Great experience. You must visit once. Being a vegetarian, I ordered a mcPuff for the first time (yes, vegetarian mcpuff) and it was delicious. You must have a cold coffee, it's thick, smooth and tasty. Being a local guid on google maps, I really recomend to visit it once if you are nearby and haven't been there.

It's a nice stop by when you are traveling on GT Road. There is ample parking space around with multiple restaurants. There is always some crowd here so good to stop even from the security perspective. The outlet is very clean and well maintained, although washrooms could have been better. The food preparation is very nice. I would say, it's among few of the best McDonald's outlets. Staff was courteous and professional. Overall a nice experience and I recommend this place.

How to begin with? Well, it is a great place to have a pit stop, stretch those tired limbs and while having your favorite snack, you get to enjoy a spectacular view of the National Highway along with its surroundings. Only draw back is that the food is "good", not "great". Descent enough to feed your belly but not enough to mesmerise you. However, I am sure that this is more of a personal choice than a trend. Still, on the bright side, it is pretty affordable. So my verdict is that you should definitely stop by for the sake of rejuvenation and the views ;)

Had a Mcchicken burger combo the burger tasted very dry ,the worst MacDonalds burger experience ever.

The staff hardly pays any attention to the additional customisation or instructions alongwith the order. They just serve you the basic recipe and do not include any additions you made to the order. Otherwise outlet is good, food is great.

Ordering system change has increased the hassle. I wanted to pay cash but was directed to their online ordering counter. After I completed my order it gave out a slip and asked to next available counter. There already was a long line. Time waste. Later while delivering they gave partial order and said rest of the items will be sent to your table. Waited for more than 15 minutes but no one came. On enquiry was informed the items have been given to me. When I protested they kept looking for the person who delivered the items. When he saw me he said he had given the remaining items to someone else. Sheer harassment. Then they again made the remaining items and gave me. I had to keep standing near the counter for 20 min to get my complete order. Very sloppy service.
