I have always loved the beds. So cozy , soft and cuddling. The food is so yummy. The service nice. Food options are great. For kids and adults. The pool is good and clean with a life coach. Although there wasn't any gym instructor or admin available.

Well then, that was a poor experience. Definitely should not be classified as a 4-star. I’ve been to better bed and breakfasts in my youth. Hotel is in dire dire need of refurbishment, and honestly at this point the owners should just consider pulling it down and starting afresh.

A pleasant day that was so refreshing. Though it's been a long time since I last visited, cause Sheraton became a shadow of its self. Was happy to learn that they've got new owners that have commenced massive renovation. A stay there will surely be a memorable experience for you!

Even though “outdated”, rooms are still well cleaned. A bit noisy in the corridors outside… Bed, pillows and sheets are comfortable. Good portions and food taste for room service. Good breakfast choices. A big shoutout to Esther for an excellent customer service!

Very old structure. Although there's nothing they can do about it, at least they could use better paint or modern coating or convering. The new management is struggling to keep up the standard for such huge structure. The interior seem to be much more better than the exterior. The will totally feel disenchanted by the exterior.... inferior emulsion paint used for coating. This hotel should give Transcorp better competition, but however it's not anywhere near that league. So much renovation going on... but the quality... hmmmmn 🤦‍♂️

Very good space, great hotel with good halls for any event. Ample and well laid out parking space, the hotel caters to the staying need of Clients. Their buffet is great too. I was entirely too busy to take photographs.

Sheraton Hotel in Abuja has to be one of the top 3 hotels in Abuja. They have the most friendly staff I've seen in hotels. They are always ready to offer assistance to you when you need it. But one thing that really struck me was the beautiful environment. If you're a picture person, you'll have the best spots to take pictures here. And if you're high on networking, this hotel will open doors for you as HNIs and foreigners make up the hotels large customer base. I'll highly recommend this hotel to anyone with the resources who needs a luxurious place to stay for a short time in Abuja.

Fabulous hotel for stay or leisure. The spa and gym facilities are wonderful though they could do with a litlke touch up of the steam rooms and sauna. Light dinner by the pool, great service staff, diverse menu options and yummy tasting food. Would highly recommend.

Actually went here craving luigi’s Pizza but they didn’t open till 4pm and I couldn’t get the pizza. Ended up touring the hotel and I must say I was impressed. Perfect example of “do not judge a book by its cover” lol.

Its a very well comfortable Hotel. They have a warm regards to their customers. A cool arena to chill, a casino, and also swimming pool, fabulous rooms etc. A trial will convince u. U will love it.

Sheraton Hotel Abuja lives on old glory. The place could use a lot of renovations to keep up to times. My bathroom was stinky even though visually clean. Towels were not adequate. Electronic safe jammed multiple times and I had to go about with my valuables. For the price point, I expected better. The only good thing to say about this hotel was its people. Ever courteous and friendly staff always willing to help. Management can do better to make this place match its name.

Sheraton hotel Abuja, I went there for exhibition for ICAN conference. The hotel has spacious hall for conference, rest room and also the environment very clean. The hotel need to renovate their buildings to look more beautiful so it can attract more guests and booking for various businesses. The staffs and security are all doing a good job.

This is a great hotel, however need a serious revamp! A few important things need be fixed. The staff is 10Star, I have travelled and been to many hotels, but the dedication and kindness of hotel staff is beyond excellence!

I will start with what was good: the internet and a comfortable bed but that's it. The reception staff, especially at night are the worst I have come across. The non-renovated rooms smell, the bathrooms has mould, the shower tap is difficult to use, the door lock repeatedly doesn't work, the restaurant staff forget your orders and the ATMs at the hotel tend to freeze Monday during transactions. This is not what one would expect from a Marriott property and I have never been this disappointed with a hotel. All you get from their staff is a sorry. If Marriott cannot offer a good service they should just stop offering it instead of spoiling customers experiences.

Undoubtedly, one of the best luxury hotels In Nigeria. You will get the value for your money. The room, and the service was on point, the buffet, and all the amenities at the fitness centre are all on point. I will always recommend Sheraton Hotel, Abuja.

Comfortable bed. Lots of complimentary essentials (2 bottled water, shampoo, body lotion, etc). The wardrobe has ironing board and pressing iron. Air conditioning working excellently well and TV set has lots of channels. Entire environment is neat and fine.

I was there for the food (buffet) whoch is from 6am to 4:30pm. The menu is amazing with local,intercontinental dishes, there's desert and an array of fruits in display. The ambience and customer service impeccable 👌.

All the staff are so professional, courteous and friendly. With extra thank you to Daniel and Alex and the wonderful Papion restaurant chef, who's Food tastes like Christmas. Thank you to all the staff that were also so busy on the day i was staying over for 1 short evening.

The service from the hotel was Impeccable, rooms also clean, tidy and neat. Only negative (and not really negative) point was the room numbering system for the floors - took some time to orientate myself and find my room. Otherwise broad variety of breakfast dishes and options.

Nice hotel , especially now that the name has been changed,the hotel is picking up gradually,but personally,I feel they still need huge work to make it work standardly....from the reception to the inner bar to the club house then the room are really old in designs personal they need to change some equipments like chairs and television. It's located at the center city very secured and affordable

the updated rooms are very nice, staff is very helpful and friendly. went to Abuja for a meeting. great location easy in and out. only issue. food service at the hotel has fallen greatly. the menu at the lobby bar, room service, and pool bar are very limited. the breakfast buffet needs an overhaul. none of the items work together. both my wife and I were highly disappointed with the food. especially since we were both at the Lagos Sheraton a couple months ago. it was far superior.

Horrible. Getting to the hotel premises was horrible, unhealthy queue, traffic at the gate. Unnecessary too many speed bumps jam packed at the hotel entrance(come on its 21st century). Securoty check is manually slow, got into the premises. Very unorganised, people parking on driveways, blocking vehicle movement. No security, no traffic to direct vehicle, no sign posts or markings, showing directions, in or out, at the car park. Just horrible, bad management Room service was okay. Rooms are fine

The newly renovated rooms look great and the new management seems to want to turn things around. But they need to get the night life and the traffic back to what it use to be...

Was at the swimming pool section, I enjoyed the setting. The bamboo set-up, I love their bar too. I had orange juice

Food is great, staffs know their job, the environment is cosy and neat, you get almost everything you need within the premises

This is one of the most respected hotels and resorts in Nigeria that is located in the heart of central district In federal capital Territory of Nigeria. World class facilities, workers and a very safe place to be.

Sheraton hotel is a cool place to be. I was here for a conference. However I noticed rest rooms are located outside the halls which is quite inconvenient for attendees. This could be worked on and improved upon.

It's now Abuja Continental Hotel. I went to the fitness center to make enquires about membership and to be fair, their rates are actually wonderful. I'm making preparations to become a full member.

I enjoyed my stay but my intercom wasn't working during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.

This is a five star hotel for Business trip in FCT. Its located at the heart of the city with easy access to Central Business District. Excellent night life in this hotel and environs. Tidy pool side and excellent walkways.

Cool, relaxed and the ambiance is awesome. A place to cool off in their exotic rooms, chill by the restaurant and other relaxation spots, and also a business place where you can buy and do other businesses as well as a hall for your occasion and lots more. Really nice.

Sheraton Hotel, Abuja is one of the most conducive please to lodge and host your events. Be it conference, seminars, workshops etc. The services provided are top notch and at every event they ensure that one of their facility staff come to explain to those attending the events how to navigate around the premises and how to escape incase of any emergency, hence warning ⚠️ for security contious amongst others. They have different event rooms and rooms that your guests can have lunch and breakfast and even dinner at. They also make provisions for lunch, tea breaks and dinner. They follow the COVID-19 protocols strictly and ensures everyone's safety while I'm their building. (This review is dependent on my visit to Sheraton based on my observations). Sad to see a beautifully designed hotel with an internationally renowned brand, at a prime location in a major city, turning into a ghost town. So much potential. Can be so much more if better managed.

It is one of the old establishments in Abuja, nice scenery, good parking spaces, nice facilities. But over time they have rested on their oars and refused to catch up with others in terms of the facelift. There isnt much traffic while accessing the location.

The atmosphere is still serene, but the infrastructure is going archaic. Can't compete with even an international 2 star hotel

Haven't visited Sheraton in years. They successful hosted the first ladies impact Award. It was a fun evening and the environment was secure.

This is a well managed top class hotel in Abuja. Simply put, it is a home away from home. The cuisine is truly international and the ambience is awesome. The room is clean and fully functional.

I was only here for a bit, didn't check out the rooms tho. Very clean and comfortable environment, cheerful staff who are always willing to help and guide you.

Beautiful meeting rooms. AC tight, not so big but can conveniently take about 50 people for small gatherings. Tasty meals and buffet. Serene environment.

I love Sheraton Abuja for so many reasons, is always quiet, a very big parking space, nice roomy reception for meeting, the rooms are spaciously relaxing, neat and the customer care are always accommodating. Madam Mapis the Front desk manager is an extraordinary manager that's always handy to fix, assist and make one's stays a relaxing. Oh, the bar and it's eating place with varieties, the live music playing band are parts of what remains in the memory.

Good hotel with enough space for events gathering. Attended the Independent Newspapers impact awards for first ladies.

It's a five star hotel located at the heart of Abuja, Nigeria. Rooms are expensive as expected 😉 with complimentary breakfast. Great swimming pool, gym for lovers of exercises, beautiful view and landscape. A great place for holiday getaway with family if you can afford it 🤗

What a wonderful hotel. I had a pleasure to visit this place and I was quite impressed with the internal organization of this hotel. Fanatic facilities, starting from the rooms, restaurants, squash court, tennis court as well as the gym. Great atmosphere and very welcoming!

Only one wing of the hotel is being used. You can still see trappings of the hotel when it was rated a top class hotel. The facilities are still there and the environment was clean. A lot of potential.
