Please don’t bother going here. Queue is hella slow, they’re unorganized, and like everyone else said — doctors are late. I went to Healthway Shang to get my ear checked because guess what, it hurts. So naturally, I wanted immediate medical intervention. I was on time — 1pm ENT appointment on a Saturday. I was patient, even though everything and everyone was slow — I understood that it was a Saturday so I wasn’t really surprised about the crowd. However, the ENT doctor, that I refrain to name drop, came in late and missed my name thrice. I noticed that people who came after me was being accommodated quickly. I was patient — maybe these people actually waited for their turn. Turns out, I was 4th in the queue, and by the time I asked the nurse when’s my turn cos it’s been TWO hours, 3 people already passed me in the queue. I was speechless. I was there sitting miserably with a severe earache and no one freaking bothered. I left right before I was called, and just dashed to Healthway Greenbelt 5 where the ENT doctor came in early, and actually cared about their patient. Please don’t capitalize on the sick, I get that doctors have busy schedule but the apathy was reeking, as if I wasn’t dealing with a medical concern.

This is our family’s preferred clinic. The system is good. Doctors & Nurses are very professional. However, you might find their services a bit pricy specially if you are not covered by a health card

Listen to the reviews. Doctors are 1 hour late without notice. Staff are rude. If you want a sure fire bad experience, then this is the place to go.

The pediatrician was right on time for her clinic hours unlike some doctors who are always late. Waiting lounge was nice.

Don’t even bother to go here. You will encounter problems with them. And it will be a headache. I only need the following a)Urinalysis b) X-ray c)Complete Blood Count (CBC) d) Complete Medical Examination But their package has fecalysis, reception says I can have it waived if I don’t need it. But they did not explain that they will not give you a recommendation or classification which is needed. So hence it will show pending. I paid for that test even if I don’t need it. Only to end up not getting the recommendation needed by who requested my Medical result. Waste of money, waste of time. All they will tell you is wait, queue is long. They don’t even bother if you’ve been waiting for an hour or so. The guard is helpful and nice. And the guy in the Xray who assisted me.

You have to test your contact numbers. No matter which option I choose, after greeting and options...it would always say "Your number cannot be completed as dialled..." You have to do something about that if you care about your customers...

The people working there are not very friendly at all, the Doctor didn’t even bother to show minimal respect and greet me when I entered her office. The ENT doctor was two hours late, didn’t even apologize and was more interested in talking about his vacation than figuring out what’s wrong with my ears. The nurses forgot to call me to inform me that the test results were ready. I showed up at the clinic after not having heard from them in more than ten days (it was supposed to take three days to get the test results). If you are used to professional, efficient and thorough doctors in Europe: do not go to this clinic. It’s a waste of time and money!

One of the worst clinics I have ever went to. Their process is not friendly for HMO card holder patients. Compared to other diagnostic clinics I went to before, they were the ones to call the HMO, but here, you are the one to ask for the endorsement. They don’t even greet their patients as what I observed. Will stick to Hi-precision and My Health Clinic from now one.

At first they were okay. The reminder sent to me through text 1 day before my appointment was very detailed. Upon arrival to the clinic, I was informed that the doctor called off and no one even updated me. I had to wait for long hours for nothing.

A lone clinic in the Philippines that still reinforces face mask policy when the president of the country and DOH clearly said that it's no longer required even in medical facilities.

Disappointed on the service. Been waiting for the doctor since 12pm until now. I have made the appointment more than 1 month ago. Don't know how long need to wait. Is this kind of professional doctor attitude?

Service is extremely slow. Nurses are rude. It took me around 3 hours just to get vaccinated for Flu. My schedule was for 7am. I got vaccinated close to 10am!!! 3hours for a flu vaccine?!!! I have no allergies. Full vaccinated for Covid. No sickness.

I'm well taken care of. Already undergone 4 sessions of PT. So far, no negative experience yet.

The staff let someone cut me in the queue to the doctor without letting me know first. Good experience with the ENT though. And I like how it was not too crowded.

Slow service, dont waste your time here. Better to visit a proper hospital.

The nurses at the Nurse Station are so loud doing gossips. Service is as usual so slow.

No one answers their landline and mobile numbers.

The security guard is horrible and rude i went today to this clinic and look at the place and he shouted at me while im just standing near the door, im not even blocking the door and waiting for a friend so I decided to not go and look for a better clinic because i dont feel safe in this place.

Wanted to give a chance despite the bad reviews however it is true that the doctors cancell without prior notice and the patients are already waiting for them in the clinic.

Rudest dentist I've ever had a check up with. Boomer energy 👎👎👎 Also no mention of a lunch break. Waited an unneccesary amount of time just to get results since apparently no one else is authorized. Hey owner, if you're reading this, your clinic is all aesthetic, never coming back here and will make sure everyone I know doesn't go here also.

Urologist is ok but dermatologist is terrible. Made us wait for 4 hours.
