I had a good shopping mall experience here. The mall has a nice selection of shops, banks, and various ATMs. Below is a list of some of the stores and services - Shoprite and Food Lovers for groceries and food stuff. Elly B's, Coco's, Casalinda, and Acres for sit down or takeaway food and drinks. Travel agent, hair dressers, furniture, electronics, and clothing & cultural stores. Kids playground or play area Well built and kept premises. Clean and safe toilets. Lots of good parking with street lights and security guards around. Feels safe. The car park is sometimes used to host events. Filling station and guys selling fruit and all sorts outside the premises. No beggars or people loitering around the car park.

The Gateway Mall in Lilongwe the Capital City of Malawi, is where one gets everything in one place. From food , Clothes shopping, Fabulous restaurants including Hair dressing salons. I had the opportunity of visiting Salon Mystique where for the first time I had a male hairdresser named Frank crocheting my hair. Frank's expertise is unbelievable. I left looking Beautiful and enjoyed Christmas shopping in this Beautifully decorated mall. As a visitor from the UK, this experience was Amazing. Thank you so much Lilongwe Gateway Mall for providing the Best Warm Heart of Africa atmoshere that Malawi is known for.

Pyramid construction has various small machines for hire. From concrete mixers to genset to poker machines to Vibration Rollers. They are opposite the gateway mall. Great service.

Good shopping Mall, you are being confronted to people ask you for money or trying to sell you things in the parking lot., but sad to say that there are a lot of empty stores
