We had a table for 10 booked for a Saturday afternoon and were served by whom I assume to be the owner or manager. First thing I noticed was the delivery car parked outside and the staff carrying packed Winiary white borscht powder packs to the kitchen. During service we were assured that 'everything is done by them from scratch' which obviously was very dishonest, unless they mean boiling water. Especially that they charge regular price for the instant soup. The rest of the food was ok. However, when one of us had no cash, they were refused to cover one person's bill by card for no reason (the place was pretty much empty so no inconvenience there) with very rude attitude. With all that we were also forced to pay complimentary 10% service fee, as if there was service worth paying for. We organised meetings there for couple of years now but that will be the last of it.

Today was supposed to be my third time eating there because the food is delicious. Unfortunately, I came at 21:15 and there was no staff inside. A man came from outside and when I greeted him to ask for a table for two, he was rude and did not welcome me by saying “no, closed” and just went away. It’s written in their website and window that they’re open until midnight everyday. I will only recommend if there are changes to the service.

The food was okay and the beer was quite good. The waiter was not the friendliest person I've ever met but he tried to help us with his very basic English knowledge.
