I love this place because it has almost all what you need in one place. Restaurants, cafe shops, body care, barber shops, cinema, electrostatics, fruits and veggies,

Please, please, when will you replace the broken down Go4's you offer us? Folk like myself can only shop there regularly with their aid & appreciate them BUT... it is now time to replace the ones you have which keep breaking down. Please. ASAP. Staff are wonderful.

Midland is probably considered to be the 'last chance saloon' heading East from the city but it's shopping centre doesn't disappoint in my opinion. Apart from missing a few of the big name department stores such as Myer. There's a good selection of shops there. There's plenty of open and under cover parking though I had to ask where designated motorcycle parking was which isn't unusual for a shopping centre anyway. I quite like it.

Customer service isn't great, shopping centre itself has tones of stores and food options. Pretty clean as well.

So far, though i don’t live in Midland anymore. I still like going in midland gate, it’s feel at home for me and the shopping centre is just a prefect size for me to walk around whilst doing the my shopping all in one. You see a variety of people and shop! 😊

When will the lift and escalator be fixed?? Been out of order for months and causing great inconvenience for many people, especially for elderly, disabled and parents with young ones. Not even a sign at stagnant escalator of where a lift is. Excuse that sign gets stolen very poor, a hard fixed sign can be made.New management need to fix this asap please. I would appreciate a time frame of when this will be fixed. Tried to send request via website but when I pressed SEND it just said server error. Hope they read this review.

Its an okay shopping centre The parking fines are stupid though! Guilty until proven innocent Dropped someone off, drove home then when I picked them up 6 hours later had a 77 buck ticket Had to argue the point to avoid the fine In total the car was parked, unattended for 25 mins Even crash cam footage was discarded

Information booth lady this morning couldn't be more rude. I arrived to hear her having a personal conversation with someone she knew meanwhile, there were people waiting for help. I said would you mind having your conversation later when there's no one waiting her friend apologised but not a word from her to the waiting customers. I then asked where Strand bags was and because she now had a bee in her bonnet she arrogantly said it's called Strand now like it really mattered knowing all I wanted was directions. Some people have no clue what customer service means and she's top of that queue.

An above average shopping centre. Parking always easy (outside, the main entrance recommended) Service in the shops fast. Some stores and services stand out: Commonwealth Bank, Chemist Warehouse, Aldis, Woolworths. Great food in the Food Court.

I am so disappointed in my local shopping centre. After years of complaining and asking for appropriate resources in the disabled toilets, I have been told they will never happen. All we have been asking for are bins in the toilets for continence aids. It's breathtaking that something so easy to provide is denied, so all we have to try to stuff them in a small sanitary bin that us too small for the job. Very disappointed again at how easy this could be to and to be told "no, this will never happen."

Range of shops pretty good. Parking is ample. Only gave three stars because the public toilets especially the older ones are a disgrace. They need a good deep clean. Dirt in all corners and the fans on the ceilings have about a cm of dust on them.

The good, bad and the ugly shoppers. Quite a few shoppers stink from BO/not washing, wear filthy clothes, let their children misbehave to the detriment of others and are inconsiderate. Collectively, if you wish to see human evolution back a few thousand years ago, come, plenty of Neanderthals on display. A case of go buy what you need and exit and even then it could be at your own peril.

With the new over haul of this place beauty on the outside but ugly with in thought it may help but it's still the same place some days are safer than others. Shame really

This is a really nice Mall. Super shops and space to move with ease. The food court is excellent with many cuisines to choose from. Great atmosphere here too.

Usual range of shops. Good parking. Got what we needed. PS I prefer boutique shopping. If you're one for massive shopping centres, this is just as well spread out as any.

Good old Midland Gate. Been coming here for many years. Does it have issues, for sure. But I've never really had any problems. Plenty of good stores. More being added with the new-ish section.

It has all the shops you could need in a large with highly accessible parking areas surrounding the entire shopping centre it has a great food court and dozens of pop up shops in the centre itself.

Easy place to get to. Plenty or parking. Lots of useful shops. Main thing is the hairdresser that only charges $20 for a haircut. Nice cut every time so far.

  • 4/5 David B. 8 months ago on Google
A great variety of shops. Easy access. Only downside is that unless you know where you are going, it's easy to lose your bearings and not know where you are at; however, there are adequate signages to get you back on the right track.

Good shopping with lots of variety from shopping for goods, having a bite to eat or catch up for a coffee. It's a very long shopping centre. Has movies upstairs.

One of the more larger shopping centres, they tick every box when it comes to stores. Although if you are particular and need a specific store. I would go to Morley or whitfords. As a local store it is top tier.

  • 4/5 Emily H. 1 year ago on Google
Some of the shops dont have lots of staff, so if you need help, it's hard to find. The grocery stores have lots of fresh produce, and everything is affordable. Wheel chair access is available.

Nice clean shopping centre and lots of new stores, shame that most of them are not open when i can get there after work late in the afternoon during the week including late night trading on a Thursday at 5.30 or on a Saturday afternoon or sunday

Went there on a Saturday morning. Asked the Mr Mint to fix a pair of boots. "No problem it will be $24.00, come back in 2 hours." 2 hours later I go back and was told they don't do shoe repairs on Saturday. Half- wits wasted my morning.

Great shopping centre, but it's very hard to exit onto main drag with traffic flow 👍

  • 5/5 Ariadne K. 8 months ago on Google
Its way better than Carousel because you’re fast in your fast out. You also get to see Midland’s finest and is the gateway to the Hills.

  • 4/5 Robbie H. 8 months ago on Google
Surprisingly nice shopping centre. A shame parking is a coin flip on whether your car gets damaged or not. The centre in earnest has quite a good selection or chain and local vendors. Outside areas feel unsafe.

  • 3/5 Kaevan K. 8 months ago on Google
Always entertaining due to a specific type of clientele that's frequently visits the retail outlet. The above statement has nothing to do with race but about the inability to behave appropriately in a public place.

Always found what I was after all shops staff are friendly and helpful, what I like is you can buy from different shops & then go & get your groceries before heading home.

Large modern shopping precinct with a good variety of shops, supermarkets and eateries. Clean and well kept, including the toilets. I'd go back next week for a longer visit if my schedule permits.

The only shopping centre in Perth with the Target/Kmart/BigW trifecta.. perfect for busy Mums who need everything in one place, with ample parking to boot! Some of the facilities are in need of an upgrade, but Lord knows as long as the baby room is okay that's enough!

Only came to the rooftop car park to exchange some goods with a friend. We were suprised to see the local art project on the walls. Stunning work.

Midland gate is a great place for shopping runs as you get almost everything under one roof. The place is nice and clean sans the toilets. Sometimes you will encounter some unruly elements and might even witness shoplifting, but that is the case with most of the malls and something that mall management cannot do much about. Food court is decent, but lacks options that couple of other places offer. Overall it is decent, unless you want to travel additional 15-20 kilometres.

The shopping centre itself is pretty decent but it's set up very weirdly, it's like a maze trying to find what you need to find

No microwaves in the parents rooms, keep getting stolen, they never chain or nail them down its a joke especially if your baby needs their milk bottle - centre management and owners dont care

Attended the Community Covid Vaccination Clinic for a booster. Process was quick and efficient. Staff were lovely to deal with. Set up in the shop space opposite Bankwest. Photos weren’t permitted. 4 stars because I don’t like shopping centres in general. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very slippery entrance when wet. The marble strip at the doors near Miller's. One lady was on the floor waiting on an ambulance and my sister who has had 2 back operations just saved herself from falling as it had been raining and no mats on the outside to wipe feet. Apart from that, a good shopping experience.

I am writing this review regarding shop T & Z Bar & Shed Essentials T137 Midland Gate Shopping Centre, 274 Great Eastern Hwy, Midland WA 6056 Worst customer service. They do not deserve any customer. Dont waste your time if anyone loves his self respect.

Wow what a shopping centre! It has been a number of years since I last visited Midland Gate shopping Centre and what a surprise awaited me. The Center has doubled or tripled in size. Wandering through the halls of shops I saw so many premium retail shops as well as various service related businesses. I found parking relatively easy even though its the start of school holidays with a corresponding hoard of busy people filling the place up! You have 4stars from me... Why not 5 well as my old home economics and cooking teacher used to say an excellently prepared and cooked meal is a high achievement, and well worth mentioning but nothing is perfect! Tiffany 💐🙂

Underground parking an absolute disgrace.. filthy The area near cinema entrance.. tree roots all over the place as with concrete.. very very unsafe Everything around the outsides looks dirty and clearly not maintained. Clearly no pride... well behind other centres who seem to do much better. Midland you are not the only large centre you need to lift your game.

  • 5/5 RetiredAussies 1 year ago on Google
Great place to shop but I find locating the shops I need difficult. Need more centre layouts around the place.

With all major stores in reach, some been a short walk and a wide array of speciality stores close by. You can even dine out at the local food court and even go for a flick at the movie, parking here is free of charge and everyone is welcoming to all cultural places and demoninations. A place for a must visit even for a road trip from a distant suburb in suburbia with having the swan valley fingertips away from your hands to voyage upon.

  • 5/5 Derek T. 1 year ago on Google
Nice and clean. Went in for a short lunch and the centre was nice and clean. Good parking facilities. It does get busy and full, but I haven't had any problems with parking yet.

  • 2/5 Julie H. 1 year ago on Google
Nice updated shopping center. Shame there isn't more security around. People riding scooters in the shops, right past the concierge and they did t even bat an eye lid. Had people with screaming kids, throwing stuff around near woolies. No one doing anything to stop it.

  • 4/5 Corrina B. 1 year ago on Google
Midland is forever changing. New shops. Some too expensive for the area. Has what you ne ed when it comes to fruit and vegetables. Most stores that U need are there. No cool boutiques. Food hall. Ample parking. Free too. 7/10

  • 4/5 Lee G. 1 year ago on Google
So many shops, so many choices. If u need 1 of the big outlets like BigW, Woolworths, Kmart or others... or u want a boutique store for the latest fashion then this place has it. I would love to see a Myers or David Jones here... but that's just me. The food court is awesome and if u want something else there is plenty of options just outside. On the downside... the many security guards patrolling the precinct are regrettably there for a reason...
