Since last 2 Years i was searching for high rise well maintained society. My search stopped at Exotic Grandeur. One should go for this, it was bit over budget for me hence i could not. Services of sales team of Mr Pardeep & Sales Director Mr Gandhi has no match. Just to the owners. Please maintain service levels as at Exotic Magnifiq i felt arrogance.

Excellent layout and facilities, but approach is not good. Surrounded by hapazard development and very near to railway line. Building itself and facilities are five star.

Next to broken roads and heavy traffic , a peaceful apartment complex

The society has luxurious flats but the open green space is limited.Greenery and plants are less. Even the surrounding is not very aesthetic.

Excellent property for residential purpose

Best residential society in Zirakpur on Panchkula road.

Best in the Tri-State area.. great amenities.. very well maintained and exotic in every way possible!
