From the moment I entered, the staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the wait time was minimal. Once called in, the doctor thoroughly explained each step of the examination, ensuring I understood the purpose behind every test performed.

Good service. Air conditioned. Has a pharmacy and spectacle shop. General check up is rs 300 Kind and courtesy staff Down side - Bit crowded at sometimes. Not sure about advance booking. Range of glass is less. More recent fashion specs not available. The medicine prescription is not widely available elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, general check up for eyes and consulting the doctor took half an hour. Inside Pharmacy is little bit expensive when compared to outside shops. Overall it was a good experience. Drinking water is available and washroom is well maintained.

Not being a resident of Mysore, was carried away with the positive reviews of Agarwals eye clinic and took my mother in law for her eye test there. After meeting the junior doctors, ended up with Dr Praveen, who was unprofessional in his attitude and replied to any concerns that we had with sarcasm. As patients, where we are completely dependent on doctors and do not have the knowledge or understanding, it’s unfortunate when doctors do not empathize and get impatient, even more when the services are not really cheap! We might have caught him on an off day, but once bitten twice shy- not going there again.

Underwent surgery for cataract Right eye. The surgery was successful and within a week vision has improved . Based on the above doctor suggested to plan for another eye also to have balance vision . On the advice and confidense created by the doctor I have decided to proceed further immediately against the wishes or advice from friends and relatives. Left eye surgery was completed successfully within a week. Thanks to Dr Praveen and his team for the motivation, guidance and support.

Sorry to say, didn't had a very great experience with Agarwal hospitals Mysore, there is no proper explanation given by the doctor's (don't wanna mention name) and doctor's are certainly rude, when patients ask some clarification they say everything is mentioned in prescription pls read n follow ’NO’ that's not how they respond, we are meeting face to face we are paying for you and you aren't treating us for free so pls have some common sense to respond to the patients properly n clearly. Recommending not to visit.

For me, this place was God-sent! When I visited their Hospital in end-February, I was stuck by viral retinitis through typhus fever. Dr Praveen Alvandi, the Chief Ophthalmologist & Head of this Kuvempu Nagara branch, examined me and put me on a sustained treatment protocol! He is a thorough professional, a patient listener and a wonderful human being! But for him, I would have lost vision in both ny eyes. Now, after the treatment and cataract surgery of both my eyes, my vision is completely restored. I am still under his treatment and it is likely to continue for a couple of months more. Special mention is due for his Assistant (sorry, I dont know her designation) Ms Rekha who has been extremely caring and helpful to me and my wife whenever we visit the Hospital. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Kavitha were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how mrs Shilpa really took her time to explain conditions with my mom as well as her treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. You will be treated with full of care and warm.

I highly recommend this hospital because of the highly skilled doctors and their service. It was very satisfactory to get checked by Dr Chandra Shekhar, he was very grounded and patient during the consultation. He is very genuine with his service and pays keen attention to the problem and gives guidance as needed for the patient. This hospital was not money minded like many that I observed in Mysore. Well maintained and customer oriented eye hospital which has specialised opthamalogists and staff. Hospital was very well maintained and staff are cooperative. Compared to the big known eye hospitals of Mysuru, I felt this is kind of very good one. But I felt bad when there is no Kannada boards. We need to stop and need to have the names in Kannada. We shouldn't allow Mysore to become another Bangalore

Availed Free consultation facility being offered on wednesdays to Sr Citizens. All staff were courteous but it took nearly two hours as there was no separate examination for free Sr citizen offer ,because of which had to curtail diabetic eye testing. This may pl be looked into. Heartfully thanking for the services.

Am Guru. Morning I visited Dr Agarwal hospital. Receptionist understand my problem & he sent me to junior doctor in room 2, she was taking my complaint & sent to Doctor. Dr Kavitha treated me & advice d medicine, guide me how to apply. Fast service. Within 20min it was complete & with best treatment. Staffs response was good.

I experienced the worst waiting period in any eye hospital here despite not many patients on the day I visited this clinic. Receptionist is not so responsive and they seemed more worried about who referred to this place rather than showing care and concern that a patient deserves. I was not expecting a cheap service from a reputed organisation like this one. Please think twice before visiting this clinic

My self and wife went for Eye check up on Current week Monday. Dr told for both of us we have cataract and surgery is required. Just to have second opinion I went to Annapoorna Eye Hospital. I am shocked Dr's opinion was you have no cataract. Dr. Agarwal hospital is purely commercial oriented. So customers always have second opinion otherwise Agsrwal will loot you.

First time I went to Agarwal eye hospital at Bangalore..there i felt warmth with the hospitality of the entire staff..where as in Mysore i didn't see such from the doctors.. felt somewhat arrogant in terms of speaking to with the patients...would be a more polite with the patients instead underestimating them. Only at Reception and the lense service counter felt that they are humble and treated people courteous.
