We
were
expecting
parents
at
Cloudnine
and
the
reasons
for
2
star
rating
is
explained
below
-
Scans
-
We
had
to
wait
minimum
of
60
mins
everytime
that
we
visited,
especially
even
if
its
the
first
appointment
in
the
morning.
Common
reasons
you
will
hear,
doctor
is
under
emergency
scanning.
RATING

for
the
time
taken.
Hospital
Reception
Ground
floor
staff
-
Need
to
be
very
responsive,
I
had
booked
a
LAMAZE
session
on
3rd
Mar
at
2
pm,
after
waiting
for
45
mins
and
several
follow-up
with
staff
I
was
advised
that
consultant
was
on
holiday.
RATING
1
again
for
lack
of
follow-up
and
responsiveness.
Staff
needs
to
be
proactive
rather
than
spending
time
on
mobile
while
customers
are
waiting.
Room
Package
and
Room
Hygiene-
We
booked
Luxury
room
#
102
which
was
not
cleaned
at
the
time
of
entry,
there
are
a
lot
of
open
areas
for
rodents
to
enter,
we
did
have
a
few
visitors
on
a
daily
basis.
This
is
a
building
maintenance
issue
and
not
housekeeping.
When
escalated
the
matter
and
request
for
room
change,
an
option
to
room
change
was
only
given
a
few
hours
before
check
out.
There
are
moulds
in
the
room.
RATING
BELOW
PAR
and
would
recommend
anyone
to
check
the
actual
rooms
and
not
the
videos.

Staff
and
House
keeping
-
Very
good
staff
and
excellent
team,
all
the
sisters
were
very
responsive
and
helpful.
Ms
Nirmala
from
facilities
was
very
kind
and
cleaning
the
room
very
diligently.

Gynaecologist
-
We
were
consulting
Dr
Jnanshree,
the
only
reason
for
us
to
stick
to
Cloudnine.
Doctor
is
very
practical
and
handled
us
throughout
the
journey,
which
made
the
entire
journey
SUPER
SMOOTH.
RATING

FOR
THE
DOCTOR.
Even
though
they
claim
to
be
specialist
the
hospital
is
not
able
to
manage
the
intake
and
possibly
compromise
on
the
quality
and
service.
