Small. Open Air Mall. Not for Leisure. Many Tiangge. I think this Ayala Mall is the popular to Marikenos and one of Ayala Malls that is not high end.

A decent community mall. It houses Puregold, Mi department store, Ace Hardware, Do It Best Handyman, Anytime Fitness, a food court and a small section for tech stuff. Could've been better if it had cinemas.

Don’t expect this mall to have a lot of shops, though it does surprisingly have most of the things we need. It even has a stall where you can buy aroma scents for one’s home. The Japan Home / Daiso stores here are well-stocked, and there is also a Mr. DIY. Unexpectedly pretty view, too!

Having Ayala Malls in this area brought such comfort, liesure and convenience to the community

Mall was not that big and not much store choices but it got all the basics plus the backdrop of San Mateo mountains are nice to look at

This is an excellent addition to the neighborhood and the residential areas near it. The mall has the basics: groceries, pharmacy, appliance/tech shops, specialty stores, wellness services, gym, and banks. It even houses David's, Starbucks, Banapple, Contis, and known milk tea shops. If you're up for an all-out shopping experience though, the mall has a bare minimum of shops. Nonetheless, this mall gives us access to what's important like the essentials and comfort food.

This mall has handy man, bench, world balance, Wooden furniture shop, contis, banapple, goldilocks, 99 ramen, Gerry's grill, mang inasal, Chow king, bon chon, mr quick, Belgian waffle, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, Jollibee, s&r food branch, bpi bank, bdo bank, pure gold and food stalls. Ground floor pa lang yan at d pa kumpleto yan. 2nd floor naman is the Phil sys registering, food court, DIY, tiangge, xiaomi mini stall, cha tuk chak, yoyoso, American bazaar, powerplay, sogo furniture, ballet school, gadget shops mga 3-4 n stalls, office warehouse, daiso, ace hardware, abenson appliances, Tom's world, Watsons, gym meron din, macao imperial tea, Shakey's, Romantic baboy at infinitea. So far as of April 2022 yan yung naan dun.. so enjoy floating Balyena out!

A very homey place yet complete with all your needs as a mall very accessible in the parang marikina area. It is great they built this structure to avoid going to a crowded mall.

A less bigger version of Ayala Mall located in Marikina Heights compared to other branches of Ayala Malls. Still, it has enough parking space, clean comfort rooms for male and female, enough stores for shopping clothes, with grocery, food stalls, restaurants, hardware, furniture store, bank, drug store, arcade and mobile outlets.

I have easy access going here, not a big mall though but its also comfortable to stay . They have supermarket (puregold), various courier from lbc, palawan, western, ussc and bank like bdo and bpi not to mention some atm machine, selling plants, cakes, clothes, tiangge, school supplies, hardware and foodchains,medicines (mercury), massage svc, parlor, beauty consultant clinic , Starbucks. You can also find fitness first here, Japan homes, DIY, ace hardware, office warehouse, sogo appliances and kis favorite Timezone! Hey Contis is already here!👌

Although not as big as other Ayala Malls in the country, this community village mall still has an assortment of stores that cater to the everyday essential needs of subdivision and suburban dwellers. This is a favorite hangout of students for its budget boutique stores offering fashion, accessories, books, school and office supplies among others. There are food joints too like diners, cafes, tea shops, ice cream parlor, cakes & pastries & fast food. Not to mention the organic food stores and other entrepreneurial pop-ups that crop up from time to time. Let me likewise add that on the second floor, there are views of the mountains of the surrounding Marikina Heights community.

Came here to withdraw in a bank. Fortunately it has BDO that's open for the weekend. The mall has a unique vibe, mostly probably because it's very near the mountainside. There are portions where there's A/C and there's also the roofed outdoor portion. The mall's almost complete despite it's size, though there are a few stalls closed due to the effects of the pandemic. But I think this is a great place overall, especially if you're living within Marikina Heights as it's the center of it all.

So i came here to buy my Air Freshener which is in Japan Centre located at second floor from the entrance ☺️☺️☺️ The place is kinda small not as what i expected but its clean most stalls were unoccupied... And also they have the Gym inside as well, and Dep Store, if u look for furniture u can find Sogo Second floor above mercury drug store 💕💕💕 The photos are the furnitures i took at Sogo located inside Ayala☺️☺️☺️

I think this is one of the best Mall here in Marikina area. From retail store to supermarket store and all household needs. All you need you name it they have it all here. A must visit when you come here with family and friends to hang out with their fastfood restaurants and their formal dining restaurants. Lovely place!

They have national ID registration here. It's very convenient for us.

Went there to get my National ID done. It was quite quicker than I expected. They alloted a place specifically for that purpose. Physical distancing and other health protocols were followed for the most part. This mall is perfect to be step 2 of the process.

I used to live just in front of Ayala Malls Marikina. I saw how it was started from just a land to this day as ayala mall. It is a go to place if you just want to walk around and shop a little. Not having to go to huge mall, this mall can suffice.

It's nice 👍🏻but it's small in the inside, but it's look big in the outside..few branded store. And food store it's not that much more inside the mall. But for me, the distance going there is very easy. Coz, the location is in the heart of the residencial area. Very reachable.

Place was like most malls. Clean,cool and tahimik. Stores and boutiques are strategically placed and organized. There are numerous food places to choose from.

I love going to Ayala Malls Marikina. I used to go to Sybella Salon for hairwash, manicure and pedicure and facial, The girls were very helpful and friendly Unfortunately the Salon is now closed for good..I only hope they will open again for the staff's sake,,They all lost their jobs. The typical Ayala Mall. I love their Timezone branch here. Also, there are a lot of restaurants available. Their parking is also massive. For sure you will not have a hard time finding parking space whether its for motorcycle or 4 wheels.

Beautiful place to shop, eat and just hang around. It was weird the day I went because there were very few people. The place is very clean and pleasant. I had lunch with family at Gilligan's and the food was really good. The Yang chow rice was excellent! Definitely going back when I have more time.

The mall is kinda small open air shopping. Many tiangge and dining options. Parking is a bit tough on weekends though.

Just have visited this Mall and its Quiet community in Marikina Heights when getting down from Conception Uno Bayan Bayanan Road Intersection road straight ahead roundabout road besides the Circle Mall. Its option whether via walking distance or take a Tricycle ride.

The bike parking space in the vicinity of Jolibee is getting smaller, and the Grab parking space is getting bigger. Inuusog daw po ng mga Grab rider ang bike lock stand. I hope the mall management does sonething about this.

Sm Marikina shares a wonderful environment and atmosphere close to nature. This place has lots of shops and cafes that you can hangout and have a wonderful time. Clean and order are enforced in all the places you go.

It's not that crowded. Health protocols are strictly observed. Though some shoppers really like putting their face shield om their forehead. 😆 I think that's inevitable. Also restos and shops inside have their own entrance screening and health declaration form aside from the entrances of the mall so it's somehow reassuring. Highly recommended place to dine and shop.
