Design: Beautiful Aesthetic, I love the unique orange colors and the designs were carefully thought out. Also a few areas for cute pictures. Food & Drinks: The food was average, presentation was okay but the Alfredo was lacking some cheesy flavor & the burger was falling apart, but I appreciate the portions, you get a lot and might have to ask for a take away. I preferred the drinks. Hygiene/Cleanliness: The areas seemed clean, my only issue is the employees did not have face masks on. I hope they are fully vaccinated so as not to spread the COVID-19 Disease or any other illnesses. Service: The service was average, the only issue we had was the delay in getting the food, specifically the beef burger. Family/Date Friendly: This seems like a family friendly restaurant, it’s good for birthday celebrations, if you want to go with kids consider going earlier in the day. Price: The pricing is somewhat affordable Additional(s): Did not notice any gaming areas and the bar area was closed at that time. A friend and I stopped by Newtons Restaurant recently and had an amazing experience. The ambience is great and definitely very picturesque. The waiter was very polite and very accommodating. She knew details about the menu and was able to provide useful recommendations. We ordered the Newtons Special Creamy Chicken Pasta (but I told them to replace the “cream” with a tomate base), Milasi Chicken Skewers with Spicy Chicken Rice, Fries, and Strawberry Daiquiri (Cocktail and Mocktail). I LOVED BOTH the pasta and the rice! But I think the Pasta is my fave of the two tbh. The pasta was sooo goooddd, when they brought it, the smell just screamed FLAVOR. The taste was wayyy better than I expected. I can’t pinpoint the particular spices that was used but the meal was very rich (both in protein and spices) and definitely not in a bad way! The Milasi Chicken and Spicy Rice gave me suya vibes. I enjoyed the pepper of the both the rice and the chicken! They complemented each other perfectly; it was ridiculous. I tip my hat to the CHEF at Newtons! They know what they are doing. My mocktail was great! It wasn’t watered down at all and it’s right up there as one of my all-time favorite mock tail experience. Overall, like I said earlier, my experience was awesome. My only slight complain is about the portion (of the rice) but that’s not so much of an issue. Firstly I’ll commend their service, it was swift. Then the food was really tasty ( I ordered the Spicy half chicken with Belvini rice) and of course I enjoyed my drink (Chapman)… didn’t lose its taste till I finished it. The sweetest part of Newton’s is the affordability, their menu is super affordable so this is definitely the place to go if you have a budget!

When a foodie sent me this restaurant I was immediately impressed with the pictures I saw, so I decided to try it out. On arrival I immediately fell in love with the ambience. I ordered the "Newton Special chicken pasta", the Greek salad and the Magarita drink (frozen one was not available). These are menu items I'm familiar with, because I wanted to know how good they are. I was not too impressed with the Margarita and the pasta though they both were tasty but not exceptional. The Greek Salad was really impressive. The customers service is excellent as I was treated like a king. Their prices are moderate as regards to quality. They have an outdoor area with TV for sport, this section has a mini bar and also permits smoking. They have a VIP section. Their food portion is quite large, you may consider sharing. They have a lounge on the upper floor but yet to be functional as at 4th Mar 2020. It good for both group and single.

This is so really lovely place to dine. Easy to locate. Really nice and affordable meals. The ambience is soothing too. If you like to take pictures, there are nice anesthetically pleasing spots to do so. The service was commendable. Food arrived timely and the server was pleasant. Absolutely loved it. We had the creamy chicken pasta and it was multiple layers of yummy. Newton's is tucked away in a very quiet part of Maitama. It seems very unassuming from the outside but the space is lovely 😍😍. The food was delicious and affordable. The wait staff was attentive and I'll definitely go back multiple times.

I found out about this space just yesterday as I went for a job. Such a clean environment and I loved every spot in it. I like that it covers both lounge, bar and restaurant. Even outside seat outs. Every part of the space is designed for what you want. My favorite place is the calm dinning area for breakfast or dinner for a group of people. So cute and well designed. This space is so calm and restricted for just the number of people in there. Every space is detailed with its one artwork on the walls and frames of people well recognized. It has history. As you enter, you are faced with this really big work of art of three women. Well done and filled with thoughts. Below are some pictures.

Great ambience and the platter we ordered was quite tasty. The prices are reasonable and the waiters were very pleasant and polite. There were a few flies which caused a nuisance while we were there but the waiters did their best to get rid of them when we complained.

Beautiful place, great menu, free photo access, the best strawberry daiquiri I’ve ever had, goat meat pepper soup was really nice. The spaghetti bolognese was nice but the tomato sauce was overpowering the meal.

Dining at Al Basha feels like dining in a North-African or Middle Eastern Palace and garden. The main restaurant features brown cave-like walls, suspended wheel lighting, white archways, a beautiful water wall, works of art, exposed beams and antique pieces such as an old telephone, gramophone and lamps.The garden has a water fountain at its centre, beautiful murals, lush greenery, a hanging love seat and multiple seating options. Al Basha is great for dates, groups and private events. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible. I visited Al basha for Restaurant week and had an amazing time. I absolutely recommend trying their Roast Lamb and Caesar Salad.

Honestly, this is easily the best restaurant food I have had in this country. Something very magical about the agreement of sight and taste. Just one fork of pasta and I was elated by the perfect blend of spices and creamy perfection. Yes! I do recommend the Sea Food Pasta, and if you want some flesh, try the lamb chops with mashed sweet potatoes. The average wait time for the food is15 mins, so calling ahead might be better for the hungry-angry. The portions are quite sizable and the prices are moderate. The space is spread out enough so little concerns about variants of flying viruses.

••• NEWTON’S RESTAURANT & BAR••• Visited Newton’s this week to meet up with an instagram friend turned sis ! and oh my goodness ?! The aura of this spot is unspeakable. Arrived and a waiter walked up to me to give me the MENU. I told him I was waiting for my friend and when she showed up he came back to take our orders I commend his attentiveness . We ordered for drinks first. I had the strawberry and passion fruit daiquiri. NOTE; I’ve always had issues with daiquiri so I don’t even bother ordering but I asked him to recommend and it’s safe to say that trusting his judgement was absolutely brave of me and paid off . The drink was divine! My friend had the same to say for her freshly squeezed juive with a dash of ginger . We proceeded to have meals ,the portions were amazingly large and you know what’s better than good food ? More good food !?here’s what we had ?( creamy pasta , sautéed calamari, jumbo snails , smoked chicken coleslaw ) total cost was about 17,000 for the both of us including our drinks . After which we explored photographing the space and of course a little photo session happened ? watch out ! However I noticed that the meals took a little bit of time , I’d appreciate if they worked on that & also network there can be terrible ??‍♀️ I could hardly use my phone so if you know you’re visiting and need to work with your phone ? you may need to step outside for that & good thing is there’s a beautiful chair outside with shade from the sun .

The ambience is great, the staff are courteous and the location is easy to find but the platter we ordered... Most of the food didn't taste fresh. It's a really good place but that part didn't sit right with me. I *might* give it another try because they are doing a number of things right.

I attended a dinner at this restaurant. I couldn't take pictures but I love the ambience. There are 2 tall rafia chairs by the glass at the entrance. You should totally take a few pictures there. The food was also nice but nothing over the moon.

Fit for purpose

So I discovered this star studded restaurant. It has the best customer service I’ve experienced- the waiters were so nice and professional the food was served in a very princely manner with one of its kind cutleries and drinking glasses. The price was very optimal for the service delivered.

I went to Newton’s for a breakfast meeting yesterday and I’m definitely coming back! The environment was so beautiful, lots of places with great background for pictures. Very serene and neat place I especially loved the juice (I’m not sure what it’s called) but it’s a beautiful blend of pineapple and orange juice I think with ginger and other spices. Their pancakes are so fluffy and to die for!!! Eggs and sausages and mushroom was perfect too. Very nice set of staff even from the gateman. Willing to help out and answer any questions you might have. I absolutely loved my time here.

I liked the decor, the whole orange theme was very pretty. The outside sitting area was beautiful too, great for videos and pictures. There's a private VIP area for meetings, birthdays and family dinners which I think is a great concept, a lot of people love their privacy. The menu is affordable but customer service was ok. I waited a long time for the food to arrive and I ordered just a chicken salad and while eating, I realized the vegetables weren't well washed, really disappointed me.

The cuisine was definitely a new experience for me but I enjoyed it. The atmosphere here is calm and reserved, and it was very intimate for us. There is a comfortable outdoor, as well as indoor sitting area. I am very fond of the style of the architecture here, reminiscent of Lebanon I suppose, and the picture display of different tourist sites in Lebanon. The staff were polite and courteous which was much appreciated.

Most generous seafood pasta I have had in a long time, portion was large and had lots of shrimps. The spring rolls we ordered weren't fresh. Oh and our starter arrived with the main dish 🙄

They have awesome Lebanese cuisine. The humus and salad were awesome and the sandwiches were well made too though the bread was a little dry. Great place for lovers of Lebanese food!

Place has a new look and its so beautiful. The last time before this it felt claustrophobic and dark. I didnt like the look at all. But now it looks refreshing and spirit lifting. The food is still more like same same though. However I think the management is trying to up their game. Will visit again and again now.

If you want nothing but GREAT food look no further. We came here twice during our 4 day vacation. There was 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff was friendly and easy going. The internet does not work well there so if you are looking for good signal, then you wont find it here. The atmosphere was very fine and everything was well put together. The taste of the food was excellent and worth every naira. It is quite expensive, but let me tell you that your tummy and soul will say a big thank you!
