Tejuosho Ultra Modern Shopping Complex is well and truly alive. Specious shops. I bought a lawn tennis racquet at one here. Good price too. Evening clothes market thrives here.

Beautiful to behold from the newly constructed flyover bridge… You can see a lot of commercial activities going on in and around the complex ranging from those hawking personal wares for the Christmas season to other clothing materials to food vendors around the area… Also zenith bank in this complex is a strategic idea as those with large sum of money can easily locate the bank to make deposits and also withdrawal… in all it was an awesome atmosphere…

This is one of the major markets in Lagos for fabric lovers/tailors/designers/creatures in the clothing field and more! There is almost no material you can't get here. I came here for a velvet material. What's important is that you are able to tell the difference between an original and a China. Cos most China looks like the original. This place is still undergoing upgrade and construction.

Unlike last year, Tejuosho now has an outdoor lounge for walkers, buyers and travellers. All they need do is buy from the accredited foods and drinks vendors.

A well organized shopping mall, that offers virtually all what you need for household usage. Situated in a strategic location that gives you quick access to cash and deposit transaction with the situation of several banks within its proximity. The complex is of different blocks based on the types or kind of goods you want to buy. A Police post is also sited by the side to ensured adequate security for all. Anytime you are in Yaba, try and check this Famous mall out.

This is a big shopping mall located in Tejuosho in Yaba It has a number of businesses located within it from clothing, cosmetics, fashion, food, electronics etc It has a large parking space that the fee is charged based on the number of hours used in the parking lot I especially love their parking lot because it is spacious and can accommodate as many cars as possible which doesn’t make them disturb other road users It’s a one stop plaza for all kind of items and this would save the stress of moving from one place to another

I actually like this place. In terms of layout the building makes sense while allowing air via courtyard setup and the stairs are even. Hence the high rating. Kudos to the Engineer & contractors for the build. Tailors, salons, spa entities, shoe stores, money changers/Abuke's and Spar are here while street vendors surround the place due to the high foot traffic in the area. Bolt and Uber drivers that are knowledgeable can easily figure out to meet you at the Spar side/Gate that faces an Access Bank. More lighting is needed along the gates and too many beggars when the sun goes down but all in all it's a smart spot. Easy landmark.

Located in the heart of Yaba, this is a grand structure that houses several businesses. One can purchase items like: curtains, beddings, clothes, materials, accessories, shoes, gadgets, provisions and many more. Walking through the complex may sometimes be confusing as the shops are similar but they have numbers to differentiate.

The shopping plaza recently refurbished to modern standards about 3 years ago. It's very attractive with its purple like colour. It accommodates popular business brands in household names. Easy drive in and exit but with traffic due to the busy bustop. Security checks in place.

A great place to buy most of your items. It's a complex building. I nearly miss my way inside the building one day. From the top, I followed one staircase like that downward I ended up at a toilet end 🤣😅 with no other exit door. I quickly ran up through the direction I came down from.

You can literally get anything here. One of the places that reminds you of hustle. You have a need? The artisans and vendors here are willing and ready to meet them. Fabric shopping, household and essentials, beauty and health care. Name it. The structure is also architecturally pleasing.

It's huge. Mostly for clothes and curtains. There's a food market but it's not that big. You can easily get overwhelmed but it's fun shopping there. I got a ton of the things I use at my new home there. It was a great place to shop for curtains and Bedsheets and rugs and the like. 10/10 rec.

It's a great shopping complex. You can shop for Cosmetics, clothes, shoe hairs, and materials almost anything is sold there at a relatively cheap price. The only thing odd is some of those marketers guys can harass you into buying, touching you, and dragging your hands, they almost could drag you to their shops. Well some of them are nice and cautions. I got to some part of the shopping complex and I was wowed, that place was so hot and stuffy ( where the tailors sew most of the cloth being sold outside the complex)

This place is vibrant. Teeming with vendors and shoppers alike. Came to buy fabrics and i was lost for choices. It reflects the hustle and bustle of lagos. Mallams offering you bureau de change services on the street, food vendors, banks etc.

I unfortunately went there on a public holiday. The queue was unmanageable. They need to do better at managing such large queues. Get extra staff for the days when they are sure to get a lot of foot traffic.

Only ultra modern in name. Largely still uncompleted and nowhere being completed any time soon. However, it will still meet all your needs. Still the go to market for Yaba and its environs. Just hope it doesn't start falling apart before it's even finished.

Gigantic building with avalanche spaces for shops. Hitherto, the shops were opulent for many potential shop users, but now the prices are reasonable. Neat environment and lovely occupants who sell various stuff ranging from curtains, clothes, material for clothes, restaurants, ATM inter alia. The only challenge is the toilet where they charge customers and shop occupants. This should be looked into strategically and to avoid misuse.

It's really ultramodern. As a rehabilitation professional, the ramp built in to accommodate people using wheelchairs is quite considerate.

Shop numbers and directions is a mess. The spar supermarket in the building is the biggest so doesn't have wide variety. The cahiers at checkout are also quite rude. But the food is nice and decently priced.

I am giving this place a 3 star because I had to pay to use the restroom and also because the sellers kept harassing me with their wares so I had to halt taking a walk round. The most prominent stores here are Mama Tega, Bismid and Spar. The stores are largely unoccupied and even the Spar within looked like they were moving out. They store had a lot of shelf gaps.

  • 4/5 emmanuel a. 2 years ago on Google
Your one-stop plaza for a whole range of needs from domestic to office to welfare and even financial services. Point of sales payment options available, ATM service points provided. I'm giving a 4 star because network service is very limited when you're parked in the basement, otherwise it's a 5-star...

  • 2/5 Jennifer O. 2 years ago on Google
Too crowded. Wasn't impressed with the "beauty stores" products either. 1 of the 2 stars is for their very large and accessible parking lot in the basement. Organized and spacious. The other is for Spar.

By local standards, this earns a 4 star, but all kinds of people come here, so 3 star. All kinds of things are sold here (fakes/originals, edibles/non edibles, new/used...your choice. BUT TAKE NOTE OF THE "NEW" CLOTHES AND PRODUCTS. KNOW THE ORIGINALS BEFORE YOU GO THERE. Not all items are sold in one place so you'll need to do some "uping and "downing". Get prepared to be approached by marketers who will follow you and sometimes touch or hold you. There are exceptions among them, but most are just annoying. Personally I put on my head phone and don't look at nor answer them. Sometimes I change course. After a while they leave you. DEPENDING ON ITEM AND SHOP, DON'T BE SCARED OR SHY TO SLASH PRICES BY AS MUCH AS FIVE TIMES, ESPECIALLY ON THOSE THINGS THAT ARE "NEW". THESE GUYS WATCH AND WOULD INTIMIDATE WITH THE PRICES JUST TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOU. Hope these help. Enjoy.

It’s centrally located. Wide ranges of products can be gotten here. There’s an underground parking lot. Be ready to pay 200 for it. The shops are organized such that all items are around same area. Fabrics material like chiffon, silk, lace, sequins etc are affordable. Ready made materials are also available in bulk here than other Lagos markets. There are fast food restaurants here. You can get all your shopping needs here. Convenience, affordable, easy to locate. Well organized market. Tip- Go early between 7 am to 11 am to get good deals and fine designs of ready made clothes.

  • 5/5 Blessing O. 2 years ago on Google
A bit organised, you can get good prices for almost everything here, especially clothing.

  • 3/5 sandy o. 2 years ago on Google
Its your one stop for everything you need. Can be stressful but the road guys (hustlers) can be helpful in directing you on where to get what in the huge market. Just be ready to tip them of they spend hours with you. You can buy and sow expressly at the market of you go in time. PARKING: Hmmm as at 2nd of October 2021 the road that leads to Spar from Yaba busstop by the railway was locked. So i had to park across and along the road for 500 bucks. I was there for 4hrs. NOTE: Its safer to park across than beside so you dont get towed or attact toutes. FOOD: Theres are some kiosks that seller rice, and some grilled food in front of the mall (same compund) YOU CAN BUY: Cosmetics from Bismid or Mama Tega. Clothes ( vintage) Winter jackets, boots, suitcases.. Curtain, bedsheets and accessories Bulbs, fittings, rugs Wigs, cheap clothes. Tailoring materials... I would say its the mini mainland version of Balogun market however you must wear a face mask to enter.

  • 5/5 Chiburem C. 2 years ago on Google
With the recent construction of the roads in Yaba. I advise that one either uses a hailing ride or bus to get there because parking your private car is a mess. Furthermore, the road leading to the entrance is a mess so be prepared to walk. Asides from all these, the mall is well equipped. There's a salon, a supermarket, a spa, a beauty shop etc

A very big shopping market/building that houses several businesses, including clothing items, spa, makeup, food vendors, and many more. It is a gated building with security men and wheelchair accessible entrance. The construction going there however makes the place very clumsy; but should improve after the construction.

Really great place for shopping.. ample parking space.. phone network is a bit bad inside the complex ... so calls and transfers via bank app(for products purchased) may be a bit difficult.. I go there more for the variety of fabric sold there... you won't be disappointed

I use to buy shoes, clothes and bedsheets here.... very nice and friendly environment.

The Shopping Complex is so big...you could almost get lost in it. They sell virtually all that you need there. There's a 'Spa Supermarket' located there. Silverbird Cinemas is opening there soon. It's a good place for shopping your needs.

This is another market where you can good buys. You'll meet some incredible tailor's if you know your ways around the complex .

Tejuosho ultra modern market is indeed an ultramodern market considering the fact it's located at Yaba and also the fact there's hardly anything you want that you won't get...it has lots of wheelchair accessible entrances, there's also a mini-mall (Spar) attached to it, there's a gym and lots more in the building

  • 5/5 janet i. 2 years ago on Google
It's a modern market situated in the heart of Lagos mainland. A recognised place basically for shopping clothes, curtains, wall papers, hair extensions, etc😊

I love Tejuosho Shopping Mall. It's a one stop place for everything you need. I mean everything from Clothes, shoes, bags, electronics, cosmetics, household items, jewellery, food, kitchenware etc. I really cannot mention it all. Note that at the back of Tejuosho Mall is a beehive for fashionable clothing for both men and women at affordable prices. Particularly women. However, beware of cheap clothes, the quality may be very poor. The market also has a Nigerian Made side that churns out beautiful clothes for affordable price.

Modern. International standard. Crowded. Market men and women from all across Nigeria. Accessible by road and not far from Ebute Metta Train Station.

  • 3/5 Okafor N. 2 years ago on Google
Clean, nice, tidy, not rowdy. Ideal if you are looking for a peaceful shopping experience. Ideal for ready to wear native clothes, Ankara clothings, curtains, bedspreads shopping. Nice food court. It has a large convenient and safe underground parking. Easy access to Uber and Bolt rides.

  • 4/5 Suzette O. 1 year ago on Google
This is a market that has everything you need in sale. You can also patronize the vendors around the mall for cheaper and quality products. Although they're second hand, they're always worth the price. Just price it well so they don't cheat you.

A place where you can possibly get anything and everything you need ranging from home decor, curtains, bed sheets, electronics, food stuffs, cosmetics, clothing, footwear, etc.. You need to open eye well as it's very easy to miss your route within the complex. It has a big underground parking space and adjacent to yaba brt station, and very close to train station. it's easily accessible and goods in there are affordable.

  • 4/5 Chijioke O. 1 year ago on Google
Quality wears available at very competitive prices. You can get original shirts, trousers, shoes, sneakers and clothing accessories too. The place is usually rowdy but you have to be careful with pickpockets and other sharp individuals. Know what you want, get it and be on your merry way home. And please, test anything you buy.

  • 5/5 Oluwafemi A. 1 year ago on Google
I saw more business that amazed me. It would be nice for government or whoever managing the complex to create an organize section or new businesses. It currently looks too saturated. Perhaps it's because of the road construction. However, it can be well organized and managed.

  • 2/5 Omogbolahan David Justice A. 1 year ago on Google
I could literally get most of the things I needed, although, the place isn't completed. I hope they can finish the structure and then make it more accessible. Then, there needs to be a proper demarcation in the building. It is difficult to know where some items can be got. It needs a proper structuring and delineation.

  • 5/5 Princess A. 1 year ago on Google
It's a very large and diverse market. There are two complexes so you'd definitely find whatever it is that you're looking for. Things ranging from skin care products to cosmetics to wears, they have everything. If you're looking to get skin care products, I'd suggest you visit MAMA TEGA COSMETICS AND SPA she's an expert and she has everything related to that, you wouldn't regret it!

  • 2/5 Elizabeth L. 1 year ago on Google
The place is too busy, and some of the people selling there are always following you around trying to coerce you into buying from them. And currently no packing space, the ATMs barely work. I wouldn’t recommend going there unless it’s really important. The shop owners are good though, you could go for facials at a cheap price and it has some well known supermarkets

  • 4/5 titilayo A. 1 year ago on Google

The people in charge of toilet hygiene, need to do better. (By adding bleach while cleaning) They have tailors with specialty in amendment. Just go there and all your over size clothes will be amended to fit. Price per clothes is 500 but you can negotiate if you have more clothes sha

Big shopping mall in yaba with a wide range of stores offering a wide variety of goods and services. Some places have fixed prices while some people allow you to haggle. Unfortunately there's no map to help people navigate. Would have been nice to have a section for hair, another for clothes etc and have a map with all the details. The road around is under construction and usually messy when it rains.

  • 4/5 ESTHER O. 1 year ago on Google
Good place if you are looking for fabrics for dresses, 2piece, curtains, bedsheets and lots more. Although you need to put in some effort by walking theough many shops to get the best deals.

  • 3/5 Samuel V. 1 year ago on Google
A lot of shops, meaning a lot of options. You can park your car at the basement for the whole shipping day for 0.5 Dollars. The complex is big, so you need to have a plan and a list, definitely. You might get disturbed by boys on the street, wooing and calling you to buy at their shop. Most of them actually don't work in those shops but would get a cut on the sale if. If you have good negotiation skills, then leverage one. Tell then what you want, warn them not to waste your time and they will show to the shops that have what you want. Simply, they could be your map saving you a lot of time, but you have to be Street smart.

I love the fact that it's a large place and has a bank for anyone who would love to make some transactions. You can get quite several things there. Spar, Zenith Bank, a Pharmacy, and a lot more are there for quick and complete purchases.

  • 3/5 Uzezi O. 1 year ago on Google
Nothing ultramodern about the new Tejuosho, I've been coming here since secondary school so not much has changed besides the new complex built. I still like the place for its street feel(Foodstuffs, New & Fairly used Clothes, Jeans, Curtains, Jewelry, households....you name it) My current issue is with the construction work at Yaba bus terminus 🚧 makes navigation here an absolute nightmare...if one is driving. Hold fast to your wallets n pockets too. Just saying 🙂

really busy place, could get crowdy on weekends. Kiosks and fast food shops are available at the entrance of the Shopping center. Shop for all your needs at good prices.

Sure place to go for your very cheap ready made wears both in bulk ànd retail. Tejuosho Ultra-Modern Market (Yaba) is a large scale market where relatively every thing can be bought including Services such as Hair plaiting, pedicure, manicure, tailoring, cutting of hair, facials, make-overs, photography and lots more ...it a place of multiple businesses on site ...From the famous Spar to Mama Tega, Slots and other big names . With as low as 200 you can buy very nice wear for yourself. It is a very cost effective shopping center where every thing is relatively very cheap.
