It is best hospital in mysuru for eye care. The doctors are good & can expect good treatment for eye. Normally in weekdays it is crowded. In weekend there is additional fee for consultations. Separate rest rooms are available for men & women. Parking facilities are available for two wheelers but not spacious.

Very Good Hospital to get Lasik (Epi-Lasik/PRK) done Dr. Pallavi and Dr. Prabhu did my checkup and operation, Priyanka madam also provided great support. It was a short and quick procedure. It's a good 15-day ordeal after operation. I'm satisfied by the overall functioning & accountability of the staff, I consulted doctor Priya Chandel and she explained to me my disease very properly and also guided me with the proper step by step process. In fact there is no rush and no compromise they give you plenty of time and check you more than once if necessary I am satisfied with their hospitality. The only thing that I felt a little odd about is that they don't allow doctors to prescribe medicines directly to the prescription rather you have to go to the pharmacy counter and collect a typed prescription from there(I can understand it's their business model but still have some fluency).

Hospital is very congested. At any given time there are 40 Patients standing for hours in ground floor and first floor for consultation apart from the seating arrangement. Suggest patients should be given appointment as per the waiting availability instead of creating a government Bustand like situation. Senior citizens are not given priority in seating or consultation. I hope this will be taken as a suggestion

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I really wish there was 0 star option to give for this hospital. After reading reviews I decided to get lasik surgery done from this hospital. But the way they behaved changed my whole experience. First I had to get a scan done to check if I’m eligible for it. The doctor was not even ready to explain before that. Bloody money minded lady. Then later on it was done and she started explaining. Every sentence she adds “your vision might go if you don’t take care and don’t blame doctors”. She doesn’t even care about the patient’s health or pain. She didn’t even want to explain about it well. All she cares about it this stupid hospital and money. She was being negative the entire time that I decided I better not get surgery done here at all. If any side effects happen , they won’t even bother to treat me. So please don’t go by the reviews. And don’t visit.

I had got done lasik in August. It has been 3 months and I have not faced any issue till date. Consultation procedure was too good where doctors help you understand what needs to be done. I went here for my father cataract surgery. Hospital has good doctors and staffs who cares the patient to at most. One suggestion is please improve the patient waiting hall facility. There are less sitting area with chairs.

Absolutely blown away by the army of ladies who manage the entire hospital. I watched the cleaners, receptionists, cashiers, counselors, assistants, nurses & ALL do their jobs with grace. None of them ever had a frown on their face or lost patience with anyone who came. They spoke politely with ALL. Even when I complained that the waiting room was way too crowded, the administration acknowledged & sent their staff to different floors to crowd control. And it felt safe to be there within few minutes. Dr. Pallavi took care of my elderly mom with utmost care & affection. I visited 4-5 times & noticed that the doctor’s interaction with other patients & her own staff was so good that it sometimes felt unreal. I have not seen many such compassionate doctors. I give Sushrutha Eye Hospital 4.8 stars. All you ladies rock! Wish u all the very best!
