The best part of it is group aerobics sessions involving HIIT body weight exercises for cardio vascular fitness. The coaches are vey cordial helpful and ready to guide budding fitness enthusiasts. I lost more than 3 kgs in one month. Very thankful to my coach.

Noticed one thing in this gym , while other gym trainers Let you on the treadmill and crosstrainer or on cycle whole the time does not bother much until you took personal training from them ; but here is different trainers of lifetime gym without any pt encourage to do more body weight exercises , abs and core , and other strength exercises which eventually increases my strength and stamina. Really impressive

Best part of the gym is that they do not recommed any protein powders or weight gainers or other such things to their clients , which i most of the time see in other gyms . So that's why i love and like this gym.
