The general physician here is a fresher. I went due to cough and cold. He made me take three blood tests amounting to more than 12k for this. They will make you pay consultation charges, not just for first visit, but even if you go two days in a row. Even though their policy says its free for a few days after paying the first consultation fee. Since they are primarily into diagnostics, they will some how or the other make you take random tests which are expensive and also utterly useless. After wasting my money on three blood tests here, i went to another clinic for a second opinion, where they mentioned that its ridiculous that they asked me to take these blood tests which is totally pointless for a simple cough and cold. Well, I made this mistake, I suggest others, please do not go to this clinic. They only want your money and don't care about your treatment.

Dr Chaithanya is wonderful. I was having high fever. I was reluctant to do the blood tests. Dr explained me so patiently about the importance of doing blood tests in case of fever. My reports came next day and I was dengue positive. Platelets have fallen down to 20k. I developed red rashes over the body. I was rightly diagnosed and treated by her. Hadn't she explained me the importance of taking blood tests, I would have missed on blood tests, and I can't imagine what would happen. I really thank her from the bottom of the heart. Thank you mam.

Really amazed with their sooth and swift services. The staffs are really well-behaved and helpfull. I came here for my mother in law, as she didn't know English and not comfortable with Hindi a well, but doctor and other staf really understand and managed. Received all the tests reports after one day gap. This clinic is at first floor of Food court, next to lift core, near Madurai Cafe. They are close on Sunday, and waiting time is also minimal. Got annual health check up for my family. Good facilities, organized staff and were super cooperative in providing us the information, coordinating the tests in various slots, etc. One of the well maintained clinics. Especially Lavanya is quite resourceful in guiding my parents throughout their tests.

We had booked or health check at this centre only because of the proximity to our home. BIG MISTAKE! The centre is understaffed. There was nobody to provide any insights as where the test rooms were. Doctor were available for a few hours and they left even when there people waiting for their tests. The opthalmologist was busy with making a sale and there was nobody else available to take our test so we just kept waiting. They even mishandled the samples so I had to come another day to provide another one. Abysmal service and broken process. The management should at least remove these smaller centres from health check options if they are not staffed adequately.

Beware when you are going for any tests, after every test result they will suggest you to take another one unless they have minted enough money from you.

Excellent service, the receptionist was very proactive in confirming the appointments and all the tests that needs to be taken. They are friendly and guide you on the process. I took the health package and it was very useful. I would highly recommend this annual package to monitor your health. Thanks to Aster clinic and their staff.

Dr Chaithanya treated me well for my high sugars. I was in depression when I saw my high FBS and HBA1C. At the age of 30yrs I was diagnosed diabetic which was unacceptable for me and my family. The way she explained me about the condition, counselled me about lifestyle changes, diet and exercise was excellent. I can say one of the very good doctors rare to find now a days. Today I came for follow up, very happy to see my sugars controlled and I lost 3kgs in one month with her guidance. Her treatment worked well for me. I for sure recommend her. She is available from 6 to 8pm only in Aster.

Overall I had a very good experience in the Aster and adding to it Kamala from the staff team was very kind and humble with the patients. Much appreciated to her efforts. I'll recommend it for at least one time consultation to aster clink.

This centre is located inside the business park, so most of the people attend here are for corporate health checkups. Others too can visit this centre for any tests. Washrooms and the area are well maintained. But they need to work on the staff management and someone should be there to help with the health checkup process. Reports are given in time and for consultation you should come next day. They do provide free breakfast for the health checkup.

Consulted Dr.Chaithanya for my parents checkup. Her diagnosis, and treatment were apt. Though we took lot of her time, she was very calm and patiently educated my parents and cleared all their doubts. They are very happy. Thanks a lot mam.

Taken health check up for my wife, dental checkup was part of it, the dentist told filling cost 1500 and consultation 1350/- and he was not specific on the cost.. so he charged 6350/- , when asked him then his telling one filling is 1500/- and it was for 5 filling.. dentist should clearly tell us the total cost.. playing mind games..if it have done outside the cost is very less.. please ask the total cost before opting the service. Please opt for other branches.. the best branch is apollo clinic.. the will give file and consultation on same day.. they organise the queue like first come first service and nurse and docs are good

I have availed their home care service ( blood sample collection). The team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information and responses to queries turned around very fast. A special mention of Mr. Freddy who is very efficient, helpful and takes pain to go that extra mile at every stage. I visited their dental clinic for regular dental hygiene and profilaxis. I'm an expat and this was supposed to be my first experience in India. I was impressed by their setup. My appointment was with Dr. Hithysh. I was initially skeptic as he was young and I was worried if he had enough experience under his belt. I was amazed at the way he handled the procedure which included 3 fillings, it was done very professionally. I could compare it to top notch treatments I got in Zurich and Vienna. I will definitely return!

Be Careful when you do the blood test or any other tests. I visited aster for general checkup. I had already done my blood and urine test from 1 lab and all came normal but doctor in aster clinic said try aster lab as they do not accept outside lab results so I did my blood test and urine test at aster. After receiving reports I saw they had reduced the WHO prescribed range for comparing your results. They kept few of my test results at broderline. After seeing this, I waited for a week and I gave the same tests in another different lab. The 3rd lab tests showed normal. Two labs said normal and aster reports said borderline. Be careful, get tests done by other labs which are individual and not connected to any clinics to make sure all is well before starting to take unnecessary medication.

Today my visit to Aster clinic manyata was exceptionally good as the staffs Diana and Lavanya at the reception were excellent and polite. They provided me all the information timely and got my all test run in no time. I am very happy with the clinic staff members and the treatment provided. For a sprankled angle, they need X Ray, scanning etc. For dizziness they need mri, blood test etc. It all about money only. Its not a treatment. I consulted a general physician, his behaviour is also so rude. He insulted me when I questioned him. Very worst experience than any other hospitals

Got my health checkup done here, got the reports on time and the behavior of nurses and x-ray specialist was very good. But giving 2 stars because of the doctor consultation. Looks like they just want to write more tests based on the reports. My suggestion would be to get your reports done here but consult an outside doctor.

I went to Aster clinic at Manyata Tech Park for the annual checkup. The staff were friendly, helpful and very patient. Couple of people i would like to call out here, chitra from the front desk- prompt, helpful and friendly. Freddy from the X ray department puts you at ease and is very patient and explains things to you. The dental doctor and dr Chaitanya were equally very approachable and had answers to all the questions i had. A big shout out to all the staff iat Aster. Please keep up the wonderful work. Visited Aster Clinic in Manyata Tech Park for tooth restoration and a root canal. Extremely thankful to Dr. Chetana and Dr Hithysh. The doctors made me comfortable and explained the whole issue and subsequent treatment in great detail. They answered all my queries with great patience. The reports were emailed to me on the same day (end of day) and I had complete access of my reports (Soft copy and hard copy). Worst service. Irresponsible staff. Never visit this clinic. I visited this clinic as part of my yearly health check. They have done all the test but the calculations were WRONG in the reports. It is said by their doctor only. When I complained about this they denied the fact and asked me to do the same health check outside without giving me any proper reason.

Too much of waiting. Process is very slow. Entry of one person into system taking 10minutes. Most of them are corporate employees, so you already have the details. What is taking so much time to fill up in the system. Very pathetic. Normal unbranded labs would be more faster.

I visited Aster Clinic Manyata for the first time for medical check up and tests. Had a horrible experience, the place is totally unorganised staff are not properly trained, they don’t give you proper information.The wait time is very high, every time you finish a test you need to follow up with the nurse to check on what is the next test and where you need to go. There is no one to guide and advise you on the complete process, moreover technicians are not available for the tests and you need to wait till they show up. The charges are exorbitant and service is very poor. I would never ever want to come again.

Bad management, the staff doesn't know what time the doc is available. They simply made me wait for more than an hour to consult the doc. Nthg is managed. Doc is late, they provide token but never follow it.

Came for a full body check up. It took more time than expected due to staff from abdomenal checkup and eye specialist come at 11:30 and 12:30 respectively. Check up done quickly and professionally. If u registering for the checkup do it after 10 am.

I was under treatment for acne, I consulted a lady doctor, intially I had less acne , later after so mcuh treatment, skin became worsen.. it became darker, scars are still seen in ma face, have facial hair, my face became out of shape, weight gain due to which caused because of tablet's I took. It even controlled my periods which caused weight gain.. I lost my time wasting going to these treatments.. I am still finding difficult to come out my skin darkeness.. I am basically dusky which again worsen now it's kind of medium... Somehow my acnes are cleared with treatment but am facing lots of side effects... Please be careful while taking any acne treatment

My sister got her oestrogen levels tested here and they were reported 1000 times the actual number. It caused the whole family a great deal of stress and was saved by a hair's breadth from taking any necessary actions which could be fatal. Highly unprofessional of these guys and a waste of time for us.

Went for consultation long back for some skin rashes and I was advised to do so many tests not related to it. When asked why those tests are needed the doc said just "to make sure its nothing internal causing it though I dont feel it is, but better be safe". I threw the paper after I came out and went to some other doctor and he gave a ointment which solved the issue.

Starting from the receptionist, they were just osm explained me all packages and which is preferred to.. And the one who was handling all the general checkup and was sending to all necessary checkup was with her best.. she helped me to get all the test done on time.. Over all it was beast.. will edit once i receive my reports

I arrived at the clinic just before 10-am on Nov 22, 2022 requesting a RT-PCR test for international travel later that evening. I was processed within 10-min. Laavanya at the front desk was extremely helpful during check-in. As promised she kept me updated on results throughout the day and shared final feedback a few hours before my departure that was extremely helpful. She was professional and displayed wonderful customer care/follow through.

Surgeon I have seen many doctors but I would like these doctor because of her treatment and take caring of patients is very very good. we are going hospital for delivery my baby only reason of these doctor and talking communication is patients is very nice. Generally Aster is known for its services as VALUE FOR MONEY. Particularly in this situation madam Lavanya extended her amazing services either for collecting sample at home, payments, arranging reports etc. She is very polite dynamic and very active with positive attitude.

I had my health check done today Every test was done on time. The nurses guided me through every test. I'm really happy and satisfied.

It is like they are running some social service centre. There is absolutely zero coordination between staff, Zero process in place. After asking more than 3 times at the reception, they gave me the file and asked me to wait in front of the scan room. After some time, when I asked one random person to check my number in the queue, she says that I should have given the file as soon as I came to clinic. For other tests, they send names online and we have to just wait for them to call us 🤦🏾. Only the sample collection is quick. Any other service that needs professional expertise is just chaos. They call all patients at same time and the doc will come at their own time. I understand doctors cannot keep time, but delay of more than 3hrs is not at all acceptable. They should value the time of patients as well. After all, they are charging premium. Staffs are anyhow cooperative in their individual capacity.

Went here for an emergency. Absolutely stunning doctor who knows how to manage any emergency patient. He was quick in dealing with patient as soon as we arrived. He came quickly and attended. Gave medicines and made the patient normal in few minutes.U can visit here for any kind of emergency.

The LOCAL PAN shop is better organised than Aster clinic at manyata Took 2 hours to book an appointment finally the dental doctor called and told to come next day . Mind you it's a verbal booking when asked will there be a confirmation sms of booking or mail they told NO. With severe tooth pain On arrival at clinic receptionist told doctor is unavailable says doctor who is supposed to come that day is sick ...okay things can wrong but They don't have the common sense to call and inform patients about a cancellation of appointment . Wonder how the treatment will be like in hands of such unprofessional doctors and organisation visit at your own risk .

I had an incredibly positive experience during my recent annual checkup at Aster clinic. The staff members were exceptionally understanding, coordinated, and helpful, making the entire process seamless. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and the healthcare professionals demonstrated a commendable level of knowledge and competence. My doctor's thorough explanations and insights into my health left me feeling confident in the care I received. Overall, Aster clinic provided an outstanding healthcare recommend it to others . nurse Kamala and Bindia were extremely helpful and friendly nature.

Highly irresponsible behaviour. I gave blood sample in morning 10 and was assured by staff that I will receive it by evening max. But they did not diliver report by 8 and after that said clinic is closed come tomorrow very rude. Waste of time and worst experience. I will not recommend anyone to go here.

I took my Physiotherapy sessions here at this center. I felt the over all staff is very supportive. Specially Dr. Archita who took all my sessions. Just in 10 days of sessions I started feeling a lot better. I believe she has a good Understanding of her cases and she treats it well enough. In her busiest days as well, she manages all her patients effectively. All thanks to Dr. Archita and Aster.
