We were expecting parents at Cloudnine and the reasons for 2 star rating is explained below - Scans - We had to wait minimum of 60 mins everytime that we visited, especially even if its the first appointment in the morning. Common reasons you will hear, doctor is under emergency scanning. RATING 1 for the time taken. Hospital Reception Ground floor staff - Need to be very responsive, I had booked a LAMAZE session on 3rd Mar at 2 pm, after waiting for 45 mins and several follow-up with staff I was advised that consultant was on holiday. RATING 1 again for lack of follow-up and responsiveness. Staff needs to be proactive rather than spending time on mobile while customers are waiting. Room Package and Room Hygiene- We booked Luxury room # 102 which was not cleaned at the time of entry, there are a lot of open areas for rodents to enter, we did have a few visitors on a daily basis. This is a building maintenance issue and not housekeeping. When escalated the matter and request for room change, an option to room change was only given a few hours before check out. There are moulds in the room. RATING BELOW PAR and would recommend anyone to check the actual rooms and not the videos. OT Staff and House keeping - Very good staff and excellent team, all the sisters were very responsive and helpful. Ms Nirmala from facilities was very kind and cleaning the room very diligently. RATING 5 Gynaecologist - We were consulting Dr Jnanshree, the only reason for us to stick to Cloudnine. Doctor is very practical and handled us throughout the journey, which made the entire journey SUPER SMOOTH. RATING 5 FOR THE DOCTOR. Even though they claim to be specialist the hospital is not able to manage the intake and possibly compromise on the quality and service.

We had been here for my wife’s delivery . Dr Mukta Nadig was really friendly and was guiding us right and was available whenever required . The hospital staff really took good care of us . The house keeping staff Baby , Lakshmi really ensured that the room was cleaned after every visit . really want to thank nurse Ankita - who was there to help us during night . My wife had our baby delivered here. We consulted Dr.Sriprada mam. Doctor is very friendly and addresses the concerns and doubts very clearly and in simple terms and language. She is always available for any doubt clarification on WhatsApp and responds very well. She doesn't unnecessarily asks for additional tests and scans and very systematic. Cloud nine Malleswaram is a nice place for the pregnancy journey. The ambience and the care shown by every staff is very good and much appreciated.

The new pediatric unit of cloud nine is nothing less than a fish market, cramped up in a tiny space. The management has gone to dogs. Now they operate like a normal doctor's clinic. The appointments are namesake. They work first come first serve basis. When this is the case I dont understand the need for the apps and taking the appointment in advance, 8f they dont follow it. This feedback was provided earlier as well which has fallen on deaf ears.

Had a great baby delivery experience. Was extremely happy with the hospital staff. Our consultation was with Dr. Anuradha ma’am who guided us with lot of care at each step. Her guidance helped us immensely in planning. Hospital staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend Cloudnine for a really smooth and happy experience.

Hello all, Would like to share our experience Thanks to all doctors and nurses. First thing I appreciate the nursing staff, they took care of my baby and wife round the clock. They have got great experience and caring nature. If u call 100 times to serve you, they were happy to attend us with their smiling face. In fact all the nurses were having great experience and knowledge. They were guiding us properly with do’a and don’t. Food served to patient was hot and hygiene and served healthy food as well. Housekeeping team is also doing their great job to keep the hospital hygiene. We came to this hospital for my wife’s delivery and pregnancy check up was with private clinic. Same doctor comes to cloud9 for delivery.

Dr Sriprada is a wonderful doctor.. She is very friendly .. I had no issues Throughout the pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby.. Bunch of Money Minded Monsters works here.. They definitely don't have any professionalism. The people at the reception are even worse.. They charges you for everything and they are filled with stupidity. Again no professional ethics. You might wonder how they got good feedback.. It's all because they bug you like anything till you give good feedback.. Be extra careful while availing insurance.. They come up with many charges which cannot be claimed. You will get to know about this only during the final settlement. Just to compare, Consultation charge here is 850 INR where in other reputed hospital it's less and also scanning (which is default during Consultation) is charged extra here.. Scanning is usually included in the Consultation in other hospitals (e.g. Columbia Asia). There are many things to write.. But like others, I don't have time.. Overall, worse experience had and lot of money n time is wasted..

Dr. Anuradha S is the most professional and friendly doctor that we have met. She tends to patients with utmost patience and care. when ever we went for consultation, we were happy with doctor suggestions & positive words, it was a great moral support whenever we met Doctor, finally it was unforgettable journey. Also friendly hospital staff (Ms. Bharathi and Ms. Nalini) ensure to provide good service during this journey. Canteen food are really good and healthy.

An amazing experience right from the time of admission, to delivery, to wonderful postpartum care, making it one of the highly recommended maternity hospitals in Bangalore. Suite Rooms are spacious, elegant and well designed giving a nice luxurious hotel feel. Dr Sriprada is fantastic and makes you feel comfortable removing any anxiety that you may have. One of the best doctors who is highly knowledgeable, vastly experienced and gives the right advice to make well informed decisions Special mention to Dhivya from packages department and Bharti from the guest relations admin team have been extremely helpful and accommodative ensuring that everything goes on smoothly and all our requests are met. Also a call out to the brilliant housekeeping team members especially Asha for the top notch hygiene and excellent quality standard maintained right through our stay. Every staff member of the nursing team are incredible and go out of the way to ensure well being of the mother and baby and are always available to attend to us anytime with a smile on their face.

My stay at CloudNine Hospital has been regrettably marred by several concerning aspects. The quality of food provided has dropped significantly from the time I was here 1.5 years ago for the birth of my baby. It is far from satisfactory; I received leftover curry on the subsequent day for lunch and dry chapatis. When I complained to the manager , he kept making promises of trying to make it better but the fact remains that I did receive the same stale food. The menu options he said was served was not the same and I definitely didn’t receive anything he said. It is not the nourishing experience one would expect postpartum (speaking for other mothers) . The dinner was not any great post the complaint either. The hygiene standards were also lacking, particularly evident in the condition of the towels provided. They were not only rough but also failed to meet basic cleanliness standards, raising serious concerns for the well-being of my baby, who was admitted for a high fever. Other issue I noticed was that the gowns provided for the new mothers all have lint on them and are seriously faded. You would think a hospital meant for new mothers would overhaul its inventory every year atleast. Another notable issue was the delayed provision of a water bottle. It was only after bringing this to the attention of the staff that I received one, a delay that is especially disconcerting in a hospital setting, where immediate and efficient responses are paramount. Seems like only people opting to be in suite rooms deserve good things because during a quick walk , the AC was on and in full blast in a non-occupied room whereas the filters in our room look like they have not been cleaned/serviced in ages. Equally disheartening was the apparent lack of any kind of proactive measures taken by the management which is a shame because the doctors here are excellent and so hard working. I’ve seen doctors and paediatricians go on rounds up until 9-930pm post their OPD schedules . I sincerely hope CloudNine Hospital takes these concerns seriously and undertakes comprehensive measures to improve the overall experience for patients and their families.

If you are looking for a synonym for "Leech", this is the place. Zero (I would say Null) pregnancy/maternity care. Two things I want to highlight here: 1) My wife and I visited this place and consulted Dr. Chitralekha post the confirmation of pregnancy. We felt everything was going fine but it wasn't. My wife started experiencing bleeding in 8 weeks. When we consulted for the same, "ZERO BODY CHECKS" were done and only "SPEECH THERAPHY (if you understand what I mean)" was given. My wife was going through this every day. Finally the day arrived when we had the initial scan and it was declared that there was no heartbeat. The pathetic bit is, this was told so casually to us. Post which we had to go through an abortion. After a span of nearly 8 months, my wife and I were pregnant for the 2nd time. To my hard luck I consulted the same doctor. Similar symptoms started showing up as the first pregnancy. I was concerned and consulted this doctor again. Again, the process was the same, "eat banana" and zero body contact/check up. I did not know for a fact that things get healed just by watching (I am being sarcastic here). This time I was done with this non-sense and immediately I changed the doctor. Thankfully, things are fine now and I have a beautiful baby boy who is 15 months old. My point here is, there was no proper root cause analysis done for both the scenarios and there were castles built in the air without proper assessment. 2) The STAFF, they are just horrible. The doctor is never on time. When the staff is asked for the reason, they talk in TAMIL (and I do understand Tamil) and laugh out. Had I been in authority I would have fired these irresponsible people. If I had to give a NET PROMOTER SCORE. I will definitely give it a ZERO. Just a bunch of ridiculous people trying earn their bread and butter my making a fool out of us. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL

This was our first time at Cloud Nine for our second child birth. It was a pleasant experience from all departments of the hospital. Clinical staff from the nursing department were quite helpful to my wife whenever requested. Thee food at the cafeteria can be improved and better. The house keeping staff has been proactive in keeping the cleanliness of the overall place.

Had come to cloud 9 hospital malleshwaram for a blood test, and the staff here were great. Srinivas did a great job in drawing blood, since my veins are very thin and drawing blood gets difficult. Definitely recommend him for blood test procedures.

Admitted my wife for cervical related surgery. Dr Anuradha was steadfast and all went well. The staff is very cooperative and room maintenance is very good. Minor timeline improvements required in cafeteria and billing department related services. Overall one of the best hospitals for all meternity related treatment.o

The worst catering service,never expected this from cloudnine,No proper food,water,worst communication. Hot water wasn't available. The so called PRO gents communication to us was so rude.

My son and daughter were born here and have been regular here for past 7 years for consultations and tests. While a lot of facilities and attitude of nursing is of awesome quality. Some of the below wash away those positive aspects and are really cheap. I am forced to give this rating for the below reasons. 1. Primary reason to give 3: When my daughter was born i was told if I don’t buy bath tub the first bath is going to be a sponge bath. Until I raised my voice it was always claimed that is the way of working defined. Though i had already bought it with them i didn’t want to reveal it until the process is corrected. This is cheap i will tell you. 2. They say some package as gift hamper but you see it charged in your bill. I don’t care about that 500₹ when i badly want to get the baby discharged than sit and fight for the 500₹. 3. The billing process is a pain : you go for consultations and more than doctors you end up waiting for the billing. They claim their app based payment works but it is full of bugs. Multiple profiles get created and at the end the payment doesn’t show up on the profile id mentioned on the baby book. Correct the above 3 i will go back and revisit my rating. Got my ear piercing done through Cloud Nine at home, I'm more than satisfied with their service. The specialist Merlin was very experienced. She made sure I'm comfortable and well informed about the procedure. Didn't have any issues during or after i got the piercing. Every equipment was sterilized and sanitized before use. They also apply a numbing cream to ensure pain is minimal. It was very professionally handled by Merlin, big thanks to her. Totally recommend this!

This is with regards to Covid 19 vaccination. Things were arranged well. Only improvement would be that they make payment more easy. We already had an appointment but had to register again on the spot just so that we can make payment. Place was clean.

The services were too notch. The nursing staff were courteous and available round the clock taking care of baby and me. The nursing calls were attended on time without any hesitation. Thanks to the nursing team. Duty doctors and dietician were also constantly monitoring. Thanks to them. Couldn’t ask their names but all were great. Catering had some miscommunication and did not give food on time on the first two days. That could be improved. Housekeeping staff were courteous and attended to our requests throughout. Extremely satisfied with the services provided by housekeeping staff 1st Floor K.N Geetha. The rooms were promptly cleaned on time and kept clean and hygienic. Edit1: Sister Riya has been doing an exceptional job at home sample collection for the baby. She takes utmost care in handling the baby while at the same time being quick in sample collection. Thank you sister Riya for making the baby blood sample collection process less anxious for us parents.

A great option for maternity treatment in Bangalore. I visited Dr. Mukta Nadig during my pregnancy. She is highly professional, experienced and knowledgeable. She explained all different options for birthing and supported our decision of vaginal delivery, and handled it with so much ease. We are now visiting Dr. Prakash Desai, pediatrician for our baby. He is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and kind. We are very happy with every visit to our baby's pediatrician. The support given by the entire team of physiotherapists, lactation experts, dieticians and nurses are unmatchable. The hospital also conducts several sessions, webinars to provide you the right information so that you can do your best with your baby. Billing and CRE at Cloudnine Malleswaram can be a little faster and more customer friendly so our entire experience will be much much better.

Took the baby and mother massage and bath service from cloud nine. They sent two really sweet sisters Pooja and Sameetha who very patiently gave baby and mother massage and bath. Very good service. Very thankful to Dr Sheetal who is the lactation expert for her lactation advise and comforting nature.

Best place for healthy maternity and safest place for delivery. Though cost is high but you feel so secure in all the way from start to end of maternity and even hospital cleanliness is very higine. Doctors are so friendly and very guide full during the maternity. Coming to housekeeping they are also doing great job to make sure that ward and other things like restroom, sweeping the ward, keeping it cleanly. They are doing well job from there end. Dr. Jyoti Lakshmi is a best Gynecologist I have experienced…Before Dr. Jyoti Lakshmi, I have consulted with few other Gynecologists who are just professional and I was unable to connect with them, but must say Dr. Jyoti Lakshmi not only listened to us very patiently but also gave us the personal touch with support. She made sure all our queries were answered. She is the perfect example to be a doctor with positive, friendly and encouraging attitude.. One of top notch hospital for maternity is cloud nine hospital. The rooms are good, clean, admin staffs, ground service staffs,catering & nurses and doctors doing amazing job. I had my delivery here infact normal delivery with help of Dr Anuradha sadashivmurthy thankful for her ,since I had preterm baby delivered so NICU unit has best care and safe hands...no doubt its one of best Healthcare center

We have had both of our children here. Dr. Muktha Nadig has been very helpful throughout both the deliveries and is our go to gynecologist. She is thoroughly professional with a personal touch. Helped us through difficult times during covid and made sure we didn't panic. Delivery experience itself was mostly pleasant. Second time around we did see a dip in quality of the amenities, and staff courtesy. Nurses have been top notch through and through and the canteen staff deserve a special mention for their courteousness. Thank you Dr. Muktha Nadig for helping us make our family a whole.

Dr. Jyothilakshmi TM is a very dedicated and compassionate gynecologist. She listens to her patients with utmost patience and answers all your queries. I consulted her for my first pregnancy. My experience has been great with the whole process with fewer pregnancy complications, which were resolved on time, and she was always available on call for any emergencies. I highly recommend her to everyone who are looking for a good gynecologist.

It’s been a very difficult experience with cloud nine Malleshwaram. They do not stick to appointment schedules and have no respect for patients time. Had to wait more than 2 hours for an already scheduled and paid appointment. Over and above, the staff has no clue on what’s the schedule like - so they don’t inform you of any delay and will keep you waiting. The management is very poor. Rather than solving for patients needs, they actually aggravate it by keeping them waiting with no information. We ended up staying at the hospital for 4 hours without any food as we couldn’t even go outside since the staff kept saying we are next.

We consulted Dr. Mukta after a friends suggestion. We felt very confident after meeting her for first time and I always look forward meeting doctor during my pregnancy. I must say she is very positive and vibrant doctor.. Without support of her my normal delivery would have not been possible. She came down to labor room and brought courage and confidence in me. Very good and courteous staff-both nursing and housing keeping! Doctors are also very friendly and give apt diagnosis. Highlight of this hospital is housekeeping staff.. they have ensured the place is spotless and hygienic. Our room was taken care by Saraswati and Lakshmi who did a fantastic job, so special shout out to them.

Good hospital for complete maternity. We are in safe hands and all medical staff are very courteous and helpful. Non medical staff assist very well in detailing things and aiding with documentations. Special Thanks to our doctor Dr.Sneha J and sisters(Annapurna, Shivli, Lilly,Anjali,Robina,Dakshayini,Neha,Anita and Sanjoti) who took extreme care during our tenure in hospital. Needs some improvements with housekeeping and cafeteria.

Consulted Dr Sriprada Vinekar for general checkup and irregular periods. She is a excellent Dr .. she explains the problem in detail and logically, provides all options before going ahead with any treatment. I feel very comfortable with her approach😊

My wife had a very good birthing experience at this hospital. We went for emergency, Dr.pavithra and staff responded immediately without any delay.The doctors are outstanding. The duty doctors were extremely helpful. Big thanks to Dr.Pavithra madam.The nursing staff were very friendly and taken care very well.Especially Suma(Inpatient manager)was quite helpful, impatient services are too good and highly appreciated.They gave clear tips and tricks with respect to newborn duties. Food is good and cafeteria services are on time.Very pleasant experience overall.

Special thanks to Dr Sripradha mam for their maternity guidance and support. Overall services were good from hospital nursing staff and other staff. This is our second child delivered at cloud nine hospital. Thanks to nursing staff Dhakshayani Mamatha Leelavathi Sachita Irshika Tanila Only concern we had is room infrastructure, rooms were not that much spacious compared to last time, room toilet infrastructure were damaged, apart from this rest all are good.
