Great place to stay, kid friendly. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Only downside is playground is extremely outdated and poorly designed. Kids run rampant in the pools whilst parents don't supervise the poor behaviour.

We had a few chalets for the weekend. Reception failed to give proper directions to find our sites. We were lost for over half an hour trying to get into the rooms. Some of the houses need better equipment and maintenance: one had a non working oven , another had a room with no AC, bad shower fittings , no baking trays... etc

I rang the Vines directly and received a great deal- $480 for 2 nights with a bottle of wine, mini golf for 3 and $50 food and beverage voucher. Rooms- Booked the Resort Room with 2 queen beds. Simple but well appointed. Nice balcony and good bathroom. - The room needed another vacuum as there was debris left from previous guests Facilities - great pool for families with plenty of room despite being packed during 41 degree days - Lovely resort grounds with the hotel having a style similar to some hotels in Asia - Cafes were fine for quick snacks, Vines Cafe was only option for dinner and food was overpriced and poor quality Service - lots of young staff who would benefit from more training as they weren't overly knowledgeable or warm. Overall; great value, comfortable and worth a stay.

Always a great place to stay, whether for a weekend away or a longer vacation. Close enough to the city, but it feels more of a country type of resort. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already. The only minor criticism is rooms are not always as clean as I would expect, and sometimes the wedding parties can be a bit rowdy in the early hours of the morning.

We got married here in December 2022. Since then, the Resort has held a special place in our hearts. Staff are always amazing to deal with, the rooms are clean and look fantastic, and the service is great. Everything about this place is great. We will continue to go back for our anniversary and for special occasions in-between.

Booked a 4 night stay over Christmas, our hotel rooms were great, very big, clean with super comfy beds and the pool was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the setting and were happy with service provided by staff. The major let down however was from the kitchen which I imagine has a limited budget. Salads consisted of largely cut pieces (finely chopping makes a real difference in flavour), fruit provided consisted of a mix of preserved and cheap fresh fruit options, omelette’s are offered at breakfast however you can’t opt for onion/cheese/tomato, you simply get a plain egg omelette!, overall the food was pretty basic, felt cheap and was repetitive with options given at breakfast also included in the ‘special Christmas dinner’. We love fresh, flavoursome food and unfortunately as a group we felt the price tag if $119 for Christmas dinner and $30 for breakfast did not reflect the quality of food served. Would recommend the venue for families but would not recommend the Christmas lunch/dinner and would probably venture out to a winery for a better breakfast and/or dinner experience as there are some incredible food options in the Swan Valley

The Vines was literally the most perfect location we could have asked for for our wedding. We used the garden pavilion for our ceremony and the Cabernet room for our reception and the food, service, location, literally everything was perfect. Thank you so so much to The Vines & staff for making our wedding day perfect.

This was our 3rd accommodation in Perth and one that I was looking forward to. When we checked in at the reception, the staff were not friendly nor welcoming. They did not advise on the wifi password as well, and we had to call them from our hotel room. Also, we requested for the cot via our booking but no cot was prepared and we had to revisit the reception to request for one, which they told us were subject to availability. The reception was far from the rooms as well. There were no utensils as well after 9pm, and I ended up eating my supper using two teaspoon. The great thing about this place was the wild kangaroos nearby, the view from the balcony, the huge and modern bathroom and the back door to the road. Quite disappointed considering this was a 4 star hotel under Accor.

Played the front 9 on the weekend. Great spot, staff were excellent. We were a Big bunch of rowdy tipsy 40yr olds pretending we were still in our 20s and no one batted an eye at our nonsense so thankyou very much for having us for the day! No photos sorry, dropped my phone in the pro shop and that was that 😅

Booked two rooms back in April for a golf weekend in Oct which I unfortunately had to cancel as the course was getting upgrades. Was still charged for the room and when I emailed through I was told the booking didn't have a cancellation policy despite the booking document mentioning a full refund as long as 48 hours before. Have emailed the Front Office Manager over the last month and have had no response at all

I stayed in the 2Br and 3Br apartments for a night each. The resort itself offers a range of activities that is ideal for both a family stay and a weekend getaway for your friends. The facilities are ideal in which you can play mini golf, gym, swim at the pool or play golf on the main course. Staff and service was professional in checking in and appeared friendly on arrival. The apartments are generous in size and can cater for a large group, offering plenty of space. The only downside would have to be that the apartments can appear run down and on arrival on both nights cockroaches were present in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I’m not sure if the rooms had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before checking in.

Celebrated my birthday here with a few family & friends The room we stayed in was fantastic The food from the cafe was very good and they were generous servings Delightful buffet Sunday breakfast Topped the stay off with a round of mini golf Special mention to the bar manager Kirstie and her staff for making our time there run smoothly at a busy time of year. Thank you. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Highly recommend

We came for our first visit to Perth to attend a not so happy event with our family bit this place was the perfect place to stay. Gorgeous gardens, staff, amenities and the room was perfect. Didn't get to eat here but it looked amazing and is on our to do list when we come back.

After a morning hike, I enjoyed a delicious lunch with my friend at The Vines Resort. The chicken creamy pasta was particularly noteworthy, and the service was excellent. She then took me on a tour of the hotel and wedding venue, which were both stunning. To top it off, we even spotted some kangaroos hanging out on the grounds.

Had our wedding here in September 2023. Had such great service across the board from hotel staff to wedding coordinators. We had the deluxe suite, was spacious and comfortable. Lots of kangaroos on site!

The resort is unfortunately getting a bit "tired". It was still well maintained and clean, but the interior design / layout does look old compared to the newer hotels. Having said that - it is in the Swan Valley, and there's lots of nice places to eat and drink around there, and it's starting to feel more like Dunsborough / Margaret River.

Beautiful place. Clean and quiet. Watching kangaroos on the golf course. Beautiful location. Romantic getaway for couples. Asian female staff on checkout was outstanding 👏

Beautiful resort surrounded by two golf courses and ample wildlife. Breakfast is available 7 days from Muscat's with dinner Fri & Sat. Lunch & dinner is available 7 days from the cafe/bar. The resort also has gym with squash court, tennis courts, unheated pool, large hot spa. Golf & mini golf are extra. Accommodation is a mix of hotel rooms, apartments & condominiums.

Myself and my partner stayed midway through April for our anniversary and I just want to give a massive shout out to Kim. She was working at the vines cafe and bar and she went above and beyond to make everything so accommodating for us especially me as I’m pregnant. That’s 100% why I have given such high ratings too. She made it an experience to remember. It’s hard to find amazing customer service nowadays but I must say her customer service was so fantastic. She deserves all the praise and appreciation and I really hope she receives it! Honestly she is an asset to the resort and definitely a very cheerful and beautiful person who knows what customer service truly is. For this reason I 100% will be back. Myself and my partner couldn’t praise her enough. So a massive thank you Kim 😊

Consistent excellence! As an Accor Vacation Club member I’ve been visiting the Vines for about 10 years. Apartments are always the highest quality; on-site services fantastic and all staff are efficient and helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough!

A big thank you to Mark Tible for his outstanding knowledge and professionalism when teaching me the skills of golf. Troy in the buggy room for getting me equipped with a buggy for the day. Kim, Charlese, and Kira in the restaurant for the fantastic and friendly service that I received after a big day of golf. Not enough is said for the fantastic staff that make the Vines Golf Club what it is today. Well done. Also the gardeners that work so hard to keep the course in top quality condition.

Absolutely disgusting Mothers Day Lunch. Paying $87 per person you would think the quality would be better. The food was tasteless and over cooked. The food ran out so quickly and they shoved over 100 people in a small little room. Really disappointing for a special occasion. Honestly would never eat there again.

Have stayed here numerous times . A couple of times over the years but was so disappointed from our recent stay. Hotel was clean and spacious however the quality of the food at the vines cafe was terrible and over priced . Very disappointed. Would have said it’s kid friendly however we were told off about kids running around

Hadn't been out to The Vines Resort in a lot of years. Everything was great, could not fault it. Rooms and bathrooms all upgraded and a very pleasing stay.
