Super like this resort lot's of pool and not too crowded.. I recommend this resort for those who wants overnight,affordable.👍😊 👍

The water park in on top of a mountain. The view is amazing. The water in the pools is nice and clean. Modern cottages and rooms are available. Vehicle parking is available but a bit far to the entrance gate. A nice place for kids and adults. Fun rides also available. Clean shower rooms and comfort rooms.

Ok for the families and friends for bonding.

It took us 2 hrs before getting inside the park. They are lack of staff and they did ot anticipate the volume of people on the start of summer season.

Great cottages but pools needs more safety. Wave pool wasn't that great. With some carnival-type amenities which are free to ride and is good. Could be better with more comfort rooms for washing and changing. With cool sculptures. Nice and could help you with your swim needs.

it was a nice place for a family day. the pools were big and the wave pool was great. my kids enjoy our stay.

Rooms need a shower heater. At Least microwave to heat foods. All in all we are satisfied Thanks to the staff.good job

This is the worst resort that we’ve been to. They don’t know how to manage their visitors. We inquired a few days ago before our scheduled date and we were told that we can book for an overnight on the day of our schedule. When we arrived, they said that the overnight stay is temporarily on hold. There are a lot of people that has been complaining. Very disappointing!

Customer service is next to none. Even though there were open parking spaces right next to the resort, the guard kept on sending us to the parking across the national highway even if we just needed to unload our things. Front desk staff seem not to like their jobs. They had trolleys for luggage, but did not offer to help or even lend said trolleys. Pool water is itchy and dirty. The in and outside of the pool had rubbish. Stairs to the pool slides were slippery with moss. Hair from the previous occupants were still under the sheets. No lifeguard available. Poor lighting in and around the pools at night. People were not being scolded when they brought food, drink, and alcohol in the pool. The place is enormous, and the decoration and facilities would have been nice if staff did their jobs properly.
