Absolutely
horrible
experience.
My
husband
had
an
appointment
for
13.00.
He
was
invited
in
only
at
about
13.40.
It
was
a
long
waiting
time,
however,
we
didn't
really
mind
that
because
the
dentists
were
obviously
busy.
However,
after
a
check-up
and
a
X-ray
we
had
to
receive
a
price
for
a
simple
cleaning
treatment
and
a
separate
appointment.
However
after
just
over
35
minutes
just
sitting,
we
approached
the
desk
when
someone
appeared.
When
my
husband
asked
why
such
a
long
wait
for
a
further
appointment,
and
that
surely
there
must
be
a
staff
member
who
could
make
a
simple
date,
we
were
told
"we
have
enough
staff,
and
we
work
with
people
not
animals".
My
husband
didn't
understand
what
she
said
because
his
Spanish
is
limited
but
we
both
knew
that
her
comment
was
derogatory
and
dismissive.
However
when
I
told
him
exactly
outside
the
clinic
what
this
staff
member
said,
he
was
very
upset
and
shocked.
He
decided
to
return
to
the
clinic
and
express
his
disgust
at
this
staff
member
who
clearly
should
not
be
dealing
with
either
people
or
animals.
We
were
simply
baffled
with
this
disgusting
reference
to
animals.
This
is
totally
unacceptable!!
After
paying
our
bills,
we
had
to
listen
to
that?
In
many
countries
she
would
be
fired
on
the
spot.
We
still
did
not
get
any
apology
from
this
woman.
We
will
never
ever
be
back,
even
though
the
dentists
are
good.
Not
only
is
the
appointment
time
system
broken
but
this
obnoxious
behaviour
and
unprofessional
attitude
to
the
patients
is
unacceptable.
