Just made a visit today to the salon and in all the experience was good. I had my nails done and I am satisfied with the service so far. Will love to explore their other services as well. I am updating the review as I had my nail extensions done and they went well for just a week after that the nails have started breaking nd the paint has started coming textured, fading up which is not usual when you have gel paint done. So for me it did not went well though the customer service was good and I was thinking to have my bridal makeup and other services from the place.

Would rate it zero stars, if there was an option! Visited after good recommendations from a couple of people. Terrible customer service!!! Visited with my cousins for mani pedis. I wanted a simple Ombre which the nail artist ROSHAN could not do as I could clearly see the brush strokes but he tried to fix it by putting sparkle on top. I did not like it at all but the nail artist was very Egoist and instead of fixing it denied to do my nails which were for my engagement. Ruined my whole day just for nails. The customer service person KIRAN was extremely unprofessional and Rude. Everybody tried to make me feel guilty for something that was their fault. Overcharged prices with lack of customer service experience, would never recommend for anyone. BEWARE and stay away if you want service to your liking. Otherwise if you are fine with whatever they do, then you might enjoy going there!

It's my first time visit for my haircut.. Staff is also very good and humble.. Vicky who give me butterfly haircut I really loving with my haircut.. Only one thing I'm upset with that he did my hair short when I already told him not do my hair short that's why I am give one star less... Otherwise it's nice experience ☺👍🏻

The services that they offer are excellent. Although it is somewhat pricey, the great quality of the products they use will ensure that you return. Got hair color done by Vicky and heis so good in his job that he knows what customer wanted. Staff is so amazing and nice. Got pre-bridal done by Silky and she made me comfortable while providing all the services, really amazed.

Thank you bridalvilla team..I got soo many compliments on both of my special days beacuse of such a great makeup and hair. I wonna share my experience..I forget my jewellery at home and I had to wait for approx 2 hours just for that jewellery still the staff and the owner were soo polite and patience with me. Silky mam( beauty therapist) she was also getting late still she stayed longer than her closing time that was soo kind. Bridalvilla staff and the owner was so nice. I will gonna recommend everyone to visit here for any of your service to get best experience.
