The Friday night pool side live band was excellent. It's an outdoor open space and they offered a blanket because of the cold weather . Their pool side menu has a variety of snacks and beverages to pick from. Excellent service. The wall paintings view is just spectacular. I had some hot chocolate which really set the mood with the band and the weather. The chicken wings I ordered definitely needed more golden crispy-ness but they were delicious.

Great hotel in the centre of Blantyre. Well maintained and very good service. The new garden bar and lawn area by the pool is a big improvemenf in that area.

For my first visit to Malawi I was pleasantly suprised by the food, comfort and service at the hotel. The staff were excellent always willing to help.

All the protea hotels never met staff as friendly! Room, food and vibe same as all protea hotel.

I can say everything was great, The place made me enjoy the Malawi trip, People were accommodating, The hake I ate for breakfast was so great, I give credit to the ladies who prepared it, I can eat that fish every day for breakfast, I could still want more. Oh, let me not forget the Omelette too, But the hake👌 😋

Rooms are neat and well kept. The service is amazing and friendly. Some rooms have a problem with hot water in the shower (not sure why) The TV keeps glitching sonit very difficult to watch. The hotels has 2 restaurants, the buffet is good, with a fairly good variety. The 21 Grill is absolutely amazing and a must if you ever visit the hotel. The hotel has great facilities.

Rooms were clean with clean good quality clean towels and beddings. There have friendly staff who oriented me around the room and responded promptly to my needs. I remember accidentally locking myself out of the room in a bathing towel and being quickly attended to without much embarrassment! There is Very good and fast internet services. Their breakfast buffet is very delicious and adequate. It is as Excellent hotel to live in whilst in Blantyre. You will get the value for the money you will pay!!
