    One of the receptionists was rude. From the moment we got in the clinic, until we left she hasn't smiled or talked to us nicely. Not even thr slightest impression that she was happy to help. She was even sarcastic at one point. She just made the entire credentials of the clinic nasty.

    went here for PEME and their queueing system is non-existent. you are instructed to follow the numbering system yet there arenโ€™t any numbers indicated. reception had more time doing gossips rather than processing patients. i went here at 8:45-ish and took almost an hour waiting at the reception. queue for check-ups is a nightmare given that there are several patients lining up and thereโ€™s only one doctor available. i wouldnโ€™t recommend going here. all staff seem to be irate except for their medtech and the nurse at the station. small-time clinics perform and serve better than this branch.

    SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Booking an appointment is already tough. You have to keep on calling until you get lucky they pick up. Forget texting, they will never reply. Staff here got some interesting attitudes, most especially those who are at the front desk. I asked to borrow a pen to sign off on A LOT of forms, but the dude threw a bit of a fit and made some side comments before handing me a pen. If you don't hear what they say the first time and ask to repeat it, expect a serving of sass either in a form of an eye roll or a raised tone. So be attentive and quick on your feet. You will be the one to adjust. They beat any government office at being stuck-up. One upside though is that they work fast and you're done in no time. Maybe they just can't wait to call it a day and go home.

    Slow processing. Only one encoder at front desk to receive patients. Expect to waste a whole day here if getting a pre-employment exam.

    Every Negative Reviews here are Correct. I need a P.E.M.E. and I was just asking a question and the front desk responded with a higher tone. All I could hear was them chattering all round when I was there. They did serve me a little because I was the only patient that time, take note "I was the only patient" yet they can't do it Nicely. You better be Ready when you go here, bring a LOT of patience, I mean A LOT!. ๐Ÿคฃ

    I dont know what the others are saying. Service was okay, it was quick enough and had no extra fuss. Got there 7:55 they were still closed/ opened at 8, finished at 9:30 for my APE Only complaint would be that the area is a bit small so it could get crowded easily

    I definitely can't share the bad experience others seem to have had here. I went there for a PEME - and the staff was very polite, funny and supportive. I called for an appointment 2 days in advance and immediately got their go signal. Despite the fact that it was quite full, the process was pretty fast. They changed the order a little, so I could go to the station that's currently not being occupied. Everything was clearly communicated, all questions were answered, it took much less time than expected - so overall more than happy with their service.

    The staff is not accommodating as we expected. Our schedule is 1pm and we are accommadated by 02:30pm. We were there at their clinic ahead of time.There's also no proper procedure on handling the queue. What about those who came early?

    I had a scheduled pcr swab at 930am,went in at 9:11am with complete forms. Waited and waited until at 9:35 I complained on why the line wasn't moving. The couple sitting next to me also voiced out that they were scheduled at 9am and they have not been swabbed. It was just then that they stopped chatting and started moving. Eventually got swabbed at 9:50am. It's incredible how they can extend something that usually takes 5 minutes to 40 minutes. Absolutely no sense of urgency, no customer service. Avoid at all costs.

    The staffs are accommodating & always ready to answer your questions. I am here for my medical tests for pre-employment purposes. And I am satisfied also that my appointment there finished quickly, like 10:00am-2:00pm lang. I hope that the staffs will continue their good services to their consumers so that people will continually choose their clinic. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Qualimed Makati is a one stop shop for your medical needs. From basic check-up, pre-employment or executive checkup you can avail such service in this place. For medical consultation up to EENT, derma or dental, can also be availed in this clinic. Location is very accessible and this place is easy to find.

    I have to admit, we were a bit hesitant to go there after reading all the negative reviews. However, to our surprise it was a great experience. Staff were all friendly, facilities were mostly clean and there was enough seating space. It could have been a bit more organized, but all in all, really not bad.

    They changed their cut off time for the APE without properly informing their HMO partners! Wasted time and effort to go here for nothing. I was 15mins in and they can't accommodate just because the doctor was on break too! Walang kwenta magsara na kayo!
