Newly built hotel, with nice modern rooms, though a little offbeat, but with the warmest smile and earnestness to serve. Food was good but variety in the menu is desired, House keeping and front office are ever willing to help, The staff is excellent and polite. Wishing them a fruitful association. I will recommend this property to all.

Hotel ESCALA is a Luxury Property I visit there with my family and I Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms & washroom are neat and clean & well maintained. The Hotel staff were very kind and hospitable. If you order anything from the room and you will get it in the next 5 -7 mins. I visited in the restaurant escala with my husband. The view of the restaurant was very nice, especially from the pool side. Restaurant's staff was very nice. But the service man Ankesh sharma behavior was too good as he was. He has very cool and charm behavior.

The Hotel located on GT road toward jalandhar Bypass. It's situation behind the petrol pump. Well it's newly constructed hotel. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Best and safe for family visit. I do recommend it.

This hotel is extremely inconvenient; I strongly advise against booking here. The phones inside the rooms are constantly switched off, requiring you to visit the reception for any service requests. Moreover, any issues you report regarding the room are consistently ignored by the staff. To make matters worse, there is only one TV remote shared between two rooms, and if you wish to watch TV, you are told to 'ask for the remote from the neighboring room' at the reception. Similarly, there is only one AC remote for both rooms, adding to the inconvenience. Furthermore, the hair dryer in the bathroom is also damaged. The so-called 'free wifi' is nothing more than a scam for customers and tourists, as there is no actual free wifi available. However, it's worth noting that the food is an exception and is of good quality."

I had to change my room since the one initially allotted had bad smell, non functional intercom, no tv connection, no wi fi. The changed room also had problem of sewer smell. I had to request multiple times to get basics like drinking water. To top it all, spotted rats on the ac vents in the restaurant. Whatever I asked to order was 'unavailable' in the drinks menu.
