Room was clean on arrival, with no replenishment whilst staying there however was able to find a cleaner to assist. Location isn't ideal due to road infrastructure. It was easy to extend our stay through Accor vacation however reception hadn't checked their emails and said they weren't aware 😳

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and everything we needed was supplied. We had a week here, girlie week away and loved it. Lots to do or nothing to do I highly recommend 👌

2 x dble bedroom apartments and 1 x studio apartment booked for 7 nights for family using Accor Vacation Club points. Great time had by all. Mini golf, tennis, gym, day spa and restaurant enjoyed by all. Thanks for a great facility Accor.

Lovely sized rooms with balcony access. Only downside is it's not really accessible for those who would like a top floor balcony as opposed to a ground floor balcony. Kitchenette is great for those nights in when your with a group or travelling with kids.

We haven't stayed here yet but have booked through expedia but we want to cancel however sebel will not let us cancel through them and expedia are uncontactable ! Ridiculous that we can't just ring the sebel to cancel

Nice appointed rooms, lovely views just wish management gave housekeeping a bit longer to clean rooms as alot skipped and staff just don't get time. 15 mins to flip a room. Bedheads covered in dust and hair.( /DNA central) cobwebs in rooms over curtains and splashes on back of toilet seat and floor upon check-in. Girls came back and redid but staying two weeks we was how staff treated and it's just not adequate for proper professional cleaning. Lord knows when carpets were last cleaned.

The apartments and surrounds are lovely. However, when one pays $349 per night, you would expect that when you ask for an extra sachet of Nescafé blend 43, they would provide it. Two adults, 3 nights, we were given 6 sachets. Basically 1 sachet, per person per day. Seriously!!!! I’d expect that at a 3 star establishment. Not this. Not when the cost is expensive.

Loved our stay at the apartments at the Sebel Swan Valley. The apartment was gorgeous and very comfortable, it had all the kitchen and laundry appliances we needed. It was so clean and the barbecues outside our apartment were an added bonus. The staff were very polite and helpful and the resort with it's facilities were great and very clean. The only let down was that the pools were not heated. Otherwise the location was great with so much to see and not far from Perth. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning one day soon.

Very enjoyable stay. Rooms are nicely setup and good size. Only slightly issue is the acoustics in that you seem to be able to hear others in the building. Comfy bed and nice little kitchen. It's nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but easy to get anywhere.

We had a ground floor apartment, with nice views. Clean and large, quiet part of the resort. Some distance from reception, so we didn't eat there. Handy location. Loved the Roos.

Nice quiet location, surrounded by beautiful views, nature and wild life. The rooms were big and comfortable, good lighting and an undercover patio for outside dining. House keeping was nowhere to be seen though, and we had to call and ask for replenishments. Reception was very efficient and helpful. Thanks team Sebel for your efforts.
