I had accompanied a friend of mine to this hospital today 31-Aug-23 and by far this has been the pathetic service that was received. They kept the patient waiting from 8.05am onwards till 3PM for no reason. Then post that finally when consultation completed they again made us to wait citing printer not working. It is notable here that there were multiple staffs there walking around talking on mobile and clicking pics while many patients and their family were waiting. There were additional counters which was empty which they could have atleast put an additional staff to help everyone. But they were in their own world. Making the patient to wait without letting them have anything for this many hours citing treatement pre-requisites only was a big flaw. The doctor itself confirmed that it was notified to staff there to let patients have what they need after scans were completed. This delayed treatment and unsatisfactory environment resulting in inconvenience to patient, I have reported to The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as well. I am going to ensure that actions are put in place by authorities so that nobody suffers this fate again as my friend did. Having said this I'll agree to the fact that the doctors are far better. It's the patient addressing team or public facing team at the front office and service delivery who is worst in their approach.

Doctors are good but lab work is not good . They need more expert technician who specialized with baby. The technician tried for 10 mins, pricked the baby but could not draw blood so he had to call a doctor. At least looking at their price for the tests they should have a premium staff. For tests Columbia Asia hebbal I found better. Again no issue with the Doctors but the staff don't look like expert..

I am writing this review as I am highly satisfied with Motherhood HRBR. And trust me this is my honest review. They made our first delivery memorable. Motherhood HRBR was recommended by Dr Ganesh Rao who’s in the wildlife photograph. We started consulting Dr Saba Fathima from the day1 as she was recommended by my friend. She took good care of my wife’s(Shilpa Sathish) health. She always given attention to the small small details or the problems faced by my wife and advised accordingly. Whenever required, the doctor was easily available on WhatsApp or phone call also. She guided my wife very well regarding all the do’s & don’ts throughout the nine month. Me and my wife were very nervous because this was our first pregnancy so, not only the doctor made us feel comfortable during the 9 months also she made us feel very positive. I and my wife blessed with a baby girl on 08/02/2022 by normal delivery. My wife was discharged after 3 days and everything is normal. Dr. Saba Fathima great support. I would recommend her for sure to anyone. Special thanks to Rama mam for resolving all the queries related with insurance or admissions or packages etc.. Last but not least massive thanks LDR Nalini, Shalini IP Team Ravi, Elizabeth Asha Rani, Deepa Nurses: Angel Peterson, Gowthami, Rashmi, Renuka and Sister Amala to the supporting staffs, sister’s and nurses .🙏

Dr.Madhavi Reddy is one of the best gynaecologist that we found. We had very pleasant experience from the day one.Her consultation will be stress free. She always response on time. We had wonderful experience overall. Hospital ambiance good Nurse excellent

If you are looking for a doctor for your pregnancy then : Dr. Manjula S Patil is the best. Doctor’s Experience : 1) Polite, Punctual and a great guidance. 2) On call avalaible most of the time. 3) Great experience. Nurse and admin staff experience : 1) Fast resolution all nurses are extremely helpful, once my baby needed attention at 3:00am and they were there helping without making faces or complaints which we usually see in other places. 2) Specially Rama mam in admin always available on call in any urgency. One stop solution. Complete building is almost cleaned on hourly basis, you will be assured about the cleaniness for your baby surroundings. I loved your services the best experience one could have. Keep it up guys excellent work.

Honestly Hospital is not up to the mark. 1) After seeing all the posts about Dr Madhavi Reddy had my wife consulted for pregnancy. 2) Doctor is very rude to her patients and has least courtesy or polite words. She treats us as Government hospital patient. Never likes asking questions. 3) Doctor tells one thing always baby is in breach position from starting 7 th months. Basically she prepares for C section delivery. 4) During delivery she creates such a panic, where my sister who is a doctor herself mentioned us there is nothing to panic. 5) Doctor mentioned that my wife uterus is not fine. Did a check with other gynic, everything was a lie. 5) Hospital is very dirty and we had mushrooms grown in the room with a dirty smell. I have attached the pictures for the same. 6) House keeping never had a courtesy to check on the room change. They were very disrespectful. This hospital is just a business and doctor will never be noble profession in these hospitals.

Edit: Room was finally given to her around 4 pm, after 19 hours of suffering. This after doing booking in advance. Other worst part is that none of their listed phone numbers work or not answered. Operations manager number is mentioned in so many wall posters in the hospital but it’s not working number. The person(Rama) who helped in booking stopped receiving calls or answering back. She was very prompt till booking was done. Overall an Extremely horrible and poor experience. I will think twice before recommending anyone to go for motherhood. ————- Motherhood may be a big name but it’s poorly managed. They may have good doctors , services and facilities, but it’s poorly managed. My sister delivered baby at Motherhood this morning. She got admitted yesterday night and it was a horrible experience. We booked it in advance and were asked to come at 9 pm. We were there at 9 pm but there were no rooms available. What happened to booking ? She has to stay at reception area till around midnight. She has to go through lot of mental stress and inconvenience for these 3ish hours. On putting lot of pressure, after 3 hours she was moved to recovery room which is more temporary kind. Her husband had to sleep on a sofa in reception area. I am wondering why are they charging such a huge amount when they can’t provide a basic service(room) on time. I visited her in morning and wanted to have water. No cups were available. Overall I am extremely disappointment by thr services and the way my sister was treated yesterday.

It was good; but longer waiting time

Good hospital. Only issue is, even though they have an appointment system, You still need to wait 30mins to 1 hour after appointment time to actually be seen. So there’s no stress from the hospital management itself on the value of their patients and their customers time. Walk ins seem to be given the same priority as patients holding an appointment

I am so happy to writing this review.. I had a great experience at Motherhood. My wife was admitted for her delivery at Motherhood with Dr Swetha MP. Normal delivery successfully got it delivered. It was a baby boy. The nurses were very co-operative and friendly. They trained us well with the way baby must be fed. I am so grateful to them. And there was a celebration with a cake and even some gifts from the hospital. Thanks Motherhood. 😊👍

Motherhood hospital HRBR layout - One of the worst hospital and very very bad experience this has given to us. We have selected this hospital for our First baby delivery which happened last month. Previously they said we have said all the facilities but when we came in to hospital on 20th Jan early morning, except one security personnel no one was there to help us, literally I pushed the wheel chair.. After Admission we have blessed with baby boy but this was the case of premature, so it was suggested to treat in NICU but there was no NICU beds available in the hospital, so they have moved baby to Indiranagar branch and mother was in HRBR branch. It got delivered at morning 7.30 AM. We were in pain because my kid was in different branch but these people till 6 pm they have kept her in room where there no basic facility. Till evening they have not provided hot water to my wife, after raised the concern evening they shifted to ward. Canteen facility is below average, they will take money but poor quality food they provide to patients and family. Supporting staffs were not all cooperative. They have not cleaned the rooms on timely basis, if we complaint then only they will come. While discharging i said wheel chair is required for patient to go down but nurse said, this is the case of normal delivery why wheel chair is required. This is the service they provide. But my kid was there in NICU for week time in Motherhood hospital Indiranagar branch, it is really fabulous, staffs were very much service oriented, clean and hygiene. Infrastructure is good. This hospital, especially HRBR layout is worst. The same feedback I have been provided to Rama - HRBR layout. I would say i do not have any preconceived opinion but if you need to enjoy your time, please do not select this hospital. These people made me not to enjoy my special day..I will never forget this worst experience in my life. Terrible

The hospital denied a labour bed and room for my wife. I booked a room 2 months in advance and paid 10k. Checked multiple times with the hospital authorities about room booking and emergency crisis management. On 20th Dec, when my wife got labour pain, I called the hospital and informed them to keep the room ready and inform the doctors. After reaching the hospital, firstly, there was no one to help. Please check the image of the reception. After 10 min few staff came and took the patient to the labour room and made her wait for an hour. There was no bed in the labour room, and they were trying to get an extra bed at the common arrangements with the other eight patients. Eventually, after 7hrs of labour pain, I had to shift my wife to another hospital with great difficulty. We got a room and labour bed at Ovum hospital at around 10 pm. Ovum hospital took care of everything very nicely. You cannot charge 1.5 lahks for this pathetic service. I am struggling to get my advance back. The staff has been playing around for the last 20 days.They accept money in any form, cash, google pay, NEFT, cheque etc., but when it is about a refund, they will do all nonsense. They need a cancelled cheque and will take a sweet time to refund the money. I enquired from the hospital doctors and learned that hospitals had taken 30 extra patients in that particular week. Though the doctors highlighted this to hospital leadership, the owners want to make more and more money. India needs a better healthcare system.

One of the best doctor i have ever met in my life. Dr. Nagaveni is truly a wonder woman with tremendous amount of patience, knowledge and expertise in her field of service. We had consulted her on my wife's (K. Ilavarasi) first pregnancy and we are just blessed to have met her for treatment. Doctor was very supportive and had responded to all our queries and concerns with patience and explained/advised all necessary medications etc throughout the pregnancy journey. After a blissful journey of 38 weeks 3 days of pregnancy, we were blessed with a cute little baby girl. I would remember the moment throughout my life where Dr. Nagaveni supported me and my spouse and successfully led the delivery to a normal delivery despite baby being a bit overweight. No matter how i much i write here, me and my family will always be grateful to Dr. Nagaveni and would never forget her through out our life.

My son was born at motherhood hospital HRBR layout...Its the best place for maternity, I consulted Dr.Shwetha M.P from my first tremister of pregnancy she is the best Doctor, friendly with patients, answers all our queries with patience, very calm and gives the best medicines and rejects unwanted medicine, she prefers and tries for normal delivery only instead of C-section. She reached hospital in the mid night immediately for patients care. I ever refer her for pregnancy period and postpartum period. When I was new to motherhood I contacted Rama mam, through her our journey at motherhood was started. She is such a good person and treated me like her family member I was so much connected to her for her love and care on me and the new born baby of mine. She is ever ready to help the patients at any time. Especially the package called 9- divine is the best one to get with lot of benefits. For anyone looking to give birth at a location with amazing staff, great amenities, and exceptional service, I would strongly recommend the Motherhood Hospital HRBR Layout. Our high-risk pregnancy was made very safe by Dr. Madhavi Reddy. I appreciate all the nurses and professionals that helped us with breastfeeding and other aspects. All of the nurses and physicians were excellent, and I especially want to thank Elizabeth, the IT coordinator, who treated me like a member of the family, welcomed me with gifts, and celebrated our becoming parents by cutting cake. Thanks to Rama, who helped in explaining the package and insurance details. We are incredibly appreciative of all the medical professionals, nurses, and personnel who helped us save our lives.

I visited Dr Madhavi Reddy for my pregnancy, she is very supportive not only when we visit hospital, even when we ping her for any doubts or emergency she promptly responds. Highly recommend Motherhood Hospital HRBR Layout and specially Dr. Nagaveni. We have very recently had our second child and the experience of Doctor and the hospital was great. Right from the beginning of the pregnancy, we got the right guidance and support from Dr. Nagaveni. She was available for any help, questions or concerns all the time and helped us take right decisions at the right time. All along she was very proactive and helpful with the complications we had during the term. She used to make us aware of the situations and guided us on how to take care of it. Having stayed in different cities and known many doctors, this experience was very exceptional to say the least. While our admission, we got to interact with many nurses and staff and all of them were great. They all were very attentive towards my wife's health and was available whenever we needed any help any time of the day or night. The credit goes to each one of them for making our experience so pleasent. I am really bad with names so not pointing out any in the review but like I said above, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Got to engage with the Lifecell team here, they too helped us with whatever information required and for any questions. The staff here made the collection of stemcell process very easy and effective. Kudos to Likhitha and Anand. Things to improve: Cafeteria (not everyone eats there are patients so they can try having some better options and can have better taste)

My daughter was born in Motherhood HRBR, Dr Manjula is awesome and very helpful doctor. We are really happy. but for 1 rating the only reason is they by mistake charged me extra for which they promised reversal in a week time, i am still chasing them even after a month no revert...also baby photos they said within 15 days we will get but even after a month no answer...when i call the only reply we will get back to you...when i visit they say meet her/go to that building that's it...

Motherhood hospital HRBR- I have the same opinion as the other person called Abin John has posted and I second that. His review is correct and the receptionist needs to be changed and some basic etiquette needs to be taught to her as to how to deal with people walking in.. I had a similar situation the other day wherein they mentioned payment was not done and they had contacted me, the lab guy was decent enough to call and inform that. I informed him that pls send the details I shall do the payment right away. He had told that receptionist to call and inform me. I received 4 calls and I asked them to send details for me to do the payment. She said she will send and never returned back. After 3 days, I went to the hospital to collect the reports, they mentioned due to non payment the test was not done. However, they had the specimen. They contacted that receptionist from hospital and she direct said I never answered the phone, the lab guy standing next to me himself said I had asked to send the details I immediately asked does your phone line has a recording function and they said no, it's really horrible that such a reputed hospital does not audit the calls coming by the patients. I work for a health care company and I know the seriousness of the matter. Please note, we from this generation hop into any hospital based on reviews, and such people put the patients life at serious risk. Next thing is how can you allow anybody to go to the lab and collect reports. Are you not aware that outsiders are not supposed to enter lab environments where you preserve specimens? I hope good Doctors in this hospital will get a bad reputation with such irresponsible behaviours. RV

Please note the 1 * rating is for the facilities at Motherhood HRBR layout. How come a reputed hospital which charges for every consultation doesn't provide basic parking facilities for the patients (Customers) who visit them. If any vehicle is parked near to the hospital then the traffic police is waiting as a vulture then how are supposed to park vehicle??? It's Surprising they have wallet parking so they earn money out of this service but not bothered for the paid visitor for consultation, cheap tactics sorry to say but it's true. I have seen people going around the hospital to park vehicles so they can avoid traffic challans and walk back to hospital.

Baby Boy born to us on Feb 04'2024 @ Motherhood, HRBR Layout. We cant forget the room#210 and our stay there. We thank all in the Motherhood Team for their professional and homely support. Our high risk pregnancy was dealt with utmost care by Dr Swetha and her timely advise helped us to over come the hurdles. After birth the nursing team @ NICU and Dr Suresh Gowda also guided us with all requisite information regarding diabetic mother health, etc and gave utmost support to us during our stay at the hospital. A spl thanks to Rama madam for her overall help while availing 9Divine package. We once again thank everyone including the supporting staff for their valuable support.

My whole pregnancy from day 1 till end was under Dr.Madhavi Reddy , and it was calm and peaceful experience from doctor's side. Dr.Madhavi was quick to respond back in case of doubts and emergency questions. Overtime I felt a good sense of confidence in her decisions based on my changing conditions and health. I am glad with my experience and would recommend her, if anyone asks . Took the 9 divine package, the bed and services were provided promptly when the time came. But there are some rough edges that can be smoothened out. Like , they can provide a schedule for the 2-3 days stay for things like photography, cake cutting, etc , as when they suddenly come based on their schedules, we might not be ready, or people won't be there with whom we want to celebrate with..Seems like many people got a care package of baby gifts from 9 divine (which is included in the amount paid), but,we dint get any such package..The cake was tasty, continue with the bakery you are using.

It was wonderful journey with Motherwood hospital hrbr for third delivery of my wife( Blessed with Baby Boy), yes of course Dr Swetha mp she is absolutely mind blowing so kind and soft spoken she made it look easy we will not forget her the moment before my wife delivery she was so tensed then the Dr swetha spoke few words to my wife then she was relaxed and hospital was so good functional specialy Nursing staff to House keeping department all of them were exceptional and took the 9 divine package we would like to give 5 out of 5 Stars for everything Motherwood hospital hrbr.😊

Dr. Nagaveni is one of the best obestrician that I met during my pregnancy. A doctor with such patience and experience was very convenient to travel with during my third trimester. After 38 weeks of wonderful journey I was blessed with a baby girl. And the doctor was very kind and supportive during the time of delivery.

One of the best hospitals for pregnancy and labour. If the one looking for pregnancy care and labour that too if you are looking for Natural Delivery here you go, Motherhood is one which suites you. My wife's first delivery was C-section, it was just happened since Dr didn't had enough time to wait for it to happen. But when my wife conceived second one, we decided to try for normal delivery(VBACK) and was searching for a best and supportive Gynac and finally we found Dr.Shwetha M.P , she has been supportive , responded with too much patience, guded us in a proper way to reach our wish - normal delivery. About Labour room staff: The duty doctors and nursing staff are extremely skilled who always co-ordination with consultant Gynac to double confirm the procedure to be done on step by step and did their job with so much patience, care , love on patient which i neverI never seen in other places. Finally as team with lots of efforts they helped us to reach our wish which is to have Normal delivery (VBACK ), It's been 5days both of my wife and baby are doing good . And we are very happy ☺️. We wish we could have been consulted Dr.Shwetha M.P or Motherhood for first dilvery as well. Thank you so much Dr.Shwetha .MP and labour room staff for everything !!!.

I had very good experience when I visited Motherhood hospital. The doctors & faculties were very polite and calm in addressing all our queries and always very respectful. gentle and friendly. whenever we visited the hospital. I recommend this hospital for their best ambiance and culture. This is the best place to be treated for all the mother's and their babies😊

My experience with this hospital is not at all good , I feel it's not worth it to pay so high for such services provided by the hospital. Nurse ware is also not that cooperative, they make faces if u call more than once . Food provided by the hospital was ok . No one will give proper clarity also in this hospital. I saw many good reviews and thought about going to this hospital but my bad I had a very bad experience. Please be very careful before visiting this hospital. Special at night time u will face many challenges had to find a Nurse outside and if u complain, no one cares for it. For everything they will say will improve but no use.

My daughter was born in the Motherhood Hospital HRBR Layout. During my pregnancy, I experienced a lot of ups and downs, but my doctor, Manjula S. Patil, helped me get through it. She heard all of my worries and provided precise answers for each. I am really very thankful to you, doctor. I have been consulting with Dr. Suresh for six years. All my three children go to him. Even though two of my other children were born in different hospitals, we still chose to consult with Dr.Suresh as we were extremely happy with our experience with Dr.Suresh, Whereas, the other doctors were not up to our expectations. Dr.Suresh has been along our journey from simple cold, coughs, fevers, vaccinations to the more problematic bronchitis and even hospitalizations. He's been a doctor who always puts us at ease. Being a seasoned professional, he knows exactly how to interact with our tiny humans and also us. He's always ready to give us quick helpful information and is readily available whenever you need him. Even when he admisters vaccinations, he's so quick, the children don't get scared. It's over before you know it. I have recommended him to friends and then have all reported back with having wonderful and positive experience with Dr.Suresh. We've also had a pleasant experience with Motherhood HRBR. The staff are kind and courteous.

Since day one we are consulting Dr.Suresh. During every visit I came up with 100s of questions he never hesitated to answer them. He is very practical when it comes to handling the child. His suggestions will not deviate much from what our parents were following during our childhood. On top of those , he respond to messages even during night times. Thanks a lot for everything doctor. I visited for Pediatric Vaccinations, All Pediatric Problems Dr.Suresh Gowda sir is most humble and patience doctor. He will listen to each and every problem of kids. As a new parent we will be worried of smallest problem of babies, doctor will patiently listen and tell the solution. He will never ever loose his calmness and also always he will be available on watsapp, and replies if we have any issues. We are lucky to have such a wonderful doctor for our babies.

Motherhood is one of the referable Hospital for Pregnancy.Dr.Nagaveni is one of the finest gynecologist and best care taking doctor who have an tremendous experience and skills in the field of pregnancy. She is very patience and friendly nature for any discussion which made us comfortable with her from very beginning of our pregancy. She was available to us at all the time and responsive even at her busy schedules to guide us in various doubts which we have.She will take spontaneous dicission according to the patient situation and make them feel comfortable and confident during delivery. We had very good experience with Motherhood hospital HRBR layout. Particulary Dr Manjula Patil S was soo good. The way she guided and handled our delivery since the beginning of our journey.This was our second experience with doctor Manjula Patil, and we were worried if it was about to have C -Section but Doctor Mnajula Patil handled on wheels and it was normal delivery and the same thing happened to my sister in-law which was really complicated and she has done normal delivery. That's the reason I hav consulted second time for my wife.😊👌 I would definitely recommend Dr Manjula Patil S who has good experience and can turn complications in to normal deliveries. We are really grateful to Dr Manjula Patil S. We were blessed with baby boy😊 Happy share there was great support in LDR room thanks to nurse Nalini and Lalitha and all other staff, actually we don't know all others names who has given very good support. Once again thanks to all staff and maintenance team.
