There is no Miracle here either you consult Dr Manjula Deepak at CloudNine HRBR or you deliver your baby at any corporate hospital. "You will just end up spending Lakhs of rupees and these Corporates just make business". Consulting doctor: Manjula Deepak Had 1st baby on 23 April 2020 here(Normal delivery). Again planned 2nd delivery on 21 January 2022 b/n 12 and 12.30 noon with a prior intimation on 18 January (Cesarean) On the due date, we are asked to wait for 2 hours just to allocate a room. Later we were given room no 204 ie., Male duty doctor room which is very bad as you can see in picture attached. Day 1: Usually staff will welcome the new born with a hoarding on room entrance and balloons which i didn't see only for my room. Missed the excitement. I asked the nursing staff either to allocate a different room or to arrange a call with Mrs Jonas, a CRE staff explaining packages. They refused to do so. Usually they will provide 2 water bottles per day to a room. No water bottles are given. Lack of tissues in room to clean the new born after feeding or for care takers Dinner box was received after 10.30 PM after subsequent follow-ups. Day 2: Finally after shouting at them for the hospitality service, room was mobbed around 11 AM. Around 1.30 PM, pantry service guy delivered water bottles. When asked for the unavailability of service on the previous day, he said there is no information to their department that room 204 was occupied. Insurance desk informed me that my insurance was not active. When I ask them for acknowledgement mail/message, they said they just had a word on call with my insurer which is not at all acceptable from such a leading chain of hospitals. When I received a call for service feedback around 4 PM. I have informed all the above issues and asked to connect me to the HRBR branch head/manager. I told i will refuse to pay complete bill and will take it up with higher authority. Then, the corporate game started. With in a hour Provisional bill was shared. There are balloons tied up at the entrance with a board "xyz are blessed with a baby girl". Juices are delivered on time. Mobbed floor agin the evening. Food delivered on time. Day 3: For every delivery at CloudNine, photoshoot will happen as a token of gesture and one selected photo with frame will be handed over. But, when I checked i was told that there is no photoshoot and asked to make it on follow-up visit/check-up. Even no bath was given to baby. Finally, awaiting to see the final bill around 1.5 Lakh 🙄 In case, if you test COVID +ive, please don't visit CloudNine (HRBR). You will have bad time/memories the way they attend you. Moreover, they squeeze more money just for one inaccurate RTPCR report.

A clean and hygienic environment provided for pregnancy.The suite we stayed was comfortable and the nursing staff both day and night were excellent in their service for the mother and the new born. Both the doctors and the nursing staff took good care throughout the pregnancy and post delivery too.However, only the cafeteria though it was open 24 hrs provided service only from 8 am to 9 pm .Also the food for the mother was not varied or healthy; there were no options of salads or healthy dishes for lactating mothers.A good experience with comfortable stay and efficient doctor- nurse services.👍

My whole reason of selecting this hospital for our delivery was Dr. Manjula because she is love and exceptionally awesome doctor. Otherwise Hospital administration is waste, we found 5-6 mosquitoes in room where we stayed with new born and that was peak season of dengue, Whole night I tried to find and kill them. They can’t keep rooms mosquitoes free or put some repellant. They kept my kid on photography therapy and that instrument was also broken and they had fixed that by just adding white tape adhesive, how careless, what if that could have fallen on my kid ? We had consulted Dr. K. Sushmita for my wife's pregnancy and very satisfied with the consultation. We were blessed with baby Girl at Cloudnine hospital HRBR and that was a Normal delivery. Dr.Sushmita was so supportive throughout pregnancy stages and mainly at the time of delivery. One of the best maternity hospital I have ever visited. Having the best and smooth experience with the delivery of my baby and all the services like supervisor, asha, hk staff(pavitra and madhavi) are superb. We had a very smooth experience at cloudnine hrbr . Dr Manjula is one the best gyn we came across till now. As it was a first pregnancy she made us comfortable and stress free all the time . Delivery process was quite good for us ,never felt like a typical hospital ,everything was so convenient and good. The suites are really nice and one can choose that package for a comfortable experience which has everything included. Special thanks to Dr Manjula Deepak for getting this happiness of life and the entire staff(front desk,(Vinod),anaesthesiologist dr Garima and the nurses.

They did not provide proper weight of baby, post delivery the baby turned out to be 300g less. When questions asked they give random replies. All they do is scam and charge hefty. They have a pathetic outdoor reception. Check the image attached. This is as worst as it get. Don't go by brand. It's special experience don't ruin it by such a pathetic hospital.

We has been visiting this hospital for the past 6 months and their services are excellent. Doctors are empathetic and cordial with their patients. They provide very good inputs and guidance to take care during pre and post natal care. Facilities are very good with modern equipment and treatments. Premises are well maintained and housekeeping does great job in keeping the premises hygienic. Ambience is good and canteen provides very healthy food at a very affordable price. Overall loved the experience and would recommend to all.

Good Place. I went there for vaccination dose. It was organized at the basement but the place was well organized. They had chairs for the que and the person was taking the details one by one. They have their app on which you can do the payments easily. Get the vaccine and carry on. I took the first Jab in Apollo and they didn't even offer a cotton piece for the injection. Here they provided chair and juice as well post jab. Off course including cotton. Compared to Apollo they are more organized and professional.

Poor experience with the hospital. Doctors are good. But it’s extremely crowded and the schedule management is poor. No indication or intimation of expects wait times or delays. On top of the poor scheduling and long wait times, there are 20+ sales reps hogging the waiting space without place to sit for pregnant women and their companions. For the price of the services charged, the overall experience is poor.

I am in line with lot of reviewers who have raised concern stating that even one family member is not allowed inside with patients. They are asked to wait outside of hospital as the reception has space for only 4 people to sit. I really don't understand the logic behind this. A patient should always be accompanied with someone, this is a basic necessity. When asked for the reason, they are unable to provide any valid logic and simply argue. They will also not provide any print out of the prescription even if asked, simply provide a link to an application. But during next visit they will expect you to take print out of prescription from home somehow and produce it. Somehow the hospital is not managed well and they don't understand that patients always comes first even if it means to take an extra step. No empathy at all shown by stuff and lack of co-ordination big time! Ideally would have provided 0 star, but providing 1 star only because that the doctors are good and helpful. The only good side if you need to visit. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously as it is bound to affect their image and nullifies the presence of good doctors.

Good Hospital however as a father to toddler i have few concerns & suggestions related to services like vaccinations and other stuff: (1) Home Vaccination: Almost a complete fraud scheme which i guess you should stop with immediate effect, as your nurses never arrive and it leads to waste of time, money and individual efforts. As i parent it’s a big NO for me and same is what i suggest to other parents. (2) Consultation & Vaccination: Again a time consuming and ineffectively managed process which needs improvement. If a kid is coming for vaccination and consultant, please give priority to that patient and then move to other patient. Instead what happens currently is, you have to wait for your turn for consultation, which is alright however when doctor prescribes vaccination along with consultation, that’s where the problem shows up as you are pushed to again wait for almost same time which is really pathetic and unmanaged provided vaccination hardly takes 2 minutes. Please improve upon this process and again close your home vaccination advertisement as it’s experience is really pathetic and untrustworthy.

Very amazing place! Very good service. Everything from nursing staff to housekeeping staff was awesome. The lactation expert, dietitian and the physiotherapist were really good as well. The doctors are very good. All in all, an excellent choice as per us for our first born. Thank you Cloud nine! ❤️

Poor quality health care at a premium price. This facility shamelessly demandingly requests 5-star reviews at every opportunity, whether it's during scans or housekeeping. Take their 5-star ratings with a grain of salt. Nothing less than a fish market, often over crowded. Even with prior appointments, expect to wait 1-2 hours for scans, and consultations seem to have no time limit. Sometimes, you might wait for over 2 hours for just a 2-5 minute consultation with your doctor. Dr. Manjula Deepak, in particular, follows this rushed routine and tends to avoid/defer questions to your next visit. Our personal experience was far from satisfactory. We consulted Dr. Manjula Deepak for our first pregnancy and she turned out to be as useless as their appointment management system. She always appeared to be in a hurry, which raised concerns from the beginning. Despite my reservations, we continued visiting her at my wife's insistence. During our 37th-week regular checkup, she performed a membrane sweep without our consent, causing my wife's water to break unexpectedly. We were unprepared, both emotionally and professionally. This incident turned our most anticipated moment into an accidental ordeal. Labor had to be induced due to the broken waters, and after enduring around 18 hours of continuous labor suffering, my wife had to undergo a C-section. Imagine the heartache of witnessing a loved one suffer for nearly a day due to someone else's negligence. Furthermore, the baby developed jaundice due to the stress of prolonged labor on the head, necessitating phototherapy. In my view, all of this could have been avoided if the doctor had been more gentle and methodical in her approach. She was consistently hasty and reckless in her treatment. She didn't even use a sterile glove for the pelvic examination and the membrane sweep, she asked the nurse to get a sterile glove but by the time the nurse got it she finished the procedure with a non sterile glove lying open in her cabin, woww. During the labor as well her support was non-existent. She just appeared twice during those arduous 18 hours and her presence lasted for a ONE LONG minute each time. The facility provides no support for you in the labor room, be prepared for it if you are planning to undergo a normal delivery here. You are on your own, there are no midwives. All you get are the nurses who keep inducing you through the medicines. Nobody would be there to guide/help you with the birthing positions or to give you those massages. All in all, this facility and the doctor left me extremely disappointed. They caused unnecessary suffering to my baby and wife. Despite everything that occurred, my wife remains calm and maintains a forgiving attitude towards the doctor, but I, on the other hand, cannot help but express my frustration and anger.

The experience was good. Nurses Saraswati and Vijayashanti were really helpful and professional.. the procedure was largely painless .. little bit of struggling my baby did but overall she was less cranky afterwards.. she was up and playing in no time..

Cloudnine HRBR is one of the best maternity hospitals in the vicinity. The team of doctors, nurses and housekeeping staffs here are amazing. We opted for a luxury room. The room was very neat and regularly cleaned. The duty nurses were available 24*7 to assist with the newborn and post delivery care. Food provided during the stay was amazing, healthy and hygienic. I consulted Dr. Mamata Shetty and she is hands down one of the best gynaecs. I had a baby boy through normal delivery and all thanks to her. Right from the first antenatal visit, she had a very positive attitude, listened to all concerns and answered every query patiently. She encouraged me for normal delivery throughout my pregnancy and through my 15 hours of labor. She made sure I had a smooth and happy birthing experience. Can't thank her enough for this! Big thanks to nurses and doctors in LDR, who were of huge help and support.

I am fortunate to have had Dr. Manjula Deepak as Gynaec specialist for my wife. Way back in 2018-19, 5 Years back she had helped us to become proud parents of our sweet and beloved little princess. She has helped us become parents for the second time now that too with twins. Thanks to Dr. Manjula for her demonstration of due diligence and her guidance towards our successful and most memorable phase of attaining parenthood. We are now blessed with twin baby boys both in their best of health and weight. She is awesome as a doctor, especially in placing the right focus on each of her patients. Rooms were well maintained and all the housekeeping and security staff were very approachable and helpful whenever required. One of the best nursing teams I've seen in any hospital. Utterly disappointed with the service and hospitality from Cloudnine HRBR branch.I along with my wife has visited this branch 2 weeks back for pregnancy check-up and our experience was not all all satisfactory. The worst part is their front desk service who have no idea on dealing with visiting customers and patients and always look in the race of minting money. No matter you visit this branch through pre-booked appointment or through walkin, they would make sure that you wait until your perseverance collapses and you literally feel exhausted with their poorly managed system. And what more, you pay a hefty consultation fee just to see the face of doctor, Manjula Deepak in my case and meeting gets wrapped up in no less than 2-3 mins, no matter your queries are properly addressed or not. And if you are asked to get any lab tests done, and you want a proper examination of reports from doctor, forget it. They won't bother to even explain the medicine prescribed is for what purpose. I have had very high expectations from this hospital chain, but thanks to our very 1st visit here, everything was before our eyes and all we could make out was sheer disappointment and not worthy of being considered again.

Excellent vaccination process...one would say what's special about It .. its a seamless process.. quick registration, quick dose and in 15 minutes you are free... charges as per government rules... nothing extra... thought it is done in parking area, it well demarcated and well ventilated using fan...I took my second dose and both doses for my wife here.. highly recommend for a nice experience.

Good service but they will charge admission fee which is an equivalent of a single visit to a doctor even just to put injection. We went there to get my Mom's annual vaccination done. Even though the vaccine was also purchased from there they made us do the admission just to inject the vaccine which doesn't justify the act but what can we do as a patient or a common man.

We recently went to the Hospital for my wife delivery everything went well.Overall very good Hospitality from Top to All.They take care so well my Baby is still in NICU but they take care very well.Also good thing I like they strictly take covid test for the parents only two is allowed . Specially very good Housekeeping.good Security and Reciption team.

It was really a great experience for me and my family. Nurses and supporting stuff indeed were very helpful. The room was really nice and We got all types of support (24*7)from them. I would like to appreciate their assistant. One suggestion - credit card should be acceptable during payment without any extra charges.

Doctor is really good and explained everything very well. Overall service is good Nursing service is good but can be improved in some areas. The main point about this branch is they don't support cashless for many insurance providers. Over all bill is also high. Especially when compared to one of the other branches for the same package, the difference is more Need to be careful with the final bill. Should go through each and every item and make sure they r charged correctly. Do remember that you need to pay 1.9 percent extra on card transactions

Good place,well organized. Staffs were well behaved. I delivered my child few days ago, doctors were good and nursing team was helpful. Dr. Mamatha shetty was my Gynaec. One of the best doctor and an amazing person. My 9month journey was awesome and without any stress. She was always there to guide me what is best for me and my child. She also supported me just like my family member. I was never prescribed any unnecessary medicine and tests. Very experienced and an awesome doctor.

This place seem good there is no cleaners no tissue paper or only dirty toilet.00/5 Even after appointment they let u wait for 2 to 3 hours with any proper information and they consultation charges are like 800rs per visit and revisit claim is 3 days where as manual hospital give week time. 0/5 Staff always seem angry and frustrated even if coward is small.0/5 Cafe out make sick. Please stop entertaining such hospital just for name sake I had to visit and badly regret.. 0/5 Doctor was good also busy interacting with phone and with staffs. Spoke to doc for just less then 5 mits. Hope her consultation works 5 out 3 Scan part was worst.00/5 Why you have to charge families when u don't give that good enough service to patients. Appreciate the needed support and love as a doctor which she ensured to give her best to her patient. Next, Nandhini from the admin was too helpful and ensured I had a smooth and easy journey through out the period of my pregnancy by updating n reminding about all the services included in my package on a timely manner and was quick on reply for queries too! And, House keeping service had done a very nice job of ensuring everything was clean and neat inside the suite. Was very interactive and quick on getting things done as requested. Hi team, I was admitted here for my delivery and the stay was very nice with alot of good facilities. Housekeeping staff was really good and kept the room and surrounding neat and clean. The food was good and on time for the patients. Also the doctors visited on time and gave good service. The doctors even waited if the mother was busy with the baby and then they would come down again the baby and mother is free for their consultation. Overall good service and stay.

There are few more things which i should mention in the review- Cafeteria service (HRBR)- Very good Room service for cleaning purpose- Response is very slow, need immediate improvement. We asked to change the bath towel in the morning, not received by night also. OPD- Very organized Nursing staff(HRBR)- We had very bad experience during our stay at hospital for new born . All nursing staff we saw they are always in a hurry to leave , they not bother about new born, when we asked for assistance for feeding the new born, we misguided by the nursing staff. As nursing staff helped for 2-5mints maximum, and they said, that much feeding is okay for the baby. As a result 17% weight loss had happened for our baby. I am not satisfied at all . So the baby was literally starving after birth. Nursing Staff at labour room (HRBR)- Very good, we are happy for their support and helping. I am giving rating 3, because of the nursing staff, during our stay

I consulted Dr. Manju Deepti here for my wife's pregnancy. She is an expert in the field and is very patient while explaining things. Facilities at the hospital are pretty good. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and nurses respond very quickly. Hospital is very clean and tidy.

I would like to thank Dr. Manjula Deepak, who had been extremely professional and showed true commitment in solving our issues. Each time we have met, she was making sure to address all our problems and was giving enough time to explain everything and keep my wife stress-free. The pep talk which she gave my wife on the day before the delivery really helped my wife emotionally and made her stronger. It's rare to find a doctor to have that combination of personal touches and care for a patient with outstanding quality of medical care. Kudos to her!!! Excellent Hospital and Doctor. After 7months of pregnancy we came to Bangalore from Chennai on a Transfer and we were worried for the treatment and Doctor. But this place fulfilled all the requirements and exceeded expectations. My sister was admitted here for hysterectomy. We had an amazing experience at the hospital. Everyone from doctors, nurses to IP staff treated us really well and made the entire stay easy. The patient food provided was also great.

We visited this hospital for my wife pregnancy, we consulted doctor Manjula Deepak mam. I can feel that she was the best doctor in Bangalore for the maternity care. The hospital maintenance was good, few staff was not good . But care to the baby/ patient and House keeping services are top notch !

Overall experience is good. 🥰 Undergone normal delivery, Nurses (Sister Ms. Pammy) were very cooperative at the delivery time. Dr. Manjula Deepak is very actively cares everyone, she has become super busy because of lot of patients requirements. Only suggestion was need some counseling kind of thing to the mother before delivery time, especially in normal delivery mother will be very afraid, need some process to make her stronger and control her pregnancy pain. It's good caring, with little higher side pricing. But good 👍go... Thanks to ❤🌹🙏 everyone at HRBR team for supporting across the journey of 👶baby birth. ☺.
