We recently had the pleasure of staying at Halemane and it was one of my best stay at a homestay. During our stay, my family and I were blown away by the Dev's (Owner) hospitality. The staff are friendly. When it comes to dining, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, making it a delight to start our mornings. We equally enjoyed our Lunch, evening snacks and dinner. We were blown away by the taste of the food offered, the taste and quantity of the food. I have never witnessed such generosity shown while serving food at any hotel/homestay before. DEV COOKS EACH AND EVERY DISH BY HIMSELF. He teaches us the actual meaning of hospitality. PS: Don't expect it to be a place like typical hotels, it's an old home converted into a homestay which will remind you of your Grandparents home. Far better than any luxury hotel. Lush green surroundings make the stay a perfect escape from hectic life. A must visit place.

This is Hands down One of the BEST homestay in Sakleshpur!! Right from the taste and quality of food to the hospitality and service of the people everything was just amazing. We were Truly made to feel at home. Mr. Devraj is really a terrific host along with Naveen and Annappa. We also got to do a mini Trek to the waterfalls which is quiet near to the estate during our 2nd day morning. Highly recommended!!

We had wonderful stay at Hale mane. The host "Dev" was super awesome, he made us delicious foods, we never tasted before. We already missing this place. Will come back again for sure. If you like peaceful, calmness and not fascinated about luxury go for this place, you will thank me later.

We stayed in this homestay had amazing time. The homestay serves mouth watering food and with generous quantity. While going to the private waterfall my wife lost gold ring and the staff literally looked for it in the rain and found it for us. Really greatful for helping us find the ring when we had already given up. Kudos to the owner and the staff.

Very nice place in middle of nature. Enjoyed stream walk, waterfall, campfire, sunrise and sunset with family and friends. Food is awesome and and surrounding places are very nice and definitely we loved it. Owner Dev is very humble person.

I would tell you staying in Halemane was one of the best decision we have made . I remember i told uncle that I'm on wheelchair but irrespective of that I want to stay in your place and without any hesitation host uncle has arranged everything. The staffs are absolutely amazing and food that we will not forget ever. I would recommend to visit whenever you visit shakaleshpura.

An awesome place to stay and relax. Food is heavenly, each and every item had their own level of taste. Kids had great time too, it was a short vacation for them in nani's house :) . Overall it was a great experience. It is a definite recommend place if planned to Sakaleshpur trip.

One of the best home stays! It indeed is a home away from home! If you need to have purely organic food and a taste of village life would surely suggest you this place! The best is the hospitality of the hosts and their staff! Better than any luxury hotel! It’s just not the stay the trek too was amazing! If you want to escape the rat life this is your escape!
