to visit the place again.

This hotel is a hub for great services, it's located in a very quiet and serine place with great sanitary service... The rooms are nice and affordable and I know you will love it..

Kimbis is an international hotel with a very high security and comfortable accommodation and event center. WiFi with strong signals for the clients. This hotel is situated in the heart of the town along makurdi uturkpo road.

Not a place I would like to sleep twice. For people on a budget, it would possibly offer a pocket-friendly option, but the services may not make anyone very excited. A 4/10 at best. The staff were courteous however, and looked to help as much as they could!

Its not a bad place though, but my last experience there wasn't pleasant at all, we had an event there and the Air conditioning did not work as expected everyone was hot.

Warm reception with a conducive and safe environment. Average prices of food and services. Well trained attendants with swift replies to any emergencies.

It just feels like wasted space. The hotel can hit higher levels of success is well managed. Good service though.

A bit comfortable than Hallyday in the same city of Makurdi. Poor follow up on customer complaints, an evidence of training need on customer service. I had to call 3 times to fix my TV. I finally had to let go since no solution was in sight.

The environment is cool and quite but there is need for improvement in the attitude to cleanliness. Garbage bin left in the corridor, I had to call room service to get my bath tub cleaned despite knowing they were supposed to inspect the room before allocating it to me. They've got good tasty meal in their restaurant and the price isn't too bad even though it can be reviewed downward
