Hindi masakit Yong Brazilian wax I was expecting 70% of pain based on my previous experience. It's only 30% of what I experience with ate and after session hindi na sya masakit 10% na lang. I'm glad I found Pink Parlour because 2 of my favorite waxing salon that I go to doesn’t offer waxing service anymore and I'm used to their services. Most staff are not aware of the promos communicated via Messenger. It took me a while to establish packages at Rob Galleria. Recently asked for my package to be sent to the megamall branch for my convenience, but both branches are saying two different things. ROB BRANCH employee (Nestie) said that I can go anytime. Megamall branch employee (Ivy is her name I think) said it's not there and she cannot move both of my packages to Megamall.

They were warm and accommodating. My gel manicure and foot spa session were both great.

The place is clean and staff are friendly. Shout out to Marie for making my wax experience less painful by having happy conversations. She's also very persistent on plucking the remaining hair not able to be removed by wax.

Ms. Anna, the therapist who did my brazilian wax is so amazing! She asked me if it was my first time doing brazilian wax (no it is not) and we were chatting about anything under the sun. Ms. Rej who is in the reception is also very accomodating. I would recommend Pink Parlour Robinsons Galleria to girls especially to first timers because they really put in the effort to make you comfortable and at ease. ❤ This will surely be my go to place when it comes to brazilian waxing! 😊

Si Ms Rej the best! Super fast for my brazilian waxing and she’s good at adjusting if you’re in pain. She even tells you if she’ll work on the painful part and gives you tips to make the pain tolerable. The wax they use is truly less painful than any other wax ive tried. Though small branch lang siya ok naman wait time and I recommended to do rsvp and wait for confirmation when booking.

The technicians are really friendly and accommodating. They made sure that I have a relaxing experience but sometimes their online payment isn’t working which is the only mop they are offering which I find it quite a bummer because it gives me the hassle of transferring money to gcash plus the additional cost but overall my experience was great with them
