MacBook Pro Scam. Alas, my recent MacBook Pro 2019 purchase turned out to be unexpected. It seemed to have some history with a prior user. Even after sharing evidence, the acknowledgment of its used state was denied, yet I was charged the full price for a new one. A considerable waste of money, needless to say. To Lokesh Oli, the owner, I humbly suggest embracing honesty as the best policy and refraining from passing off pre-owned, returned, or refurbished items as new ones.

after purchase service: zero Only authorised reseller that sells grey phones LMAO purchased a phone here. even after half and a year it does not seems to be registered in MDMS. went to store with VAT bill and they say they will contact importer( gen next ) to register the device within 2 days and provide follow up updates on this. But they never give a followup call neither relay any info via msg. Had to call 7-8 times for a week for its update and everytime they say they have already contacted gen next and they will provide follow up after gen next provides them updates. i had to go to store after a week again for them to look at this seriously. Only this time they called gen next infront of me. They say previously they just sent bill and info via whatsapp to gen next. I had to take importer’s contact details myself to get updates about it. would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from here. They dont have any seriousness for their customers emergency complaints once they sell a device. If anyone else has similar complaints about MDMS, i would rather advise them to report this to IRD with your VAT bills. Maybe then they will take this seriously.

Under single roof get multiple options and varieties of different accessories. The price is kinda expensive here as they claim to be original product. If you need good items Even though they are expensive then this is right place for you. Here is facility to do EMI and get latest phones. Do visit if you are looking for phone in installment. It has parking facilities.

I visited Oliz store(Bhaktapur Branch) for screen protector on my watch. I asked them whether they are qualified for putting screen protector, they replied yes. But they couldn’t properly apply screen protector. They messed up on first attempt. I gave them another chance to apply it and this time also they messed up again. The cashier was in hurry for payment without even proper installment of sreen protector. Very poor customer service, poor customer handling skills. Our watch is very expensive, you cant just take it as dummy. Please be expert on what you are doing or simply refer to another place. Damn pathetic service.

Bad service. And also, there is no support for emergency situations I lost my phone and I need my mdms registered asap but you guys always seem to ignore this. because of the slow response I have to buy a new phone from other store.i Do not recommend this store they do not care about customers

im here for express my pain because i trust them blindly. when i am going to invest my money for gadgets i use to choose OLIZ store but now i don't and i got worst repair service...
