Overall a very good experience with Motherhood Hospital Indiranagar. Starting with the OPD, it is well managed with courteous staff. Nurses there were very good. Dr. Anita (gynaecologist) is simply amazing. Pregnancy was so smooth under her watch. The delivery was very smooth. The nursing staff during the few days stay were super helpful and patient. They understood we are first time parents with twins! Even the houskeeping staff, security, billing desk, insurance desk, etc. were really helpful and everything was well coordinated. Canteen food is also pretty good and seems healthy. Could have some more variety though. Overall a well-run hospital I must say. The only con I found was lack of sufficient car parking space. I am not sure if there is an easy solution, but would be good to have long term parking option, for the hospital stay. And one other thing. The doctors at Motherhood are really good. So expect longer wait times as with any other place. But if you coordinate well with the reception, you can arrive just in time for the consultation.

My wife just got admitted to this hospital for delivery the nurse asked me wait outside and there are not even a single chair in lobby on the floors to sit and some bench type seats in the ground floor but just the room rent is 7950/- such a minimum facility of providing chairs for people to sit is missing and after this comment the the hospital people asked to write positive feedback. So this answers why we see all the positive reviews so most of them are curated

Overall the experience was good however, the catering services were delayed in my case. Doctor Vijaylaxmi was visiting once a day and duty doctors were always available. Nursing facilities were also good. The hospital was neat and well maintained. The expenses were around 1.20 lakhs for c-section.

Scan Department and Services are worst. Cafeteria food options limited and lack of service. Doctors are good. We are consulting Dr. Asha. She is good but not available on Sunday. For working person and emergency time not available on phone. Long process through MotherhoodIndia call centre difficult. We are paying premium charges but not getting premium treatment. In scan time husband not called every time. Also can't capture happy moments for your memory. PFA I wrote our scan experience.

Very satisfied with the treatment given by motherhood hospital Indiranagar during my wife’s delivery and post delivery care taken by NICU department for my twins babies as they born preterm😍... during pregnancy also staff has supported a lot. Our premature twins babies delivery was done successfully and babies were shifted to NICU, proper care and treatment was given by Dr. Pratapchandra and staff to our babies during their 21 days stay in NICU. Special thanks to Tom sir & Reji sir for their support during this period.. Very Happy now as babies are good and they are at home... I am giving 10✴ star Thank you

Doctors are good. But financial counselling is not good at all. They are not explaining the billing properly and insurance things. Nine Divine package is waste and they are not giving any discount on final billing by the billing team even though you have written proof discount. I have loaded some amount in Nine Divine package. When final billing for my wife they have deducted complete amount for my nine divine pack without my knowledge and directly they have given discharge sheet to us. This is fully commercial hospital. I have felt bad experience here. I am not suggesting this hospital If you don’t have health insurances.

Very good hospital and nice staff. Especially Dr Suhasini inamdar mam gynocologist was very friendly nature and also gud experienced doctor. Over all hospital was very neat and well responce house keepers and OT also very clean.

I have decided to reduce the rating because of the terrible experience that I am going through. Worst worst hospital worst service. They are only interested in Money.. I have mixed opinions about this Hospital. It's like a highly qualified elite enterprise with High Quality Sales. The treatment are okay but extremely expensive. It's like a 5 Star restaurant if you can afford it don't worry much. Now if you look at it purely from a business angle it's an absolute No value for Money. No doubt doctors are good but come at a cost. The reception is an absolute circus and appointment handling is extremely chaotic. The experience is very varied. It's like buying an expensive luxury which is good but not entirely worth it. It's better than the rest but comes at a cost. Visit like you are visiting an enterprise with great selling ability don't expect much of compassion.

Seriously pathetic management. I will give two examples of extremely poor experience. One during my wife's admission for an infection. The room they allotted (room # 306) was full of cockroaches and smelled horrible for it was right next to some sort of dumping place. On top of it, the bedsheets were replaced only upon request and once a torn bedsheet was given. The nurses (most of them) had cold and like a typical citizen was wearing masks on their jaw (not covering mouth and nose). Can't imagine how these people attend new born babies. On top of it, this multi-chain hospital didn't have basic medicines and medical equipments in their pharmacy and asked me to emergency bring thermometer at 11 Pm from a local medical shop. This goes without saying, the people and billing section almost behave like bank staffs in psu banks who don't give proper responses. They keep delaying billing and insurance claims without proper info. My wife's discharge was approved around 3.30 but actual discharge happened at 10.30 PM due to delay in final settlement. Second set of bad experience is with our scan schedules where we had to wait 2+ hours despite booking appointments. People who don't have appointments were attended before us. And the appointments were rescheduled last minute stating the doctors were not available on my original appointment. Reception desks don't attend our calls when needed. Felt much worse than a Govt hospital. Only consolation is that the doctors treatment is good but I somehow feel they try to do lot of unnecessary tests.

Taken appointment for NT scan on for 15th Feb 2024 @ 1.00 pm. We reached hospital by 12.45 pm, Just registration process took about an hour. Then onwards we are still waiting for the scan …now it’s 3.35 pm, still waiting. No clue when they are calling the patient, whenever enquired what time you do it, no clear answer from the receptionist lady. Finally scan done @4 pm. Doctor team is good, satisfied with the process. Thanks!

We selected Motherhood over Cloudnine for the reviews and Word of Mouth. 2400 for a PPE Kit, isn't that too much. Guess, they should reconsider considering the Covid Crisis. If not it can be a contradiction to their reviews and could further impact their reputation. While the best PPE Kit online is priced at 1400.

Worst ever experience at least with OPD of Indira Nagar branch. Worst ever pediatrician. Had appointment with Dr. Deepa for my baby. Appointment was for 10 am but waited 4 hours as dr. Deepa keeps busy somewhere called nycu... No proper attention for general appointment kids. She writes unnecessary tests as well. Also they know how to make money in this covid-19 pandemic as they charging 300 rs for kits and masks for staffs along with the consultation fee whereas their most of staffs are just wearing a 20 rs mask that too without covering the nose and they they will not allow you without that 20 rs mask that you have to buy from their affiliated medical shop even if have your entire face covered with a better hanky. I wonder how the ratting is 4.5 atually google should allow negative ratings for this branch and dr. Deepa.

As far as consultation is concerned, doctors are good. If it is about anything else, experience is pathetic. Since 5 days, i am waiting for a slot to get echo done for our baby. but neither the staff, neither the customer relation or anyone else will help you to get your test done. called them multiple times on multiple days to book a test slot - and they promise to call back, but they never called. When i visit physically, they ask me to talk to some staff personally and check the availability. That person is always busy. You are on your own! We are a doctor family and this is what our experience is. Better go to other hospital if you are looking for extended critical medical infrastructure.

Indiranagar Branch!! Highly frustrated and disappointed as scan related appointments are not managed properly. Planning is so worse here while giving appointments, we end up spending entire day here. This is the second time the issue has repeated, no point in taking appointments as it will never work. When there are emergency patients, all OPD patients are made to wait and keep shifting scan machines from one building to another. Why issue an appointments every 30 mins without considering emergency cases and sensitive scan etc which needs rescan or break for baby to change position?? hospital staff getting upset and blaming us for getting angry without thinking how this could be avoided. We come from far away places and don’t get scan done on time and discuss our reports with Doctor face to face. Had to spend whole day stressed and had worst day here!! Please fix the chairs , at least remove broken stuffs in scanning seating area!! Had scan appointment at 10 Am , got my rescan done at 3 PM.

Try to search for other hospitals, doctors are good but other staff just move the patient ranks up and down as per their convenience. I am not sure whether they charge money to move you on top of the line or they just move the people from their neighborhood. When you ask them the reason they would simply say, it was an emergency but unable to explain the reason for the emergency. In short if you have indefinite time to wait you may visit there since doctors are really good, or just search for other places with same or similar doctor.

Experience at motherhood indiranagar was fabulous. From the doctors approach to the sisters care upto the billing was a extremely stress-free experience. The stay was comfortable. My delivery experience was lot more easier than expected even though it was a complicated delivery which required c-section. I would recommend Dr.Deepak Rao and motherhood indiranagar for expecting mothers.

The service is terrible. Rude staff. One of my family members delivered a baby for the first time and there was no proper support from the nurses. They should have been supportive and caring especailly during this covid situation where the couple didn't have family around to take care. Also, the hospital is too expensive.

Worst customer service and call centre response. To make a simple appointment, these guys out on hold forever. The first level of customer case is truly pathetic.

Room alloted has a major issues. AC not working and cockraockes roaming around. Room change option was ruled out completely. Even my family adjusted to suffocating conditions with fans provided in room Unfortunately during billing no concessions was provided on room rent. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed by management.

I was 38 weeks pregnant and had a covid test positive even though it came back positive in just two days .I was sure I didn't have covid because I didn't step out of the house.so anyway the hospital said dey won't admit me because I was covid positive so we had to look for an another hospital at 38 weeks pregnant.I won't recommend this hospital and I do hope this doesn't happen to you

I used go regularly to this hospital as I have 2 kids and now I got to know they are not checking kids if they have fever . Only if vaccination they allow to which is double rate now 1000 rs for doctors appointment 800+200 (for covid safety charges) And vaccination injection seperate. When we call to motherhood .. if kids are having fever thy want us to go to manipal hospital. It is a woman n children spl hospital now thy are conducting corona tests for elders n neglecting their basic.

I would like to share my views about Dr.Gowri who is one of the fabulous doctor treated me throughout my pregnancy journey. She is very soft spoken and heard all my queries well and gave proper guidance for normal delivery. From hospital point of view facilities were all fine but faced a concern in initiating insurance process which was delayed. Overall experience was good.

Had a wonderful experience for the delivery of my baby girl. The entire staff from nurses to doctors and support Staff took great care of both baby and my wife with timely consultations, maintenance, and any help required. The canteen food was also very nutritious and given on a timely manner. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience throughout the 9 months thanks to the wonderful staff and the experienced doctors in this hospital. This was our second time so we had already built a good rapport with them. We took the 9 divine package and Anushree ma’am helped with it. Dr. Vijayalakshmi is extremely competent and made sure we are in good hands. For all other coordination, Savitha ma’am was there to make the experience hassle free. worst experience. nobody responds to calls and takes a week just to connect to the right person. I haven't received my blood report even after 15days. Every time the call goes to different customer care person and they collect the details and say they will arrange a call back but nobody calls. when we call even then the same response.

The hospital has efficient senior doctors/specialists and that masks the inefficiency of nurses and support staff ! I recently had a scan done at Motherhood Hospital and I am extremely impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions before the scan. During the scan, the radiologist was professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results were promptly delivered to my doctor, and I was able to receive a follow-up appointment to discuss the findings

My wife's delivery experience has been awesome with Motherhood Indiranagar. We are fully satisfied with the services rendered to the patient. On arrival at the hospital, the security guard & hospital staffs were quick to respond to the situation and provided all the help required to take my wife to observation room, One thing I must want to call out here is billing was their last priority and after stabilizing my wife's condition only they asked me to do the admission & insurance process. Special thanks to Dr M. Gowri who guided & helped my wife during her entire pregnancy journey & delivery and to all the specialist doctors, paediatricians, duty doctors and nurses who helped my wife all the way trying to help her during the delivery of the baby & our stay @ hospital. A clean and hygienic environment provided for pregnancy. Ms subhasini guided the package very nicely and Dr Suvarna Jyothi gave many positive support during antenatal .. scan team Nithya and Sindhu were very supportive to finish our scans early..The suite room we stayed was comfortable and the billing admission team, bevery day rounds about facilities,nursing staff day and nightwere excellent in their service for the mother and the new born. Both the doctors and the nursing staff took good care throughout the pregnancy and post delivery too.However.A good experience with comfortable stay and efficient doctor- nurse services.

Doctors are good but management is only looking to get maximum money from you. We had scheduled an appointment and doctor had asked us to get some reports done and follow up with the reports. The reports needed more than a week's time and ideally for a followup they should not charge consultation fees but they asked us to pay consultant fees again. Looks like they have a rule of 5 days window.

Went for a scan as this hospital was near home. Pathetic management! Waited for 2 hrs for a scan and the front desk wasn't helpful. This is inspite of having am appointment. Be prepared for sloppy handling of patients. There seem to be no proper order in which the patients are called in for a scan. They couldn't even get my registration ready after 2 hrs of waiting. I would recommend to not visit the hospital unless this is your last resort.

Very Good experience. We had consulted Dr. Susheelamma. Very smooth process from conception till the birth. The nurses to the entire team from motherhood indiranagar were very helpful and supportive throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience with Motherhood. Right from day one of my pregnancy till I gave birth to my child, I was taken good care under guidance of DR. VIJAYALAKSHMI. I recommend doctor to all for such beautiful care. Dr also makes sure that both mother and baby is safe in all manner, will not suggest you unnecessary scans or medications unless needed. I thank all the nurses and staffs who took care of me and my child and for the homely ambience during stay at hospital.

When I am calling on reception no given in motherhood prescription, that no is not valid. Before 1st visit I have received call from different no and on same no I am calling no body responding. All the time it is not possible to visit hospital so person should be available in the hospital to respond the call. For timings, charges, procedure nobody is saying anything. Motherhood is a hospital of very sensitive matter. Such kind of service not expected.

Excellent experience at Motherhood. My daughter and I were diagnosed with dengue and treated together in the same room. Staff were excellent, patient, and very competent. The doctors worked tirelessly to ensure that we were recovering well. We were discharged and then my 5 year old daughter got dengue as well. Admitted her and we had the same experience. Excellent, caring staff. Would highly recommend to any women/children needing care.

Hi all I'm srinivas came for my wife surgery last week with the Dr Deepak rao.surgery went very smoothly and my wife is recovering very fast and also started walking from three days very good treatment and also explained very clearly about the surgery I'm very happy and also very well trained nursing department as well as IO billing team is extraordinary at the mean time insurance process is awesome went very quickly . Thank you one and all .

Both my deliveries happened here. Doctors are very good. But services/facilities have become bad. Looks like they do not have enough wheelchairs. They asked me to get down the wheelchair and walk halfway to the OT room just because another patient needs a wheelchair when I was bleeding on my legs and going through a terrible state. Similarly, at their pharmacy they gave body wash instead of moisturising lotion prescribed by the doctor for my newborn. This carelessness can’t be accepted because 1000s of babies including mine get our vaccines done here.

We have had an average experience here. Averaga because of the ups and downs. Ups - In patient department has great good facilities, great gynaecologist/obstetrician Dr Suvarna Jyothi Ganta, overall sincere, helpful and skilful nursing and admin staff in the in patient department. It is extremely important to be approachable and patient, and all the nurses were great at this! Downs - 1. In the in patient departmen, while my wife was admitted for delivery, we were informed of the different packages really late, almost 48 hours after. 2. The audio/hearing testing of the baby did not happen while we were in hospital. We have visited the hospital almost three times after being discharged but have never been able to meet the audiologist. He/she is either on leave or is not available. Apparent he/she is the only audiologist in the whole hospital. 3. The OPD is not at all organized at Motherhood Indiranagar. The staff is extremely helpful and sincere, but the management is the one to blame here. The staff are not empowered with good processes. Right from the reception to the doctor and back, it is utterly chaotic. After making the payment for the consultation there is no token system to ensure patients who come first, meet the doctor accordingly. The receptionist has to come all the way back to the sitting area outside each doctor's cabin and explain to everyone who will go first and who will go next. There is no way for them to understand who has met the doctor who has not. This is very sad and chaotic. The feeding room did not have furniture when we visited today - reason being apparently it was cleaned thoroughly the previous day. We teach our kids to learn to keep things back after using it, hospital needs to teach it's cleaning staff too. This branch of motherhood does not seem well constructed/designed which probably is the root cause of all issues. All in all I would not recommend Motherhood indiranagar branch for OPD. If you love challenges in addition to the ones posed by your infant/toddler, then maybe you'd like it here, else please select a more organized place.

One of the worst service I have ever faced. Post delivery patient shifted to room where bed was not working and kept patient waiting on wheel chair for 1.5 hours, saying that technician fixing bed. Post that also issue not rectified. After multiple requests they alloted us in other room which is so small that there is no place left for nurse to feed baby. In both the rooms attender bed also cut in strange way(see photo). When spoke at reception they told in a way that they are showing mercy on us by providing bed. Which made me to feel they are just think about money not about service. I feel in this hospital doctor is good, as my doctor is associated with hospital. Rest all are bad.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr.vijayalakshmi were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital

Mother Hood Hospital is very spacious and has skilled doctors. The hospital has good facilities like nurses, housekeeping, modern air conditioning room system, good canteen and dining facilities etc. available 24/7. It’s really nice hospital, perfect place for first time parents. Dr Ashwini helped us to ease our anxiety and helped us to through out pregnancy. Hospital is one of the best places with modern amenities n equipment. All support staff and nurses are really well trained and took good care of our 10 day long stay.

I had a great experience! I went to the hospital for surgery from abroad and requested arrangements, all of which were promptly attended to. The staff was very kind and attentive to any needs. Dr. Madhuri performed my surgery, and even before the surgery, I knew I was in good hands. Everything was explained very well, and she was reachable whenever I needed assistance. The coordinator assigned to me was Simon, who was always accessible and very helpful. When I was admitted to the hospital, the staff, including the nurses, cafeteria staff, maintenance staff, everyone, was very helpful, and the time spent was wonderful. I highly recommend the hospital.

It was my first visit to motherhood hospital, indiranagar..hospital staff is very good in assisting us and polite and humble ..we went on a direct appointment as todays appointment was almost full and no slots..but then too i waited and managed to meet Dr Prathap Sir... doctor is very soft speaking and checked my baby health clearly and asked all the past history' and previous health conditions of my baby.. Gave me a clear solution and clear prescription.. Finally we are happy that we started our baby health checkup in motherhood..
