We had an excellent experience with Motherhood Hospital Sarjapur during our first pregnancy. The journey was special and we owe infinite thanks to our consultant doctor, Dr. Archana Pathak, without her it would have not been this easy. She was always responsive over WhatsApp in case of emergencies. She constantly followed up during and post delivery. With the help of the awesome doctor and nursing staff we faced no issues as new parents. The facilities were as good as one can expect.

It gives me great pleasure to write about motherhood hospital Sarjapur. I believe maternity care is so intimate and always special. To care for someone in pain is not an easy task. Dr. ARCHANA PATHAK guided my third cesarean section in motherhood and we were blessed with a baby. In spite of the fact that we started our consultation in the final trimester, she was open to all our suggestions and cleared our doubts in the best way she could. My previous experience with anesthesia was terrible, so I requested general anesthesia, but here, I really appreciate the way the doctor took spinal anesthesia like a 10 year old receiving an injection. During my first two surgeries in Kerala, I suffered much pain for over ten days following the operation and thankfully that was not the case here. I remember the words of the nurses, who took care of my baby on the very first day by saying " today you take a break mam, we'll take care of everything". On the second day my baby's diaper was so wet that I called the nurses and said that I was sorry that I couldn't change it on time, the response was also surprising, "your condition is well understood mam, we will take care of it". In addition to being thankful for the Motherhood Hospital team, I would like to thank the insurance support team (Suma) for their guidance and support during the whole process.

As on August 21st 2022 .For the facilities 5 star. For the billing 2 star. For the consultations with doctor 5 star. But the overall experience and admin 3 star. Things are little overloaded on the online link for the booking for a doctor slot. but lack of payment option mean you have to take a token wait for the turn make a payment then you have to make the normal weight and pressure check then you can meet the doctor the total process will take around 30-45 minutes on a weekend. And for the pediatrician appointment is full for 4 days. That's the state of affairs in the hospital.

Absolutely bunch of unprofessionals. No respect for patient's time...they schedule appointments early in the morning but no staff to attend... a patient has to buy injections from their own pharmacy and only then the nursing staff will do the rest, its like in a restaurant, 1st buy them groceries from their own department store and thereafter they shall make you food. Pathetic arrangement for parking, dusty as some renovation is on, no basement parking. Useless establishment. Had it not been for the insurance tie up, I would have never gone to them.

Had a hassle free experience with the help of floor staffs, coordinator & doctors were every polite and patient while explaining on our doubt. Loved the car decoration and in floor photo session. Just one negative side is that parking is not feasible for easy access and can be improved ASAP. Canteen food is upto the mark even this can be improved. Surely will recommend Motherhood Sarjapura Branch to my family, friends and colleagues.

We visited Motherhood, Sarjapura serval times for other Illness and pediatrics consultation of my 1st child but writing this review after an exciting experience of having blessed with our 2nd child in Motherhood. All we can say is , Thank you Dr. Archana Pathak Mam. You were really helpful and kind for us to come out of a Fear I had in early 3rd month of pregnancy due to unexpected health issue , however as we say end well means all well. Very happy with the treatment of Dr. Archana Pathak throughout the journey, though it was 2nd pregnancy we were afraid but Mam never scared us and whenever I asked always she gave me confidence about Normal Delivery and finally YES. Thank you again Dr. Archana Mam , and very well arranged Nursing staffs and Duty Doctors during the Hospitalization.

I'd gladly give these incompetents a negative star on Google if I could. It's been an agonizing 19 months, and the trauma from this disastrous experience still haunts us. These people are nothing short of formula milk fanatics, practically shoving it down your throat like it's the elixir of life. On my floor, it's like a twisted formula assembly line, with every newborn force-fed 30 ml of that formula every two hours. Breastfeeding? Forget about it. They won't lift a finger to help you initiate it, but they're quick to terrorize you with horror stories about your baby's glucose levels tanking if you don't succumb to their formula-pushing tactics. And let's not overlook their magnificent ability to screw up the basics. In some absurd newborn screening test (that, mind you, we had to pay for), they managed to misidentify the gender. Bravo, genius! It's like amateur hour in a supposed medical facility. Oh, and everyone there thinks they're a doctor. Even the janitor fancies himself a formula expert, eagerly dishing out unsolicited advice like it's going out of style. The lactation therapist, bless her heart, decides to grace you with her presence a whopping two days after delivery – conveniently when the formula stock needs replenishing. Coincidence? I think not. And if you dare to stick to your guns and insist on exclusive breastfeeding, prepare to be treated like a pariah. No proper discharge from the observation room, no help initiating feeding, and heaven forbid you ask a nurse for assistance – you'll be met with disdainful looks and eye rolls. I'll begrudgingly admit that the delivery and c-section procedures were handled competently, and I won't nitpick on that front. However, the post-delivery pediatric care, especially when it comes to breastfeeding, is nothing short of pathetic. In a nutshell, this place is a breeding ground for formula-mongering quacks who care more about their profit margins than the well-being of newborns and their mothers. Avoid like the plague.

The only issue I have with this hospital is the parking charges @ 50 Rs for an hour! Then additional 20 Rs for every additional hour. Is this fair?! And they are parking on the road for which we are paying taxes! Isn't this a loot!

I have been seeing Dr.Deepmala for my pregnancy and my experience is amazing as she makes us super comfortable to ask any questions and is a very cheerful doctor, looking forward for a smooth delivery of my baby with her. Edit after delivery - So I have successfully delivered a healthy baby boy through normal delivery and it wouldn’t have been possible without her support, seeing her now for my postpartum routine!! Thanks doctor😇

I have stayed at this hospital for several weeks due to some complications and we got our baby delivered here. I have experienced their rooms, nursing service, doctors, scans, NICU firsthand and for a longer duration than probably anyone else. I'll write my detailed experience here, and can hopefully help you if you are considering this hospital. *Rooms*: The rooms are fine overall. They are big enough for a patient and an attender to stay comfortably. Attender gets a bed near to the patient which is just large enough to sleep through the night. The charges are around 6k per day for a deluxe room (standard single private AC room). The suite rooms are also the same size as deluxe rooms except that they get an additional small area where 2 single seater sofas are put for seating. Suites are not worth it unless your insurance covers it. No problems on the room front. 4.5*. *Nursing staff*: Some of the nurses are well trained, others are getting trained. It takes around 2-4 minutes for a nurse to visit your room once you press the nursing alarm button. All nurses behave nicely. 4*. *Day Care*: The hospital has a day care hall where 5-6 beds are placed. Some preliminary tests/treatments are done here. For example, NST, monitoring. Patient's attender can't stay here overnight but they can visit, and sit by patients bed for some time. Attender can either rent a room or sleep on the sofas on ground floor or 5th floor. Some of the nursing staff here are well-behaved, others are a bit indifferent towards the patient. I suggest to increase AC there a bit. It's always too warm for patient when curtains are covered. 3.5*. *NICU*: My baby wasn't too long in the NICU, but from other reviews I read, and saw other people's experiences firsthand, they tend to keep babies in NICU for longer duration than required. If you are expecting pre-term delivery, avoid this hospital if possible, and choose C9 or some other hospital. 3*. *Paediatrician*: The on-duty visiting doctor Ali wasn't much helpful, and was in too much hurry to answer my questions, or give any meaningful advice. That's the reason I have been consulting in C9 for my baby instead of here. 2.5* *Doctor*: Our doctor was/is/will be dr. Dhivya Chandrasekar and she is simply the best gynaecologist we have ever met (we have met 6-7 gynos btw). She never hurries the consultations and gives you a lot of time. She reads your reports thoroughly and doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests/medicines. She is pro normal delivery and seriously tries for it in the delivery room to the best extent possible. I just wished she didn't leave so many decisions to the patient and her family, and instead took some of them herself after considering the trade-offs. When every little or big decision comes on the shoulder of the patient, it becomes overwhelming and another thing patient's family needs to worry about. That said, the fact that we are continuing with her proves that we are fully satisfied with her. 4.5* *Duty Doctors*: Duty doctors are the biggest rip off here. They have no idea what they are doing. It feels like they promoted some of the nurses to be duty doctors. They are inexperienced, uninterested in patient problems, and simply not doing their job well. They can't evaluate a patient's condition well. The hospital charges you every time a duty doctor visits so when we decided to get an extended stay, this was the first thing we got removed from our charges. 2* *Food*: Cafeteria has nothing else than raagi dosa, and daal khichdi (not literally). Instead of serving them to the patients, they should just take patients to their raagi farm. 3* out of 5. *Billing*: Billing staff is not too good here. They don't provide much discounts. The head Mr Raghu is the most weirdest person here and fights easily. Avoid him. 2* Delivery package lady Katyayni or something presumes you know everything before coming to her to ask about the delivery package and gives you a weird look when you ask her any question. 2* I'd rate C9 a bit higher than MH, not significant diff though.

Consulted Dr Teena Thomas for my pregnancy had normal delivery. She is well experienced and explains everything in detail and always available on call or message to assist and clear your doubts. Overall had good experience with motherhood hospital and labour room staf chaitra was very kind and helpful took good care of me during and after delivery.

Dr. Sangeeta Mam is an exceptional gynaecologist who provides compassionate and thorough care. Her professionalism and attention to detail create a comfortable environment. Excellent communication skills and a genuine concern for patients make her highly recommended for women's health needs. I appreciate the personalised care and the commitment to women’s health exhibited by Dr. Sangeeta Mam. My visits have consistently been prompt, and the support staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly satisfied with the level of care provided.I have delivered a boy baby this month and my pregnancy journey was smooth and confident. Now I am consulting Mam for my postpartum recovery. I went for my second delivery. It was a very pleasant experience throughout 9 months. She gives best advise without getting u concerned for non important things. I was a bit delayed for my NT scan which made me concerned but she told me it's fine and advised me for different tests for my satisfaction. I delivered my baby normally. Thanks so much for great care and support.

Had a great experience of normal delivery at Motherhood Sarjapur with the consultation and guidance of Dr. Shefali Tyagi. The facilities provided by the hospital are upto the mark and the support staff is also helpful and friendly. Canteen and parking facilities can be improved. Overall would recommend the hospital and Dr. Shefali for hassle free delivery experience

Overall a premium experience. We are visiting Dr.Teena Thomas, a best doctor, who explains everything in simple terms and even she explains the need for substitutes that she is providing. A well maintained facility with major things included. They do have in-house pharmacy and new born baby shop. Staffs - this is where I am bit not comfortable. There is a receptionist who never care whether patients are waiting and won't even show courtesy to respond to them. When we are paying premium charges for our service, we will expect a basic thing - respect in all those. Request hospital manament to do a periodic check with staffs Overall - A best hospital. Note - I have given 4 stars since I have not had issues with all receptionist.

I consulted Dr. Teena Thomas as my gynecologist at Motherhood and I am glad I met her at the right time! I had come in to meet her for a second opinion. My husband and I were looking to start a family in October, 2022 and we met Dr. Teena in November, 2022. She guided us very well and clearly wanted the best for us. I am in my 30s and needed to get everything just right. Dr. Teena understood my situation and gave me a timeline to follow. She trusted in me even when I lacked confidence. I conceived in January 2023 and she prescribed meds that supplemented my pregnancy journey well. Her kind and firm-handed mannerism, alongside her expansive experience, is familiarly warm and struck home! We also sought help over the phone regularly and she always promptly, and tirelessly, reverted to all our queries. And when the time came to explain the various birthing options, we discussed all the pros and cons with Dr. Teena during a loooong consultation session and she kindly obliged. She assured me and my family that all will be well and if anything did come up, she'd be there to manage it. We have been blessed with a baby boy, whom I birthed via c-section at the Motherhood hospital. Dr. Teena and the OT team ensured my delivery was smooth! We're grateful to have consulted Dr. Teena Thomas. I also thank Dr. Bhagat for being my radiologist at Motherhood hospital. He too, like Dr. Teena, is thorough and explains everything very well. The overall experience of birthing at Motherhood hospital was also great. I'd like to thank the hospital staff as well: thanks to Alisha, Sushmita, Shashi, Swari, Rupa, Geeta, Parshuraj, Dr. Shubha, Uma, Kaveri, Mallika, Divya, Naagma, Dr. Ali, and many other helping hands that ensured that my baby and I are safe and sound. I am currently recovering (doing well so far..) and I hope my journey as a mother is supported by Dr. Teena and the hospital in the future.

We have been to hospital as visitor. And found that treatment from security staff is very much hostile. Even If you have taken private room, they don't allow visitors. After delivery of baby they ensure the happiness of all family members perfectly ruined. I believe the difference of private and govt. Hospital is now very thin. The extra amount u spend for comfort is no more. So if you consider these aspects, then don't consider motherhood.

I would surely not recommend Motherhood hospital to anyone, as it’s nothing more than a money sucking machine. From the time we got admitted into the hospital we could sense that. The delivery packages were strangely 25% higher than the insurance one, though I would be paying the full amount from my own pocket. I paid close to 1.4L for a normal delivery. The Dr was there for hardly 20mins and used all sorts of medicines and devices to ensure that delivery happens in that 20mins, instead of waiting for more natural pains as it was a normal delivery. Also, she did not even visit us once or called till we were in the hospital. The nurses attending us on the 2nd floor were pathetic. Instead of helping teach the baby how to feed, they were interested only in feeding him with baby formula, so that the baby kept on sleeping and they would relax. Also, they kept on ordering things like nipple pullers, nipple shields etc on our expenses. Height of looting is that I asked about the whereabouts of the hand sanitiser in our room, they ordered a 500rs bottle and billed that to us. What we will be doing with 500ml of sanitiser and why not it has been provided by the hospital in the first place. Also, it needed an honourable mention that Motherhood is selling everything with their own labelling and charging 4-5 times higher than the best brands. For example a 50gm baby soap is 135rs, which is not worth more than 20rs, 5rs diapers at 20rs, 50rs wipes at 200rs and so on. What’s funny is that Motherhood charges 15,000 rs if you book a stem cell banking from outside. Why that much money is being asked, no one knows. Last but not least is the looting in the name of parking. They charged us 500rs for 1.5 days of parking our car in front of the hospital, on the BBMP’s area, which is not a part of Motherhood’s property at all, and I’m going to raise a complaint of this with the BBMP & BTP commissioners.

It was a pleasant experience overall, Dr Sangeeta Gomes, her assistant doctor helped but only for self and having us have a baby whom we take to emergency every alternate day . As the doctor did a pre term delivery without giving a substantial reason. Just because i consulted at Hebbal Motherhood with Dr Sireesha Reddy. And got the go forward that all is fine. I did my due follow up in Sarjapur motherhood and after seeing the report that i had done at hebbal. The Doctor immediately changed the delivery dates. Dr Sireesha Reddy would have been the right decision to take for delivery.I would say kindly consult Dr Sireesha Reddy .She is strict and makes sure that you follow what needs to be done.

*Feedback only for administrative and organizational issues* While the hospital boasts good doctors, the management of the queue during my visit was disappointing. Despite arriving earlier, patients who came after us completed their scans first, causing frustration. The staff at the "scan billing" desk repeatedly assured us that our documents were shared with the doctor, but after a one-hour wait and multiple inquiries, it turned out they were not. I've raised concerns about the careless handling of tasks, especially at the First-floor reception, day care and insurance , multiple times, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any noticeable improvement. In conclusion, Motherhood Sarjapur Hospital is chosen primarily for its competent doctors, but the administrative and organizational issues need serious attention for a more satisfactory patient experience.

As per my opinion I’m my last visit, staff members need to be trained little bit, they must take care of baby while they were just busy by making celebrations things instead of take care of baby. I’ll give hygiene 5star here. Val-let parking facility available here. But before going for treatment make sure you have appointments. As per my overall all experience just money does not matter in Helath issue. Caring also need to be done for both Mather & child

I consulted Dr. Shefali Tyagi for extending family. I have medical history of Spine Surgery, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes. I was able to conceive within the 6 months of planning started. I have delivered a healthy boy baby via normal delivery on 12th Jan 2024. I would really thank my gynecologist Dr. Shefali Tyagi and Asst. Dr. Gowthami and Radiologist Dr. Swapnil Bhagat. I would also want to thank Nursing LDR team, Ward staff as well.. I would not miss thanking Meenakshi and team from business operations for there kind gesture and thanking Sumer and Amar from billing team for the smooth billing process.

Motherhood Hospital Sarjapur is one of the best women and child hospital. We are happy in regards of care, treatment and support provided by the staff, doctors, nurses and supporting staff including Customer experience team. Dr. Sangeeta Gomes is the best OBG doctor who had assisted and guided us well and explained the situation very well. Thanks to Doctor Thanks to Nurses, House Keeping staff and supporting team who had taken care us well and we felt like we are in home. Thank you very much for your support.

Dr. Archana Pathak .Would not recommend her to anyone since she doesn't explain things well. No proactive suggestions and just says what's mentioned on the report which you can yourself read it. So better choose a better doctor who would be the value of your own time. Not for today's generation where we expect doctors to answer and be interactive. I asked her how are you she responded “sit”. So if you want to understand your problem in details choose younger doctor who gives a dam about your concern.

Hello Motherhood, Both of my children were born in Motherhood Sarjapur. Second child very recently in Feb 2024. It has always been a nice experience at Motherhood Sarjapur. Dr. DEEPMALA - Special thanks to her for filing our life with joy. Dr. Deepmala stands out as very friendly and effective doctor. I don't have words to thank her enough ☺️. Thanks again 😊. Other doctors should learn from Deepmala how to interact with patients. The only thing I noticed was the management of patients when they came to see the doctors, patients end up waiting more time than expected. We shared this feedback multiple times but I think it still needs to improve. Apart from this, I would like to thank Minitoe and specifically David from Minitoe who I found very professional and friendoy with new born babies during the photoshoot. Thanks David for capturing the beautiful moments for us and so many families 😍😍😍. God bless you.

We had a wonderful experience here at motherhood sarjapur. The staff and doctors are very experienced and helpful while we get any procedures, consultation or scans done. Radiologist Dr. Satya Prasad gives good insight and takes time to explain each and every detail to the patient which is not very common and helps the patient understand things in detail. Consulting Dr. Sangeetha has vast experience in Gynecology and takes the best possible measures and efforts in having things go smoothly. I would recommend both the doctors and this hospital to anyone looking for good experience.

I started consulting Doctor Sangeetha Gomes from my 4th month of pregnancy and until my delivery I have had a wonderful experience with her. During all my check ups I have walked out feeling calm and confident about my pregnancy. She never suggests any unnecessary medicines and gives you a lot of tips to handle pregnancy woes. I suffered from typhoid and covid during my pregnancy and under her watch I was able to come out of it and recover to have a normal delivery. She helped me prepare for normal delivery well ahead of time with easy exercises. The day of my delivery she was available throughout and ensured I had a smooth process and nothing was rushed up. With the help of wonderful team at Motherhood and under Sangeetha Gomes watch I went on to delivery a healthy baby girl. I have had a great experience with her and would definitely recommend her to all the would be moms out there! Overall a wonderful experience at Motherhood.

Overall experience was nice. We had our first baby here in motherhood Sarjapur. All the processes are extremely organized and staffs were really helpful in explaining all the details as we are new parents and didn't had much knowledge about things. BIG SHOUT OUT to Nurses and house keeping staffs(one extra star for them) who are really really attentive and supporting. Only thing bothered us was only 1 attender was allowed inside the private room after delivery. I think allowing 2 attenders at a time would make more sense(and i know that this restriction is because of Covid-19). After delivery, at least one lady+1 should be allowed to take care of baby and other stuffs. But overall, memorable experience!!!

The Best Hospital to handle maternity needs. Blessed with baby girl, from day 1 Doctors took very good care of our Journey. Hospital looks busy but its absolutely understood when you have Quality, Quantity will definitely come the staff are absolutely caring. It was a great experience with Dr Sangeetha Ma'am... she made us feel very special... she always welcomes with a broad smile and spends quality amount of time with us. Even during peak of Covid she was the same. without any hesitation she gave us all the liberty to ask our queries and she made sure that we were satisfied. Couple of times because of some apprehension i went directly to her clinic which was not planned and for my surprise she even told us not to pay the consultation fee stating that the consultation was needed clinically.. Even during midnight she was there to address my apprehensions over phone. With all her guidance and blessing the journey of pregnancy was smooth from last 8 months. Almost in final stage of pregnancy and thought it’s the right time to show my gratitude for all the support of you... thanks again Ma'am... I had an awesome experience with motherhood. I consulted Dr Shefali for my second pregnancy. Overall delivery experience was great. Starting from the consultation, delivery experience, labour pain support. The doctors and nurses were in the watch throughout, monitoring heartbeat and checking for all the vitals. I had a smooth normal delivery and had a great experience while delivering the baby. Post delivery the staff were very cooperative. Would definitely recommend this hospital for their hospitality.

She has been very calm understanding the issues and very polite conveying the resolutions. We are very thankful to her for her support. Just by looking at the reports after delivery She relieved us from that pain and confusion for which we were running from one hospital to other. She has very good knowledge of science (seems she has taken her degree by studying thoroughly....)and by nature also she is very very helpful. We shifted to new place 25-30km away from sarjapur but still we go to only Dr. Sushma for consultation and vaccination everything...every month !!! Dr Sangeetha Gomes is a big psychopath, very rude and has no courtesy towards her patients. We had a terrible experience with her. Lost our baby boy at 26 weeks because of her negligence. She is extremely money minded and has no empathy. She does not treat her patients as humans, she sees them as some machines. Will never recommend motherhood Sarjapur and this terrible doctor. Save yourself from these evil people.

We came to Motherhood hospital to consult Dr. Teena Thomas. This is my second pregnancy and for my first pregnancy we consulted her in a different hospital and received very good support from her. Being so satisfied with her we wanted to continue consulting her for my second pregnancy as well. Though we moved to a different location and had other options, we came to Motherhood hospital just to consult her. As expected we received the same excellent support from her. This time I was in a lot of stress for some personal/professional reasons and discussed all those openly with her. She suggested many cope up mechanisms and I started feeling good. I delivered naturally the second time as well. We are so happy with her and would recommend her to anyone. I sincerely thank Dr. Teena for all her support. Though the hospital was a bit crowded, the support staff were very nice and cooperative. The insurance processes were quick and easy. We received very good support from Paediatrician Dr. Quazi Fazal Ali post delivery of the baby. Overall we had a very good experience with the hospital.

Radiologist Dr. Satya Prasad gives good insight and takes time to explain each and every detail to the patient which is not very common and helps the patient understand things in detail. Consulting Dr. Sangeetha has vast experience in Gynecology and takes the best possible measures and efforts in having things go smoothly. I would recommend both the doctors and this hospital to anyone looking for good experience.

Very disappointed with the service .still we are waiting for ambulance. We booked in advance but it will takes more then a hour.In billing some hidden charges they took after asking then they starts telling stories.Docters and nursing staff are very good but other services are not good. In dinner we surprised with cockroach along with food.Incidence already shared with one of the night supervisor.Higher management must take action on these kinds of unhygienic things.

We had an grate experience with Motherhood Hospital Sarjapur during our first pregnancy. The journey was special because having multiple miscarriage in the past and finally having healthy baby thanks to our consultant doctor, Dr. Archana Pathak 🙏, and with her guidance my wife pregnany journey was smooth and hassle-free without her it would have not been this easy. She was always replay the query and doubt over WhatsApp in case of emergencies. She was literally GOD to me.She constantly followed up during and post delivery.

Dr. Deepmala is one of the best doctors in motherhood. She is always available whenever you ping her for anything. I was consulting with her for my pregnancy and post delivery. We had informed her that we are looking for normal delivery and she helped us in every possible way to achieve that starting from diet, exercises etc that would be favourable for a good normal delivery. I was strictly following all her advise and we are very happy that we were blessed with baby boy via normal delivery. Apart from this, she is a very positive person and always smiling and very friendly to talk. She never makes anyone panic and handles the situation in a very calm and composed manner, also doesn't prescribe any unnecessary medicines. Would definitely recommend her.

Based on recent experience, Pediatrician doctors are not at all supportive. They are there just to exhaust hard earned money of a parents with no emotions & care. If you have insurance & doctors or hospital authorities comes to know, you are gone. They will plan nicely to exhaust it awesomely. We ended up paying just double of what insurance bracket was allotted to us for c section baby delivery. just imagine ?? positive side: Hospital staffs are well behaved just to name a few Sabita Rani Nayak , car parking staffs etc. I will definitely won't recommend this for a baby delivery until they don't improve their business mind set

After a long and extensive search we came across Motherhood hospital for my first pregnancy journey. This is my first baby which got delivered in Motherhood Hospital. Initially we were confused which hospital to choose. But one of my family members suggested me to go for Dr. Archana Pathak. Therefore, we chose Motherhood Sarjapur. We stay near Electronic City and there is a Motherhood in Electronic City itself. But because of Dr. Archana Pathak we choose Motherhood Sarjapur. About Dr. Archana Pathak ----------------------------------------- She made us feel very comfortable while all visits. She used to listen us very calmly and will give enough time to ask questions. She never asked us to go for unnecessary tests and medicines to burn our money. She never made us panic unnecessary by exaggerating some small problems. She was our backbone in whole Pregnancy journey. She was available to reach out on phone for any urgent queries. I always wanted to go for Normal Delivery and she was very positive on this. She used to encourage me in every visit to focus on health, so that Normal Delivery could be possible. You can trust on her, she would suggest the best for you and your baby's health. Minor Issues my body faced during Pregnancy: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- During my pregnancy, I faced 2 issues: 1. Low Lying Placenta ---------------------------------- I faced this this during 20th week. Dr. Archana said not to worry at all. Suggested not to do any exercises. Just give rest to your body and it would be fine in later weeks. And the same happened. After completing 31 weeks when we went for test, there this Low lying placenta issue was resolved. To be noted, i didn't take any medicines for this. 2. Borderline Amniotic fluid ------------------------------------------- It was 10.5. Dr. Archana suggested some powder sachets and this was also resolved at last weeks of pregnancy. Day of Delivery (17 Sept 2023) ----------------------------------------------- I started feeling active labor pain from 1:00AM. This pain will occur for 15-20 seconds and was happening in every 15 minutes. From 1:00AM to morning 9:00 AM, i was frequently walking in my house. We reached hospital around 10 AM. Went to Daycare room at 4th floor where doctors did the required checkup. I was found 1cm dilated and then was moved to Labor Room at 11:30 AM. We opted for Normal Delivery without any Inducing/Epidural medical help. They were very professional and asked our permission before any injection/medication. From 11:30 am procedure started. At 2:00 PM, my water got broke. At 2:32 PM I was blessed with a baby girl. Normal delivery was done by Dr. Archana Pathak and Dr. Mallika. Thanks to them!! Also, I would like to thank all the Nurses involved in Labor room. Their effort is also commendable. Room Experience --------------------------- Room was good. We opted for Normal room as that is only considered for insurance. Service by Nursing Staff and Housekeeping was very good. Just press the button provided close to your bed and soon someone from their staff will be there to help you out. There was regular cleaning of room. Food used to come regularly at time. Frequent visits of doctors were there. Billing Experience ----------------- The Billing team on 2nd floor was good and supportive. Here I would suggest you to spend sufficient time before discharge to understand and go through bills. There were small discrepancies in our bill, which we highlighted to Mr. Sumer Ahmad & Madam Dakshayani. They acted on it quickly resolved it. Thanks to Mr. Sumer Ahmad & Dakshayani for very smooth billing process!! So, Don't be in a hurry. In case, if there is any mistake in bills, please highlight to them. They are ready to listen and solve it. Also, here i would like to thank Mr. Madhukiran from Sales. We took the Motherhood Package from him and was always available/reachable for any help. Conclusion: ----------------- At the end, I would like to say that the Core heart of a hospital are doctors. We chose Motherhood for Dr. Archana Pathak and today I can say that it was a good decision. God bless you all !!
