I had recently visited Nu Hospitals Padmanabhanagar, Bangalore for a urology related issue. I was very impressed with the efficiency of this hospital. Reception was very smooth. I dint have to wait long anywhere during the entire OPD visit. I had booked an appointment in prior and was assisted right from reception. There will be a co ordinator who will facilitate your visit and that is something I have never seen in any hospital. All the staff members are very friendly and assist in their best possible way. They are just doing business sake of the treatment , procedure etc. Same test if you done outside any other hospital even Manipal hospital which is quite costly there also its less price. Though you have done test recently still Dr will tell to do it again from their Nursing home. Dr not even touch patient only asking for test each test 1500-4000Rs minimum. They will trap you with their sweet words. They will insist you to spend 400bucks extra yo register their own application to get 10% wallet cash back which can be use ONLY NU itself 😀. My Father age is 72y and they are just snatching our hard earn money with never ending procedures. Also for all test patient family need to buy injection syringe, gloves, apron, procedure bedsheets HOSPITAL DOES NOT HAVE Gloves also to do check ups 😊😊. Your test you have to buy injecting syringe gloves funny right😝😝😝. Its over hyped don’t go there they don’t have any Special facilities just doing business. Though my father has problem with passing Urin he has blockage and that already define with several tests. Uroflowmetry cost outside 950rs in NU its 1500k. Though didn’t find any advance technology. Dr suggested to go with RGU, NCU test which cost is 10K in NU, outside its 6-7k. crosschecked with several pathology department. Its clearly mentioned in RGU test patient urine bladder should empty else test results will not come up. My father can’t able to empty his bladder that is problem though Dr suggested to do RGU NCU. As usual report not cleared due to urine then he decided to do dialysis and clear urine again RGU/NCU 🤣 means again another 10K. Which he could do first time before RGU NCU. Also his urine path is blocked and catheter insertion is not possible that also has been tested and we have conveyed and showed the report. Still Dr asking he will check and will try to put catheter and remove all urine another 3350 Rs😀. Means again failure again retest with something else. THANK YOU NU SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WE GOT.

Doctors are good, however staff at reception need lot of training in being customer centric. They seem to be ignorant to patients concern even in case elderly patients who are unable to walk. Toilets in reception needs a makeover as it leaks and smells badly. Though doctors are good, make sure you ask in detail when a medicine is prescribed or a procedure is recommended about its side effects, risks involved, interactions with other medicines,consequences, time to recover,. I was prescribed medicine without mentioning the side effects of it which resulted in lot of discomfort.

Last Year 2019 in june with my father I visited to this hospital. I met Dr. He suggested to go for operation then happened operation well. After month ago we faced the same urine issue again we visited to hospital doctor told us operation was failed we did a mistake where the part of operation happened there blood is not circulating. So they have told to wait till six months to go for next operation but not happened. We are visiting to hospital every month and changing the urinary bag for every time its really bad situation from my side the month we are visiting today is July 2020. Note1:They are saying this is corona time now not possible please skip now. Confusing more after visiting the Hospital from starting onwards Note2: Charges are more. Note 3: Doctor name I can't say.

I visited N U hospital few days ago with prior appointment to consult Dr. Venkatesh He looked at all my previous health reports as I am a senior citizen and suggested few health tips including mix of core food and vegetables. Good hospital but very very expensive. Seasoned doctors for what they specialise in i.e. Nephrology & Urology. The attitude of doctors undergoing masters may improve a bit. Rest all is perfect. We came to NU hospitals under recommendation from my supervisor for my father’s kidney issue. With Mr. Chandra’s help we were able to consult Dr. Ramakrishnan. NU hospital takes care of their patients, one such instant being my father’s NA level dipping and I got instant call from hospital explaining the need for admission, next day Dr Dileep saw my father and luckily his NA levels rose , so no admission. Mr Chandra and other hospital staff are extreme helpful, I understand the volume of patients increasing day by day still staff has been caring and helpful in all possible ways. This is the 1st hospital I felt was not rushing with their consultations

We are very happy with staff as they are very supportive. Madam Geeta has been very helpful and Guided us very well. Dr V krishnamoorthy is gem of a doctor. Extremely happy to meet him and get very useful insight and guidance for treatment plan

I was asked by HR to attend an interview for the post of medical officer on November 15, 2023 at 3 PM. I informed HR that I had arrived at the hospital. I was told to wait for half an hour by him. However, he has not shown up in his chamber as of 5 PM. Also other staffs are not aware about his arrival. No response from HR as of yet. It is quite unfortunate to report that not none of them knows how to act respectfully with a doctor!!

Excellent care from the time you enter the hospital. The Dr Venkatesh is very patient and gives all the time to consult. He opinion is very accurate and he is an excellent doctor. His entire team is great.

I am VN Reddy, 101 years old, a freedom fighter, was admitted in NU hospital, underwent minor surgery. I was astonished to see Dr. Venkatesh, who did an excellent job and took very good care of me. He is very kind and helpful,his vision is to help patients selflessly, when people are suffering with kidney issues, this hospital, one of the kind, has been doing so much, I witnessed it myself. Dr.Venkatesh, whole heartedly, is helping the poor and needy people, his selfIess service , at his old age surprised me so much, Last but not the least, thanks to all the staff, especially Geetha ma'am for all the help and support.

Consulted Dr. Vinodkumar for urinary problems. Doctor was very patiently listened the problems, and asked to do the related test. Once the tests done explained very well why the problem and prescribed medicines accordingly and asked me to follow up after a month. All staff also very cooperative and attending immediately.

I recently visited NU Hospital South and met with Dr. Manish Sinha for my father's consultation. He's not only a compassionate gentleman who comforts patients but also extends his care to attendants. Dr. Manish demonstrated a thorough understanding of the issue, though he suggested additional tests for confirmation, aligning with my belief in evidence-based treatment. He went above and beyond by ensuring all tests and consultations were completed on the same day for our convenience, and he later explained the findings and prescribed medication over the phone. Such empathy is often lacking in the medical community. The support staff were also attentive, compassionate, and efficient. My only suggestion to the hospital management would be to consider reducing prices on lab tests. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Manish Sinha for his small yet impactful act of kindness; it meant a lot to us.

A good lot of improvements are required in the private deluxe room as explained. Patient food &all medicines given should be added in the package.Improvement in the fooo quality is desirable. There should be continuity of attending sisters in a shift so that they are aware of the patients problems & medications. These are some of thee suggestions which come to my mind at this juncture.

I came to Dr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy for my treatment. I couldn't imagine that what a great man I came to. His behaviour and way of treatment has astonished me very much. A Doctor like him is rare at present. I am very much grateful to him. I am also very pleased to Dr. Nikhi John Elenjickal. On the other hand all staffs in the hospital are well behaved and cooperative specially service of Geetha madam is unparalleled.

Dr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy asked me to stop all medications for prostate after going thru my Bladder Diary. Told me to reduce intake of water only as this was causing problems. Excellent advise by after thorough investigation last month. Recommend this hospital for Urinary and prostate issues. Service was very good and very disciplined.

I would like to appreciate the staffs at reception desks, who are very knowledgeable and did take care of the things very well, guided us and helped us a lot. We consulted Dr.Harsha sir he was very good and the imp thing is he didn't run many tests just for the sake of it, he gave the tests whatever was required and he also looked into the external reports which we took , where as other hospitals doesn't do. He explained what's need to be done for the treatment and gave us a brief explanation. Whoever has kidney issues they can visit this hospitals without any doubt, the services are really good.

Visited NU Hospital. Starting from registration till doctor consultations, process was well organised and guided by the staff members. During the consultation, the way doctors made me comfortable and explained all the details to me were exceptional, specially Dr. Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy.
