Quite well maintained but the decor shows its age a bit. Courteous and mostly well trained staff. Small premises but the ambience is well controlled. Pricier than most similarly sized hotels but it's better value for money as well.

Very nice small Hotel with good service, local but very clean

I was a little disappointed that a hotel IN BENUE STATE (Yam Capital, and Food Basket of the Nation) would serve me Poundoyam when I ordered Pounded Yam. I know restaurants and hotels use Yam Pounding machines. That aside, the staff are friendly, and very eager to provide service. The beds/rooms are comfortable, and hot water runs! :)

Clean, friendly staff, curtains, and decor seriously need an upgrade. The TV had no channel options, so we could not watch anything. The rooms are way too expensive for the service they offer.
