Horrible experience by the staff at Rashmi hospital this evening. I wish nobody goes there in the absence of founder doctors. The hospital was a safe space when my mother underwent cataract surgery 18yrs ago, and my surgery for fibroid went good back then. But today, the hospital had only staff in the evening around 7pm, the staff, reception, senior nurse, junior team doctor misbehaved with me. The hospital didn't have any manager to escalate my concern, however one gentleman from eye Dept tried helping me but these ladies did not cooperate. Also, they said doctors are abroad and I can't see anyone when I wanted to speak to someone about my emergency request for an injection. We place our trust in the hands of health professionals and they misuse our trust and which is very depressing.

Called here to get information but lady did not even wait to finish my sentence and hung up the phone. Very rude!

Been one of the best experience! I've been to several hospitals so far with many of my family members and without a doubt Rashmi Hospital provides the best service. The concerned​ doctor Dr.Deepak Rao was very assuring and gave us confidence for the procedures that was undergone. I had visited Rashmi Hospital (in particular Dr. Deepak Rao) throughout my pregnancy. Being first time parents can be overwhelming and hence we did have zillion questions for the Doc, which he used to answer very calmly and reassuringly on every appointment. The quality of service is top notch with all nursing staff having the best hands-on experience. I underwent C-section for my delivery and had the quickest recovery (putting all old wives tales to rest about C-section apprehension). Even during the current COVID situation, lot of well-thought out rules have been placed for the benefit of both mother and child. Also, the packages are very reasonable with great rooms and cleanliness & hygiene maintained throughout. For the quality of service provided, it's highly recommended to go for any gynecological related issues. They are absolutely very clear and upfront regarding the cost and also provide all help in getting your insurance papers sorted as well. It was a very important phase in our life and we trusted Dr. Deepak Rao and his staff completely.

I was trying for pregnancy visited many hospital but it did not work. Finally visited Rashmi and consultated Dr Deepak Rao after the diagnosis we came to know I was having a huge fibroid Dr Deepak suggested for laparoscopic myomectomy. . My laparoscopic surgery went on well fibroid was removed I was completely fine.. hospital is very homely environment Dr shalini Rao helped me out with all my doubts and they provided a good care all staff from front desk to housekeeping all are kind and very good. Rashmi Hospital is truly is an excellent institution. Dr. Deepak Rao inspires confidence and his dealing with patients is both extremely professional and humane. Beyond your medical condition he treats patients not just as a medical case but as human beings with worries , concerns and a lot of good cheer to pep them up. At one time he even introduced me to his charming and equally capable and accomplished doctor wife, an ENT specialist to allay any fears I had about surgery. He was always happy to speak to my brother who is a doctor. He is very , very qualified and competent and there is absolutely no doubt about his medical practice and ethics, my case was a bit whimsical and he never pushed me towards an immediate surgery or scare me, just gave me his carefully considered professional opinion in a frank but kind manner . All the time I waited and kept in touch with him he answered my same old questions with great patience. Anyone I spoke about in the time between my first consultation and eventual surgery ,said the same thing, You are in good hands with Dr. Deepak Rao and it invariably turned out that any friend who needed treatment was consulting him . This quality of empathy is all the more noteworthy in a male doctor treating conditions and that affect only women and delivering babies . The nurses are wonderfully kind, caring and competent. All of the other staff is also excellent and the rooms and all other areas are immaculate. They are so considerate as to open and close doors quietly and whisper if the patient is asleep, a great deal of care has gone into the setting up and management of this hospital which has two other specialists as well. I am so thankful for the treatment and tests done and advice given . I bounced back on my feet after a Total Laproscopic radical Hysterectomy in no time with almost no pain. God bless the hospital staff .

Very good doctors and staff. Dr. Deepak Rao is a very good doctor, humble, listen to all queries, explain things patiently. I had got done my hysterectomy here. I went to Appolo Hospital first where they said, only open surgery is possible because i had large fibroid and my utreus was enlarged. I was very scared for an open surgery and went to Dr. Deepak Rao, who was my gynaecologist 10 years back. He assured me he can do it through laparoscopic surgery and done it successfully. Rashmi Hospital is a well managed and professional facility with efficient staff. Dr. Deepak Rao is an extremely competent and honest doctor. He makes the patient feel comfortable and doesn't prescribe unnecessary medication/procedures. The nursing staff is also very caring and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My wife was suffering from severe abdominal pain we showed to lot of doctors around my town at Devangare but it was not in use . Finally we visited Bangalore one of my friend suggested me about Dr Deepak Rao and we started the treatment then we came to know that a big fibroid was their Dr Deepak Rao and Dr Shalini Rao explained each and everything clearly and made us understand about the fibroid, Dr Rao suggested for laparoscopic surgery and everything went off very well we was back to home the same evening . Excellent staff. But surgery cost is little expensive , even though we was given a concession. Dr Deepak suggested scan through that i came to know i was suffering from endometriosis Dr Deepak suggested for laparoscopic surgery I was more worried as I'm unmarried about the scars but Dr shalini Rao and Dr Deepak Rao explained very well Surgery went on well . Dr has been very cordial in explaining every detail. Listens patiently to every query from the attender, comforts patients with precise details and ensures they are safe in hands. Dr's wife (who is a Dr too) has been very knowledgeable, kind and provides clarity. The hospital management , staff and house keeping staffs were all too kind. The hospital premises is very clean. Though the hospital does not have a cafeteria, thanks to the locality of the hospital that anything the patient / attenders need they are just a walkable distance away.

Doctor Hari is the best paediatrician I have ever come across. He’s been my son’s doctor from day 1 ( my son is teenage now) . Really appreciate doctor Hari’s gracious treatment methodology. Very pleasant experience at Rashmi Hospital. Dr. Deepak Rao is very experienced and I know him from 18 years. He was my wife's doctor for my second child about 18 years back and was also the doctor for my cousin sister recently. He is very professional in his work and his staff is also very active and helpful. The rooms in the hospital are very clean & well furnished (A/C, TV, electric kettle, etc). The hospital staff were very friendly & took great care of the patient and baby. They also took all necessary precautions every time they visited (hand sanitizer, 3-4 layers of masks, etc) and were well informed on all patient details. It was a complete 10/10 experience all round. I recommend this hospital to all my family & friends as I can vouch for it being the best.

My mother underwent Laproscopic Hysterectomy at Rashmi Hospital by Dr Deepak Rao. Dr Deepak Rao and Dr Shalini Rao both are excellent persons and very humble human beings, before the surgery they have explained each and everything very clearly. We were more worried about the surgery but they made us feel more comfortable. Staffs are very polite and available round the clock. Office staffs are very pleasant and good.
