My experience: Staff can be improved(especially one security guard who somewhat behaved a bit rudely while we came for exchange of something) Some features: 1)Quality of products is fine. 2)Price is good. 3) Best thing available is clothings ( low price and decent quality) 4)Earlier trial rooms were not available maybe due to some reasons, but now they are available. Suggestions: Please ask employees to be humble. Thanks. One Major issue, Parking facility is really bad no gaurd for that...

As usual, this Mart has wide collection of household products for a very cheaper price, also the clothes are. Maintenance is good. Staff was helpful.

Store is good according to average products.But Suffocation is too high due to crowd.We visit there 1,o clock and air condition system start at same time so temprature is too high and we feel hot inside the store. Other all things and products are good according to price.

Product is economically good and staff behaviour is good and they are doing well but according to their hard work they need good salary package so kindly work on that if u want better service for customer and your own store growth.

I want to special request to owner of vishal mega Mart chheharta location pls provide uniform to staff if customer need any help from staff we can't judge the staff or customer. There is not working Air condition not even in summer season and all season. Very disappointed..with kids too much difficult to shopping for parents...manager always says that air condition is not working..it happened so many times...please close it..

So, there are 2 floors for customers in total. The Ground floor is pretty much dedicated to clothing for teenagers and kids with small sections for general stationary and toddler toys. The 1st (2nd floor for people who forget whole numbers exist) comprises a sections for footwear, pre adolescent and adult clothing, kitchenware including utensils, cook-tops, ovens, mixer grinder and other generic items. You will also find a good but limited range of grocery items like for ration, snacks. There is also a good selection of toiletries and cleaning items. The store was clean, however, it could improve upin tidiness as some item placement did not make sense and was too far from related items. The overall experience was good but seemed a bit more expensive than what I experienced in Ambala, Harayana, although if we account for inflation, it does make sense. Parking is good for two wheelers but a little bit of a hustle for 4 wheelers and especially big vehicles like SUVs and pick-up trucks.

Today, a lady on billing counter add 2 same items in my bill which I bought only one. When I ask her to refund my money she said that i cannot refund your money you have to buy another artical at same price. Today I forced to buy thing which I should not want to buy.poor experience...

Vishal megamart is a shopping place for most of failyvuse things like grocery, ready to eat snacks clothes, basic stationary items, crockery, lenins and cooking utensils. Prices are reasonable.There is an underground parking available .

Trial rooms were locked we asked staff they said Rooms are under renovations, they should have second option for changing but they don’t have. Suggestions: staff should be more polite.
