Was waiting since one hour. Last moment the driver cancelled and new driver was appointed. All my schedule was disturbed due to them. Unprofessional service don't use it.

Was planned for 8 am pickup. Last minute driver cancelled. Next driver came at 9:15. I had return flight at 6:15. Almost missed my flight by 5 minutes. Had to rush whole day due to unprofessional service. On return car stalled had to push car to start. See pictures for reference. Pathetic service.

The worst kind of experience anybody can have. We have just started our journey with YOLO from Jaynagar to Nepal. Driver has arrived one hour late even after informing about medical conditions of some of the passengers and number of senior citizens we are traveling with. Luggage carrier of bus was also damaged. On top of that driver was so casual about the delay like nothing has happened.

One of the best service providers I have ever dealt with. I personally recommend everyone to experience their service once.
