We live up the street and we get dinner whenever we can sneak away from the kids. Yes it's a bit pricey, but the food is always good. Great atmosphere and location. We always sit at the bar, and the bartenders have always been great. Mike (manager) always seems kind and cheerful; always a pleasure chatting with him. Covid caused him to grow out his beard! We came for a meal. It was too fancy and expensive for my husband unfortunately for me. He has his limits on whether its worth it. It was too high priced (during happy hour) to eat. We left after one beer. I'm sure the food is yummy. The prices were quite a bit higher for the same beer in other places. Maybe your wholesaler charges you more... 5 stars anyway because its not your fault I married him, but your prices.... ouch

I hosted a business dinner at Oceans 302 and everyone agreed it was a great dinner. I sure was Jamie and she was attentive but not intrusive throughout the meal. Service was excellent. The chef visited us before we ordered to tell us about some special off menu items. He was engaging and it was really cool to hear his take on what got him excited. We didn't have any appetizers but two of us ordered the shrimp bisque soup. This was a cream-based soup. The flavors were pretty good but it was a little bland and a little thinner than how I normally think of a bisque. There wasn't a ton of meat in the soup either. It was okay but not great. I had the fish and chips which came with several made in-house sauces. Everything was good but, to be honest, it's really hard to put a twist and elevate such a simple meal. It was just okay. The people at the table who had the scallops entree loved them and said they would absolutely order those again. Overall this was a really good meal and the atmosphere was great.

Dined here for Valentine’s Day and again for company dinner. Both times were amazing! The food was delicious, cooked perfectly and fresh food. We ordered pork medallions and wrapped tuna with cream brûlée, the second time string we ordered salmon and pork medallions again. Thank you Michael and Jaime for a wonderful time! The restaurant have a private patio on the side which can accommodate a small gathering.

I recommend reserving a table ahead of time so that you can just walk in and sit. The food was excellent. I had the airline chicken and my husband had the filet. Both were very very good. There's a full bar, lots of choices in wine. Indoor and a few outdoor seats. Service was excellent. Prices were a bit high but worth it for a good date night. Not a great restaurant for young kids, much better for couples. Serving size was just right, not huge but just enough. There's a dessert menu but we were full and did t try any of it.

Outstanding food and great service. Family friendly and have several outdoor eating areas. No beach front views but the quality of the food and drinks makes up for any of that. One of my favorite restaurants in Melbourne Beach

Great service and awesome, AWESOME food. The 32oz Tomahawk steak can feed 3 grown men and was the best steak I have ever had!!! We added a few scallops and they were almost as good as the steak. Calamari was also fantastic.

Would give this gem more than 5 stars if I could. Started with the house special Ocean 302 cocktail which was light, refreshing and sparkled... Literally with little sparkles. So fun and delicious. Ordered seared scallops served over mushroom risotto and the dish was incredible. So delicious, flavorful and really well seasoned. Service was top notch and the room is beautiful but laid back comfortable. Go here and treat yourself to a spectacular meal. Did I mention sparkles!!

We loved this place. Great cocktails, including a smoked old fashioned. Their pizzas are made in a wood fired oven with creative toppings. Try the truffle pizza! They have a Brussels sprout appetizer that is fantastic. My husband had a lamb burger he loved. We went back again and had wedge salads that were so delicious and then split a pizza. We ate at the bar the 2nd night. The 2 women bartenders work hard and do such a good job. If we return to Melbourne Beach, Ocean 302 is a must stop!

Food was great and service was excellent. Food is fresh no frozen anything. Had the skirt steak and the wife had the scallops amazing quality and service. Perfect for Date night.

This place is amazing! Ordered the Tuna poke appetizer- it was very fresh and delicious. The airline chicken- was cooked perfectly and the spinach, parmigiano risotto was the best I have ever had. The short ribs were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Pear-fect martini was unique and flavorful. The service was on point and the GM Mike was friendly.

I really like this restaurant. It's sort of pub food but done at a very high level almost gourmet. The pizzas are outstanding. The fish and chips has a foot long fillet golden fried. The scallops are seared just right and really tasty. I haven't tried everything so I can't speak to the entire menu, but they absolutely care about the dishes and presentation and do a great job. Service is also very good - personable but not over done. I'm really glad this restaurant is close by.

Always consistent and offers the best selection of dinner delicacies in Melbourne. Not a better restaurant around!! Cooked to perfection every time.

Service was great, especially for a large party of people. The food was good! I'd go again to try more dishes.

I went tonight for an after-party for the first time, and it was pretty good. They had a limited menu for the evening, and they had some good selections. I got the crispy duck wings and the pasta Primavera. The duck wings were delicious, and the sauce was tangy and sweet. The wings could have been a little crisper. The pasta Primavera was good. The pasta was slightly under done, and it needed a little more seasoning. Other than that, it was delicious!

What an amazing meal. The food was amazing, key lime pie was delish. Only issue, drink service was a little slow. The pork chop was a double cut and the potatoes were great. The seafood was not overcooked and the pasta was well done. Overall a great meal. It's a great dare night location.

Our first time at Ocean 302 was a win! Quick attentive service and excellent food. We had the fish and chips and Atlantic Sallmon with pistachio cake for dessert. The chutney complimented the Salmon perfectly and the spicy tartar with the fish and chips was great. The cake was fluffy and sweet. I will recommend this place to everyone. Charles was our server and his timing checking on us was perfect. Cheers!

Outstanding service...the best around here or anywhere else, from Hostess, to Server (Ivan), to Manager. Fried calamari w/ cherry peppers are a nice treat to start off with, the She Crab Bisque is some of the best we've eaten anywhere (including our own Mom's kitchen), Airline Chicken Marsala was juicy and flavorful, and the Blackened Snapper was cooked to perfection (seasoning needed a little more flavor and kick...I added a little salt). We'll keep coming back (was not our first visit).

We love this restaurant. This has turned into a favorite for my wife and I. They can get busy, so I love the fact they take reservations. I would recommend making them, especially on the weekend. The food is great, and consistently great. We've never had a bad meal. Everything we try has been wonderful. The service is excellent, and the entire staff is great. We love just going in and sitting at the bar for dinner and drinks when I don't plan ahead. The bar tenders are great and super attentive. You have to try the Paella! It's the best I've ever had.

High-quality food and service. Great upscale ambiance. We went for my dad's 75th birthday. Everything you can possibly order is incredible. Highly recommend!

Great food and quiet atmosphere. We visited 5 times after we discovered it was there! Had Ezekiel 3 times and excellent service. He was like a new found friend by the time we started home. Will definitely be back next trip into the beach!!

Found this farm to table establishment on Yelp thanks to all the people who contribute so my partner and I can eat well on vacation. Hidden in a strip mall, Ocean 302 is a gem located in Melbourne Beach. We came for dinner last night and were surprised at how big the restaurant was full of patrons which reservation is highly recommended. The menu has fresh, local, and interesting choices from small bites to full dinner entrée options. We began with Spinach & Artichoke Boule (Fire Roasted Artichoke, Baby Spinach, Mascarpone, Parmesan, Herbed Feta, Sourdough Boule Loaf) as an appetizer. For our entrees, we got Skirt Steak (Char-Grilled, Marinated, Yuca Fries, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Cherry Tomato Chimichurri and the Airline Chicken Breast (Pan-Seared, Crispy Skin-On, Buttery Mashed Potatoes, Chefs Vegetables, Lemon Pan Sauce). All our meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was Charles and did an outstanding job serving our table. Ambiance was comfortable. Prices were reasonable given the freshness and quality of food. We can recommend this place.

Made a reservation on Valentine’s Day for 6:30, it was packed as we expected. Told us tables were being cleaned and that it would be a couple of minutes… they sat us 30 min later… no big deal… our server stopped by the table and filled up our water glass and didn’t come back for 15 min. Ordered a drink and got that 20 minutes later, and that’s after I went and asked him if it was on its way. Ordered lobster ravioli, he returned 30 min after we ordered and informed us that they were out of that dish. We were there for 2 1/2 hours. No apology for anything. Very disappointed!
