Worst centre.irresponsible staff. I have given blood sample for test on Saturday morning 8AM and I was told that the reports will be ready by 2PM. I contacted them by 2pm, I was told it will be ready by 4PM. I called them by 4PM, they told that the testing machine itself is not working, reports will be ready by 9PM. I called them by 9PM, I was told that reports will be ready by Sunday morning. Again I tried to reach them through phone, I was told that Sunday is a holiday for concerned dept. So I need to call back on Monday.... This case I am getting doubt on results too. Leave about the health issue that we want to trace-out, dealing these, stress will definately make you end up in new health problems..

Worst administration. I was told doctor would reach in 10 mns. She reached two hours later. Also they made me do unwanted tests with zero explanation as to why it is required. I was so upset that I had to wait ages to just meet a doctor. Will not visit again

No guarantee you will get booking confirmation even if you call one week before. Luckily I tried calling today to confirm my booking for tomorrow and came to know there is no booking done by the call center employee. VERY BAD SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO COME BACK HOME ON THE DAY OF YOUR HEALTH CHECK BOOKING. As I read in other 1 star reviews for this Narayana Health branch. Don't fall for the 5 star ratings, those are asked/forced by front office people it seems.

Not recommended for the following reasons - 1. Wait time is too much. Despite taking appointment. 2. Rude front office. Cannot multi task. 3. Filthy bathrooms. One might contract an infection while giving urine sample. 4. Unskilled lab technician. Draws blood samples as if from buffalo.

They have the worst patient service. They treat patients so bad. Kindly close and leave.

Narayana health is THE WORST. They can't manage appointment and give reasons, false promises. If you can't treat people who are in need then don't provide service. If you guys or anyone in your family experience the same service then you will understand pain. Its really a SHAME.

Please don't take appointment from the NH BDA clinic receptionist better call NH customer service in case you want to visit. My experience is worst during today's visit the reason is wait time is more than 2 hours even after taking an appointment. I don't recommend NH network hospitals.

No professionalism, was waiting for more than 11/2 hours for my appointment and some patient just walks in to the consultation room cutting me off and the only explanation the staff gave me was they were doctors relatives!! I am not against the doctor, he has been our GP for many years , but management is not good!!

Visited for preventive Health check up. All the staff are courteous and manage everything in an organized manner. Consultation with Dr. Hegde was a great experience as he explained all the test reports in detail and provided meaningful insights on health. Plenty of parking space is a plus

Had an awesome experience with health check service. Paid Parking is convenient along with lift services for elderly folks. Their staff is courteous and aware. I was lucky to find it less crowded in the morning hence sample collection and physical tests were done quickly and effectively. Their equipment is top notch and brings confidence with brand backing. Very poor service. Will never go back. We went for health checkup on Friday, 27th Dec 2019. Appointment was at 9:00 but process started around 10:00. Though we had the appointment taken, we were asked to return back next day for USG. TMT machine was not working and the coordinator said he will call back when machine is fixed next day. No call backs on Saturday, and after multiple attempts we connected them on Monday . As asked, we went to clinic but the tmt technician asked to come next day. This time I lost my patience and reminded her about our appointment. She assured us that we would be attended immediately next day and we could go back within 30-45 minutes. Today 31 Dec 2019, Tuesday we were at clinic at 10:00 am waited till 11:30 , then asked for refund of our payment. Then we were called in immediately and put in to the process within 10 minutes. Here it was not the hospital or clinic situation which was causing delays but the complete irresponsible behaviour of the staff and the reception staff.

NH should learn and implement better patient management. Once you are in, minimum of 2-3 hours waiting time. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. Get some food along with you as you never know when your turn would come. Be mentally prepared that 2-3 hours are gone on weekdays and half day gone on weekends (for some specialties)

Medical store staff is ill-mannered, need some basic mannerism. Seems like he is unhappy with his job and taking out his frustration on patients that too after softly talking to him. That guy should be replaced. As saw previous reviews wondering why the staff is not professional.

This review is dedicated to the unprofessional lab guys and highly inefficient call centre. A constant delay is delivering blood reposts. Every single time I do a blood test inauve to make then thousand calls to get my reports. I am fed up and would never visit this hospital ever!

I went to Narayana Clinic in HSR BDA Complex for the first time to do my first ever health checkup. I am so glad I went there because the overall process was so quick and smooth! The clinic is clean and everyone from reception to doctor is so nice and friendly. I even got my results so quickly. Booking for future appointments is also so easy via the NH Care app. I highly recommend this clinic. 😊

Premises is run down and General maintenance and hygiene is very poor. Don't see any measures to sanitize seating, equipment etc. Bathroom stinks. Staff are coughing, sneezing, blowing nose right before you step in for the examination which is scary during covid times. Overall staff are polite and courteous however not a pleasant environment to be in. Expect better from NH.

Came for annual health check.First of all there is a difference between Narayana Clinic and hospital.This one is Narayana clinic and on the first floor of BDA.They are soon moving from here as well as I write on Feb 16, 2024.Sr Daya was really helpful in guiding and calming us down during TMT.Good experience overall.Karthick was also helpful running around with daily files.Car park below and A2B is there below on ground as well available for refreshments.

I have consulted Dr. Prathibha PM for myself for eczema on my feet, and for my son for dandruff issues (elder), rashes (younger one) and my wife for hair fall issues. Dr. Prathibha was referred to me by my diabetologist Dr. Vishnupriya of MV diabetes centre, about 5 months ago. With all 4 of us, Dr. Prathibha has spent time in understanding the issue and the background, explained to us the issue to our understanding and prescribed medication. We have found the treatment is working very well, exactly the way she mentioned. We are very happy to reach out to her for dermatology related issues. We found her very simple and she takes time to diagnose, explain the issues to patients and clarifies our doubts patiently. It was a very pleasant experience for our family that we are in safe hands, which I have not felt so far in other consultations. I was wondering that I am visiting Narayana Clinic HSR since 2005, but how come I did not consult her for Dermatology.

Happy with the quick services provided by the people here. A member in clinic Nisarga helped a lot with all my tests as this was my first time doing such tests. Only drawback I faced that the washroom should be clean in the hospital but it was little dirty.

I have done routine checkup here. Very good experience. Clean and hygienic. Staff is good and ready to help. Karthik (patient coordnator) helped a lot. It was not very crowded on the Friday I visited.

Better avoid! Highly unprofessional attitude. They don't care about the time. They fail to abide by appointment timings.When we reach on time for the appomtment, we learn there are 7 patients waiting ahead of you. Twice the concerned doctor cancelled the appointment after i have reached the clinic.Everytime the excuse is the doctor has to attend an emergency case.

Height of unprofessionalism. They don't value time. I had an appointment for 9:30AM and doctor came around 10:30AM. Top of that, they won't answer you properly and try to avoid you.

We took health checkup package at Narayana HSR Clinic. I have been visiting this clinic for last 19 years but I am sad to say that my experience with getting health checkup here is pathetic. Getting reports was a herculian task. Getting scanning done was another major activity. I did my health checkup at Apollo 8 years back and it was a smooth one. From those standards, this clinic is a decade behind.

The worst hospital. Very poor management. Test like echocardiogram is being done by intern. First time experienced that echo is being done without the supervision of a cardiologist. Moreover waiting time is just too much. Be ready to spend almost 3hrs just to do echo since the technician is novice. But the charge is world class. I did my full body check up in HSR branch today. It was a better experience than my previous health checkups. The coordinators Karthik and Era sister were really helpful. The TMT test held was done my Daya mam. She is a great woman and nice person. She explained the test very elaborately to me as it was my first time doing this test. Overall very good experience doing yearly health checkup here.

My mother was admitted here. Doctors are excellent and were very emphathetic and caring. However among nurses, the senior staff was friendly but juniors were careless. They would give drips to the patient and leave them unattended. Even the call button wasn't working for a couple of days. There is absolutely no coordination between dietician and the canteen staff. Canteen staff was very rude, they gave us a few food items that dietician had asked us to avoid, and when we informed the canteen, their response was rude.

The clinic is situated at 1st floor in BdA, i would request the clinic to have some kind of routing from the main road till the clinic. I found it difficult to find it. Apart from that I found everything else to be more friendly and perfect. The sisters looked well experienced and much friendly with the patients.

I went for my mother’s yearly health check up, although the lady at the reception was a bit rude, all the nurses were very empathetic and helpful. Ms. Erasree needs a special mention as she made the whole experience very comforting, she was taking time to explain everything properly to all the patients. It takes a day’s time to get all the reports as it’s a smaller branch, but all tests were done without any hurry.

I have a good experience with the NH centre. This year is my 2nd visit for the annual health check-up. Best Part: Considering everyone’s time is important, the supporting staffs are managing very well. For example, they quickly shuffling the people based on the ‘available lab technicians.’ So, Time management is good. Suggestion: The basic measurements like ‘hight, weights’ should be clearly mentioned/tracked in all types of reports. What happens is that, while starting a new test report (editing from the previous report / other persons report template) these items are getting mismatched (or not focused). However, the over all experience is good.

I went to BDA complex (HSR layout) Narayana clinic, for the first time, for the master health check up, via Connect and Heal. The clinic was excellent and tests were done in order on time, with clear guidance. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Visited doctor prabhakar Hegde. Very nice person and listens to you very patiently. The clinic is also very well maintained. But if you are planning to visit here and work in laptop then there is no wifi facility available. Rest everything is good.

Attended for a health screening check - the package was comprehensive and was able to add tests as needed. The doctors and nurses - specially sister daya were professional and friendly, and easily guided me through the entire process - focusing on comfort and answering my questions about the tests. Only thing is that vitamin and iron tests are missing which need to be sent to a different facility

Based on last week's I had a very different experience with Ramziya. I felt very professional hands on them. An extraordinary skill was seen in taking blood without feeling pain. Era Sister along with others of NH team are very supportive , Humble and caring towards the patients as I could see through my parents. There was continous direction and guidance given on what to do next and I am able to follow that without any trouble. The staff is courteous and managing individuals in a nice manner. I came on a Saturday but the rush was not much there and everything moved in a good pace. The hospital is neat, clean and hygiene is well maintained. 1st consultation happened before the report and the 2nd consultation after receiving the report is scheduled at the same day in the evening.Staff member rechecked if there is some thing pending for checkup and pointed out 1 PFT which got ticked by mistake and got that done for me. I am happy to share this feedback and will recommend their services. Only one thing which require betterment is using of new gown used for xrays, mammography, tmt tests for hygiene purpose as we are removing our clothes and wearing this, it should not be repeated for the second patient.
