Apollo seshadripuram is located very close to Malleswaram metro station and close to the famous mantri mall. Been visiting apollo hospital from 3 years, always crowded due to its location, better to take prior appointment over phone. Sometimes the billing takes much of your time, most of the time I have spent over 20 minutes at the billing counter, as they have a single billing counter, though doctors are very professional and good at job, it is the staff who make the difference, whether it is billing or getting reports or while consulting the doctor, you need to run behind the staff to get the job done. Otherwise few staff work like as if they government servants. Seriously the management need an admin to handle all these. Opd charges are Rs.700 +gst, lab services are available but at higher price, if you are an out patient, better to get it done at the other nearest labs, you will save nearly 1k. One more update is that they don't retain experienced doctors, recently Dr.Narendra has left the organisation, who was too good. Not worth visiting. I have stopped going over there.

Deepamala was very humble and food service was very good. The treatment was very good... Doctor's treated very well.. Only the Billing department needs to improve. They don't know how to bill and how to do the admission.. they have not got correct training .. everything they will call senior s and asking how to do the Admission... it was pathetic... around 2 hrs they took for admission , that's why giving 4 Stars...

One the worst private hospitals at Bangalore. Apollo is known for its facilities, services and treatment. Rest of India they are best. Please look for an alternate to Sheshadripuram Apollo. 1. Office staff behaves as if we are at their mercy 2. They don't have basic Hindi/English language proficiency. Only KANNADA language works. 3. No support from anyone 4. My friend underwent an open heart bypass surgery on Oct 27, 2023. Surgeons Dr. Manoj & Dr. Anand Subramanya did a very good job and the patient recovered within 2 days of post surgery. We were blessed with a baby girl and Dr Savitha Shetty & Dr Nikitha (the gynecologists) are the best to take care of the mother. Dr Prasanta & Dr Haridarshan took utmost care of my newborn. The admin staffs (thank you Priyanka for helping in seamless process of billing and taking care of our F&B), the nurses (special thanks to Jyoti & Asha Sister) & the medical assistants knows their work and will be taking care of everything proactively. The worst of the hospital is this one Apollo sheshadripuram.. no one came to help me with the patient.. the receptionist tricked my money. The wheelchair assistant didn't turn up as we waited for 30 mins .. these guys were busy chatting in ground floor. I literally moved around everywhere with the patient alone with the wheelchair. How can a hospital be so inhumane ?? I am registered with Apollo hospital since 2009 but never seen anything like this .. i will never every step in this hospital.. i am typing this as it happened 30 mins back. Doctors are excellent, 5 stars. But hospital management is not to the mark. After admission, the security at lift entrance looks and questions every attender like he/she is a criminal, humiliating in front of everyone else as if going to meet patient is a crime. Once patient is in ICU, attenders are immediately evacuated from room and told to go sit outside the hospital!!! How unfair this is, paying in lakhs and they don’t have a lounge for icu attenders..cheap and hopeless management. And the canteen is namesake, third class.. still they don’t allow us to carry food for caretaking attenders who could be diabetic. Very unhappy with this hospital in terms of admission procedures.

Recently I met Dr Jagadeesh - Pulmonologist at OPD1 for treating my teenage son who had few bouts of spewing blood when he would cough .. Dr was courteous, listened carefully & recorded the symptoms . He suggested a chest X ray to analyse better . On learning that my son had a dental procedure a fortnight earlier plus clear X ray result he calmed my nerves ..saying nothing to worry ..blood spits were from the dental procedure n not any chest infection. He spent sufficient time hearing us !! He did not suggest any medication n asked my son to carry on with his routine !! Thnx Sir for assuring us n relieving the anxiety 🙏🏻.. Equally good was staff at OPD1 interms of registration n providing us required info n support 🙏🏻🙏🏻..best wishes

My wife had a pet cat bite. Booked an appointment at 9:30am. Doctor came at around 9:45 am and just for dressing and TT injection they kept us waiting for more than an hour. Sisters were laughing, chatting and fighting in the reception and were blaming each other instead of treating the patient. Utterly disappointed. Even after the delay while cleaning the wounds they don’t have knowledge of how to put ointment they started pressing the wound and my wife felt dizzy. Pathetic service. Even after 1 and half hours they were not able to give the tetanus shot so we left and took it from a clinic outside we were given rabies and tetanus within 5 mins. Never going to appolo hospitals again. Patients are not in their priority. Filled with unprofessional and inexperienced staff and nurses.

Recently we had to admit my mother aged about 83 with some heart complications. It was in the evening after 7:30 that we took my mother to the emergency section. My mother was assigned to one of the beds immediately. According the doctor's instructions and after completing Covid test and some other formalities, my mother was shifted to the CICU. The specialist doctor in person discussed with me the findings of the blood reports and the immediate treatment required for my mother. My mother was in the CICU for two nights and later shifted to the ward of our choice where she stayed for another two days. Many doctors visited her during these four days and explained to us the progress of my mother's health. The duty doctors, nursing staff and all the others were very professional, courteous and always smiling. This must have helped my mother recover quickly. The discharge procedures were handled very well. The nursing staff cheerfully took a couple of selfies with my mother before we left the hospital.

Yesterday Morning we had taken 2 ND dose of vaccination by paying Rs 1410 /- .. It was said u will get the certificate msg within few hours. It's been more than 36 hours till now we have not got the msg of being vaccinated nor the certificate is updated. Called many times at hospital today but got no proper response. Every time e a new person pick the call and say we will inform to the concern person...... Who is that concern person who cannot come online or do the needful. ..... Bad experience.

I had hospitalized my mother a Month before and here by I wanna say that the service that's been provided is not at all acceptable, staff at billing, insurance are not so responsive and staff at emergency doesn't value patient time and health condition, they had made my Mother wait for 2.5 hours just to take one sample for covid abort. They take long hours to attend the patient in the ward, you will have to remind them multiple time and my mother was attended after couple of hours she is been hospitalized, which is not something expected out of health department. House kepping is too worst specially in general ward, they have common toilet for gents and ladies and it is to be always dirty. Even after dialing them multiple time no one bother to visit. Overall I didn't like the service that been provided for the fee they charge.

As they kill money, patients are willing vocate the hospital. Then the staff threaten us like a way, till the patient change their mind. So please friend, don't admit any one to this hospital. I must say the F&B department guys do a great job at Apollo hospital. They greet the patients with a smile and take care of us very well. They make sure to supply food of our taste. The food quality has also improved from last time. Deepmala was serving food this time. She is very sweet person and need to retain such staff along with supervisor Shylaja. They have very good Doctors, entire staff members are very friendly. They are there to guide and help the visitors. And they are very strict about visiting hours, which is good. The doctor whom we consulted(Dr Prasanna Katti)explains the problem very well. And also he allows to take second opinion. Only thing that can be improved is the lifts. There are only 2 lifts, out of which one is for patients, and staff don’t allow access through stairs since it connects to ICU.

There is no proper accommodation for the attendant of the icu patient's. The securities are soo rude that they don't even give place to sit in the waiting area. And after this the owner will reply to this saying to share the review on some stupid website..... That is the extreme level reply for this review. Unfortunately public don't have options. In spite of spending lacks of medical expenses.. People don't have place to rest. Especially at the late night time.

One of my family member was admitted at the hospital for a heart valve replacement surgery and was an in patient for a period of 12 days . I personally would like to extend our family's thanks & gratitude to the team of extremely competent, proficient doctors Viz, Dr BCS , Dr Manoj , Dr Karan , Dr Aindrita, Dr Srinivas , Dr Prashant Prabhu , Dr Naveen Nayak & Dr Divya Shetty who as a Team were instrumental in giving him a new lease of life, follow up during post surgery including pre surgery counselling . In addition to Dr Shashank at the Emergency section during the time of admission. Ms Puja G S , incidentally was the one available both during admission and discharge and was quite competent in her role proficient, efficient and discharging her duties with calm composure . Also Ms Prema from insurance was very good in her role and helped us in processing the insurance papers. There are many personnel in the above departments, whose names I am not aware who deserve a word of appreciation. Not but the least the entire nursing team including Physiotherapists, dieticians housekeeping, wheel chair attenders , floor manager and their teams has our big word of appreciation for their unflinching dedication to work. It is preferred to have a dedicated lift for patients. Secondly it appears the canteen is understaffed as the time for orders take forever for the attendants of the patients eating there

I personally would like to extend our family's thanks & gratitude to the team of extremely competent, proficient doctors. Recently, I admitted my wife to Apollo, Sheshadripuram, Bangalore for an operation. The treatment and hospitality were excellent. The doctors and staff took great care of us. We stayed on the 4th floor of the building. The staff, including Binu, Vishnu Priya, Puspa, and the team, treated us very well. The doctors, Mohini Prasad, Varsha, and Chaitra, took good care of us and helped us recover quickly. The canteen staff served delicious and timely food in the canteen. However, the room service for patients needs improvement. I appreciate Benjamin, one of the canteen staff, for his friendly and professional service with a smile.

Since he had jaundice, probably i would say it's a final stage in jaundice. The treatment and care given by the emergency team and MICU team was excellent and outstanding. The doctors have given the updates on daily basis until he recovers. The staffs were great, answering any queries we had and took good care of our father at each stage; before, during and after the procedure carried out. We would like thank the team of doctors who were there when needed and conducted the surgery successfully. We would like to thank Mrs Deepa S who coordinated for the smooth running of the operations and updating us at every stage. A special mention to the support staff of nurses who really took personal care of our father during the recovery. The house keeping staff also was very kind and supported us during our stay. The doctors are good here. But there is no systematic arrangements for patients. There is confusion among token numbers. Some time token is not given at all until asked. Some times 2 patients get same token number and there will be quarrel. There is no discipline in managing out patients. There is no clear information provided on how long to wait. There is no enough seats to sit at opd. We need to stand and wait. The system needs to be improved.

I had admitted my father here and the service was horrible, undisciplined security at lifts who are biased and follow own rules, they behave cheaply and talk very arrogant. Hospital doesn't care about it, no supervisor to take responsible for such issues, all staffing sisters here are not experienced they are found missing when required in urjency, they come and force us to give rating and feedback while in hospital and take selfies to post on there hospital profile. Not a good choice to admit here, unless your doctor is linked to deal with this hospital... They talk in packages for billing and try extract all money if you have Insurance. If insurance company limits your bill then you will have to pay from your hand for these expensive services billed by this hospital. So beware

Excellent hospital. Was admitted there to quarantine since i was Covid positive. The staff are exceptional and very friendly/accomodating. Regular calls from supervisors to check on us - including dietician and catering staff. Mohan and Geeta from catering, Jomol/Divya from nursing, the doctors were all very professional with a touch of customer service almost. Keen to receive feedback as well. Thoroughly impressed!

Hi.. Food service was very good. Monisha who is in food service have been humble, hygienic and understanding. Support from all the nurses were good.. Except for the discharge timings! It takes minimum 8 hours to get discharged after you have been asked to discharge..

Got admitted for a surgery under Dr. Madan Ballal. A very reliable hospital, well equipped and protocols are followed well. The nursing staff was always there on time for any assistance, also the billing staff Ms. Richa helped out a lot and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. The food was also perfect! It's been a month and I've recovered well, would recommend this to anyone who has insurance which covers this under their network of hospitals.

We had a kidney transplantation surgery in the Apollo Hospital, Sheshadripuram, which went really nice with the great help of doctors, nurses and supporting staff. Firstly we would appreciate the help of Mr Jithin Jolly who was a Transplant Coordinator and he did a really good job. He served as a whole and sole of this surgery in terms of preparation of documents, reports, and billing everything. He was always available and responded to our calls even in the middle of the night. He has a good behaviour and down to earth personality.

Visited for annual health checkup, the staff and doctors are good. But the crowd is more, they should allocate extra staff and specialists on weekends when there will be rush for health checkups. Minimum health checkup waiting period is 4-5 hours.. Breakfast provided in health checkup is good and healthy.

Dr. Are Good but hospitality services are very poor like Govt Hospital once admit then no one is taking care. 1- Food Service - very very poor and worst quality food. 2- Nursing - after admitting He didn't attend without 4/5 Reminder or after 30/40 minutes. 3- Behaviour - Doing very Rudely. 4- Complaint - there is no option to write complaint in written. For Admission Recommendation - We do not recommend for admission please try alternative hospitals.

Visit this hospital if you don't have a job or anything else to do. Doctors are good but staff here will make you kill time like no one else. Payment is taken upfront to make sure you don't quit midway. Receptionist will go missing for hours leaving people waiting (check pictures attached). Have visited several hospitals, but this one beats all levels of sluggishness. I visited for my father's diabetes checkup. Ended up spending 14 hours over 3 visits, including consultation and basic checkups. Some staff members don't speak any English or Hindi, so communication will be a challenge if you are an outsider, e.g. the technician in 20B (ECG). In my case, thanks to the fellow visitors who helped with translation.

This hospital has such patient and calm staff. They talk to everyone with a smile. My wife had a great experience with Manjula from the ultrasound department. Even the lady who draws blood is very sweet and made my wife comfortable. We walked out with a smile and thankful to all.

This is decent hospital but health checkup timings are very long. It takes more than 5-6hours. I took my parents who are aged above 70+ for health checkup, it took 6hours to get all checks done. Hospital is under staffed, don’t have token system, no dedicated facilities for tests, only one facility used for both inpatient/outpatient. It can be better managed by introducing token system, adding additional staff during peak, give priority for elderly patients.

Lets talk good first 1. Doctors are very professional, they are good, well experienced and approachable 2. Staff are friendly and no arrogance 3. Security are good in handling attenders Now as usual let’s talk more on areas of improvements Process has to improve a lot 1. When waiting in for ICU, we don't get call from Doctors to meet them and to understand the condition of the patient, we have to wait for the doctors outside & when they come we have rush to them and introduce ourselves to get opinion --> So Doctors are approachable but you have to make a system or process change so that patient attenders are keep informed about the patient condition, we understand you are taking good care but concern will always be high from us. 2. Staff don’t no internally whom to connect for specific, when asked some question they get panic and ask us to wait, how long from 9:00am till 2:00pm, unless you go them and ask for update, you never get. 3. Major point, I had plan for my mother’s open heart surgery so we tool twin sharing before surgery, after surgery plan was to take private so that my mom feels comfort and be more safe without other patients infections. but when enquired for private room, insurance and admission said if you take private from twin now, everything from day1 will be billed for private charges including surgery and I was like why, how, what. This I feel is big blunder in the financial system in Apollo or insurance I do not no, but I felt it’s a trap for money. If you do not focus on improving the points above, both patients and Doctors along with staff would move to different hospital where there is better service for both. Was expecting a better service from Apollo Hospitals

Me and my mother-in-law were hospitalized with difference of 3 days. We got nice care at hospital from panel of doctors from Dr Shankar V and his team, nurses, security personnel, operations staff and also floor coordinator. Hospitality was very well and we are very happy with the treatment received at hospital at every stage. Also we are really happy with all above mentioned staffs.

I was admitted under Dr.Sujit. Nice service provided from hospital. Doctors are good,Ward was good, nursing was good, housekeeping was good and food was good. Just wanted to mention 2 points in MRI they made us wait a lot and while performing MRI felt like they could have taken more care with covering the patients ears as it makes patient more nervous inside. Also make sure to keep normal patients outside from maternity patients ward as babies are more prone to infection.

Very professional hospital with good doctors and polite staff. My brother’s appendix surgery happened as an emergency case by Dr. Ravishankar and team. The doctors were very prompt, polite and explained in detail about the issue and fix. Dr. Manoj present in emergency took special care and expedited the process. The hospital staff was also very polite and helpful. The rooms are also well built. The hospital canteen has a big menu, but has very limited things available though.

Dr. Sharath, Interventional Radiologist is very excellent, skilful, knowledgeable, cooperative and caring. All nursing staff are good, especially yamuna sister is very responsible and caring. Rest of the staff are also good. Priyanka, the floor Incharge is very helpful and soothing in behavior. Dear management, please take measures to speed up your insurance and billing services. Otherwise, rest of your services are very good.

More than a month and Apollo Hospital Sheshadripuram is yet to refund my advance amount! Went for follow up and apparently there was no cash at Hospital and also seems account was closed by billing department even though there record's show a pending refund!!!! Getting no reply on phone...this is not done!! Edit Oct 23: I could get my refund back. Also the receptionist was extremely cordial today. Thanks a lot!!!

I would like to rate the service of the hospital for 4.5. The staff are very understanding and helpful. Every day supervisor from every department (respective doctor, food, nurse department) visited and checked if everything was going proper and asked for feedback if patient was ok or had any concerns regarding the service. Also doctors and staff explain you about every procedure in detail before starting the process and address the queries. The hospital rooms and premises are very clean and hygienic The only reason I'm eating 4.5 is because food served here should be improved regards to taste and method of cooking. They are not like other hospitals who try to plunge more money from you rather they personally help you save more money if you have insurance and assist you regards to it. Thank you so much Apollo for your services. Please maintain the same quality of services. One request to the hospital staff - Help your new staff to learn minimum basic local language as not everyone will be fluent or comfortable in English.

I am an MBA student, me & my friends were given an assignment where we were supposed to do a report on how hospitals manage their medical waste. So I approached the hospital and they were really harsh to me. I thought it would be easy as my dad was admitted to this hospital but the staff don't even have the courtesy to listen to what I had to say. It is their social responsibility and I understand they have their own set of rules which they have to follow.... But it doesn't mean that you can treat someone badly.... Really disappointed with the staff of this hospital that I had to go through this even after paying them lakhs of rupees for the treatment..... I just wanted some photos of the dustbins... That is all I asked for..

I am impressed with the hospital and the services especially Radiology. When compared to the other countries, the availability of Doctors, speed of testing, MRI! reporting is super good. In the US to get an appointment, it takes 1 year. location ( Sheshadripuram) and parking is good. Maintenance is really good.

My second experience is worst with orthopedist and his horrible team There is one H added in save They are not saving by their treatment but shaving patient I mean to say they charge hefty amount for every small treatment and the treatment is third class Better to go to government hospitals🙏🙏🙏

My mother had admitted for 5days for an IV treatment. The coordination between all departments was v.good. All the doctors gave her special care and gave her good advice, even the nurses gave their attention at needed time.

It's really worst serie related to food quality and management. No one understand other language apart from their mother tongue. It's not possible to learn languages and get admitted. If you talk about the food delivery person or the senior all worst. One time they will come to say sorry, again the same mistake they will repeat in next food order. You order what you like to have but they will serve what they like to serve you. You call 30 number and ask the reason they will reply after one or two hours. This is not expected from such a brand. They need to be more concern in this regards. Overall we are not happy at all with the service. Hope I future they will improve. They need to keep in mind they are not serving food for free. We are paying much more that than out side food. So they should maintain food quality and service process with some well educated staff.
