As a teacher hospital it is doing it's best to meet the health needs of patients in & around Benue environs as well as referrals from other parts of the country. Has great potential of becoming an international standard teaching hospital.

A hospital with a very clean surrounding , state of the art facilities with sophisticated equipment to go with. A had a lovely time visiting the hospital and the nurses and doctors are quite nice also and thats why I recommend a five star to this.

Benue State Teaching Hospital Makurdi, is a nice modern Hospital and probably bigger than FMC in Wadata, construction of the Hospital started under Governor George Akume, and was completed and operating under Governor Gabriel Suswam. It's structures are beautiful in a beautiful environment. If it is well maintained and regularly upgraded it will be the best hospital in benue state.
