An exquisite Chinese restaurant located in Ibadan. The members of staff are very friendly and were patient enough to explain the menu to us. The food was super amazing and quite affordable as well. They serve Chapman and soft drinks but no beer. Wines are also available if you would like to go for that. Would visit again and I totally recommend.

This location is a great place to spend time. The ambience is top-notch. They have really nice, classy and a wide range of delicacies, therefore giving you multiple options to select from. Their price is also quite friendly. There is a buzzer on each table that could be used to call the attendants so you don’t even have to stress to reach out when you have questions or need anything. The only issue I have is with the location of the restroom. You will have to go downstairs if you have the need to use the restroom and it only accommodates a user at a time, which means that you might have to queue if there are others waiting in line to go in. Apart from that, the experience was very worthwhile.

Nice Chinese restaurant

Cool environment, serene and clean. Tasty food. Good reception, the security man at the gate was friendly. I understand construction is ongoing, the only female restroom available has two toilet seats in one room. I'm not sure I can share a toilet with a stranger, it should be demarcated for privacy, another is no wash hand basin in the restaurant, the guest will have to go to the same open restroom on the ground floor restroom with two toilet seats.

Came here for lunch. Loved how quiet it was cos we were the only ones there. Staff were courteous and professional. The food came at a good time. The wings and sauce in it was superb and a good portion. Not impressed with the fried rice tho. I’ve had better.

Formally Kabachi. The new location is serene. Good for a romantic dinner or lunch. The customer service is commendable too. They like to get feedback from their customers. The meal is great too. It's also a good place to take friends and family. You can have your small get togethers, birthdays, anniversary, meeting while enjoying the Chinese cuisine

I was here for my mom's birthday celebration. The food was better than we expected. The portions were large, we had to share and everything was delicious. The shrimp sauce could have been served in a bowl instead. We were also surprised that we got served freshly squeezed juice, which is rare. A plus for that. The customer service can be better though. Maybe because they weren't expecting us even though we were just 4 or they were just setting up, it just seemed like they didn't have enough waiting staff. Only one ac was also working so that needs to be fixed. We met an elderly man who seemed to be the manager/owner who offered my mom a complimentary wine bottle for her birthday. Overall it was a good time and they just need minor adjustments.

Nice and cool environment with beautiful lighting and aesthetics. Love their choice of music and customer service is amazing. It’s also suitable for dinner dates. I had chicken fried rice with beef black pepper soup on hot plate although I had to wait for about 20mins for my order to be ready. Construction is still going on for a bar, pool and outside sitting. It is definitely a revisit for me soon.

I went there for dinner on my birthday, I had the big bowl of steamed rice and sweet and sour sauce, it was my first time trying Chinese food. And I really did loveeee it!!! They were so welcoming, the environment is serene at night with jazz music, their prices are quite affordable for Chinese food budget, that depends on you. They observe covid protocols and security checks. And we got there before their closing time at 8, the waitresses were so patient with us and they treated us with so much poise. I highly recommend! Um yea,they need to update their menu prices on Google maps, the prices have gone up.

The Location is good, the staff very courteous and very welcoming, the parking is sufficient, security is good. The Chinese food is tasty and well served. The one for me is the affordability. The prices of food is very affordable when compared to the value received. IBACHI offers great value for money. Top again is the neatness, the space is very clean and quite.

Ibachi Chinese restaurant is so beautiful, the chill is when you come up from the stairs and see the beautiful set up. The customer service is A1, the food preparation is so fast(you don’t need to wait for so long). I had chicken fried rice, pepper chicken wings and chapman which cost a total of #5,375 plus service charge.It was a medium serving which ended up looking so large and impossible to finish, trust me it was alot. It’s also so quiet and beautiful plus their staff are extremely polite and also helpful when you ask a few questions.

Management of the restaurant needs to scale up their games. They have fat menu book but most of the listed foods are not always available. They have an outdoor area where you can take pictures too, so that’s a plus☺️🤩 We ordered Appetizer and Main dish 📌The Corn and Chicken soup (#3,000)- This was my first time taking this so it tasted a bit weird but my partner said it was really good. The portion was really good too. Just enough for 2 people. I’m not very sure I’ll order it again though 🥴 📌 The Vegetable spring rolls (#1,200)- This is just the normal spring rolls in your small chops pack and I honestly don’t know how I feel about eating 4 pieces of spring rolls for that price. It tasted just Okay. I was impressed or anything and the sauce that came with it definitely made it better. 📌Beef Fried rice (#2,200)- This price was for the medium portion, the large cost #3,000 but because we had appetizer, this was enough for the 2 of us. I've been here only once but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The place is beautiful and seems rich with history. The ambience is perfect for a quiet date. The food is just heavenly and the portions are actually quite large. Customer service is okay as well. The also accept card payments so if you don't have cash, that's fine too

Ibachi (Ibadan Chinese) Restaurant is located somewhere around Bodija, quite easy to locate. You can also follow the map. Exterior: Just basic, seeing the exterior wouldn’t encourage you to go in, especially if you love fancy places. The parking space is spacious enough for a number of cars at a time. Interior: Perfect example of “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. The ambience inside the restaurant is soo great, perfect!! Perfect, I’ll say. Customer service: Good Customer service, but, it can be better. I’ll say 4/5 for their customer service. Timing: For this, I would say they should stop giving times that they can’t stick with. I understand that they just sort out most of the foods when order is placed, and that would definitely take some time, so, I’ll suggest they just give appropriate time they know the food would last for. Instead of telling us 20 minutes, when they know it would take 40/45 minutes. Food: Food was great, I enjoyed everything I had that day. They know their onions well, I would say. I had corn soup for starters, it was my first time and it tasted really nice, if you love pepper, you would definitely want to add some of that to the soup. The Spiced chicken wings I had was great too, but, was a little over seasoned. Best thing I had that day was the Chinese Fried rice with the sauce(beef, chicken and shrimp in black pepper). This sauce!!! E mad🔥🔥🔥. In all, it’s a great place to visit if you’re in Ibadan and you want to do proper chinese.

I have been exploring different Chinese restaurants in Ibadan and I finally got to visit. The ambience was amazing and the meals were properly cooked and professionally served. The only thing that was left out was the warm towel given to sanitize your hands (Oshibori)

The food - chicken chow mein, spicy chicken wing sauce and chicken fried rice - was aromatic, tasty [appropriately seasoned] nicely portioned and relatively affordable. The drinks - Taro Boba and Long Island Iced Tea - were tasty and refreshing, I could taste the Dano Milk in the boba and that was a tad off-putting but didn’t ruin the overall flavor. The Long Island iced tea had strong notes of tequila, rum and gin which was appreciated. The ambience was nice, there was an oldies playlist going the entire time and it was personally, a very welcome vibe. The wait time wasn’t horrid, but it could definitely have been better. The menu was pretty limited in my opinion, super basic dishes that could very easily get repetitive. A more robust menu would be a great improvement. I didn’t happen to notice any accessibility options for disabled patrons and that sucked. The toilets were nice and clean. It was a decent experience, overall. And I’d recommend Ibachi to anyone looking for basic but tasty Chinese cuisine. P.s. Ibachi’s social media account seems very poorly managed and could be a turnoff for potential patrons. Better social media handling just might go a long way for their brand visibility.

Ibadan Chinese restaurant IBACHI provides a great beautiful and relaxing ambiance. It's solemn and serene, and the soft music playing in the restaurant makes you feel at ease. I really wanted to eat dumplings, but they weren't available, so I had chicken wings as an appetizer and Singapore noodles with spicy shrimp as my main course entrée, which was served with cold Chapman. The food was delicious. The client service is excellent. The dinner prices are reasonable, and you will have a wonderful time here.

I was here in March 2019 and November 2019; the food and experience was great. Returning here on January 3rd 2021 with my family, I can’t say same. Such poor service!!! Taste- okay, plating skills- poor, order was consistently late. I got my hot plate and my rice was served 10mins later!! The cutlery was jumbled in a serviette and dumped on the table. The table cloth was filthy and the serving plates were given to us wet because ‘they just washed it’. Kung Pao sauce had no nuts, it was basically a light pepper sauce. Lol!!! The waiters/waitresses are so confused.

Very poor service today. It took more than 8 minutes for the accompanying sauce to be brought after the Rice and it was burnt!

A great place the ambience was awesome , I have visited a few restaurants in Ibadan and I fell in love with Ibachi. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic date. However, their music choice needs to worked on. I was there in a Sunday & after Adele, a Christian song was played, it wasn't a big deal initially but for the next 10 minutes only Christian songs with the artists speaking in tongues were played, it wasn't a good one for me. I had to request they change the genre and give us something cool & calm to match the atmosphere.

Pros - Nice staff - Nice ambience - Clean seats Opinion I ordered beef but it was rotten inside. They said it was due to the electricity turning off and I ordered another dish instead. I did not have to pay for the spoilt beef. The vegetable fried rice was nice. I wish they had more sauce options (they had soy sauce and chilli sauce when I was there). The sautéed veg with garlic was delicious. The green tea tasted overcooked, possibly because they use a coffee maker to make it. The prices are great, except for the prawn main dish — even more expensive than London! Not a wide range of alcohol beverages but the Chapman I ordered (non-alcoholic) was nice. Overall a nice experience but I may look elsewhere for the things this place lacks.

Restraunt is nice. Nice environment, not rowdy, food is good. Had fried rice with beef black pepper sauce. But their rest room is ridiculous, just one room with two toilet seats, no privacy..as another person can come in on you to use the other seat. There's no demarcation.

Had an amazing time at Ibadan chinese restaurant to be honest. The food tasted so good the only ish was it too a long time to get ready. I advice you have it in mind your food might take about 30-40 minutes to get ready at least that was how long i had to wait. The ambience and food was amazing regardless. I had singapore noodles, chapman and chicken wings. I recommend the noodles 100%
