    The Dasarath Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Tripureshwar, Kathmandu. Holding 15,000 capacity, it is the biggest stadium in Nepal. The stadium has race track, football pitch, swimming, karate and judo hall etc. it’s the international stadium where football matches happens in Nepal. The only downside is the screen as the stadium has only one.

    The 49th convocation ceremony of Tribhuvan University has become a world record. An organization called 'Official World Record' OWR awarded the university with a world record certificate for having completed the convocation ceremony in the physical presence of more than 26,000 people. 12 thousand 415 students had applied online to participate in the convocation ceremony held at Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwar, Kathmandu. It is mentioned in the certificate given to the university that in the history of the convocation ceremony, more than 26,000 people participated and there were dignitaries (parents, initiated students and guests) including women.
