The River Katsina Ala links Buruku and Katsina Ala Local Government in Benue State. The River bank is a cool spot for students of the College of Education Katsina Ala to relax and have fun

I love this place. If you want cheap farm produce, come to this place. I was there live, to take a view of the location and interact with the residents there.

Used to be a calm city up until around 2017 onwards when internal crisis ravaged the environment...a very great place to spend time away from the world, though lacking recreational qualities, it posesses a calm environment for mental relaxation.

If you're one who's not afraid of large body of water, crossing here would give you a great view of the blue water that feeds the River Benue. This would also leave you bearing beautiful memories amongst the creative minds of the young boys captains the boats with great skills and tack.

The security challenge here is high, no place of relaxation and just a poor state of infrastructure.

Mostly during dry season, with many different sections at varying depths suitable for swimming. Both learners and expert swimmers can find depths suitable for their level. Can be waded across at some points. Very little danger of crocodile or hippo attacks as they are mostly extinct. However, swimmers very occasionally get missing under mysterious circumstances.

The bridge is bad, so anyone driving within this route should be cautious. Overall there are restaurant, hospitals within the area. There are also security issues so you might find security personnel all over the place

The road to Katsina Ala from Gboko is bad... I guess that's the story for the whole of Benue state. Again why can't that local government create a tourism economy?

A peaceful quiet and calm town along the coast of river benue. It has one of the longest bridge in the rigion and host the controversial Christmas beach party every 25th of December. It's a nice and calm place to live.
